Logga hem på Shadow Lake med stort gräsområde, strand, båt docka, bbq däck, firepit. Insidan är ett stort öppet vardagsrum med massiv öppen spis, 2 sovrum på övervåningen, ett med en queen size-säng, ett med en dubbelsäng, ett stort sovrum (w / king size-säng) på bottenvåningen och en TV / 4 sovrum perfekt för barn till bunk tillsammans som har 2 dubbla storlek futons. På däck hittar du en inbyggd hottub samt en bbq och massor av Muskoka stolar! Utsikten från däck och huvudgolv är syd söder om sjön, bara underbart! Vi är 5 km från staden Coboconk som har Patti House (känd lokal mark!), en tunnelbana, Foodland, ölaffär, LCBO. 20 minuter till Fenellon Falls, Bobcaygeon och Minden (hem till världsberömda Kawartha Mejeri).

The pictures online do not do justice to the cottage and property. It is very spacious inside and has a very nice (new) large deck and sizeable backyard - both of which we enjoyed during our seven day stay - and a nice great room and kitchen area. The wifi worked well and allowed us to work during our stay. The property is private and secluded from the neighboring properties and we were able to enjoy walks with our dog on surrounding lanes and roads. Our dog was also able to enjoy many swims leveraging the sandy walk-in waterfront. The owner (Jane) was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and the check in and checkout process was seamless and easy. We would definitely recommend this rental property and would welcome a chance to visit again in future years.

Great place to escape the city

Stayed here for three nights with my partner and our two dogs. The cottage is beautiful - natural wood everywhere, stone fireplace, and a beautiful view out the large window. We came in November and it was very serene and relaxing.Jane went above and beyond to ensure we're comfortable. You can tell she cherishes this place and is happy to share her little paradise with others.

Long Weekend getaway

The property was exceptional, in terms of all it has to offer as well as its central location to check out the Kawartha Lakes area. Jane was a fantastic host, from before we arrived until checkout. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A perfect vacation

This property is amazing. We keep coming back each year. From kayaking in the "back bay," to swimming at the little beach, to s'mores by the firepit, everything is perfect. We saw ducks, loons, geese, herons, and kingfishers all in one day! Also great to have a king-sized bed. Many thanks to the owners for continuing to make this property available on VRBO.

Bliss in Coboconk!

This cottage in Coboconk was truly wonderful - large, spacious, clean and incredibly well-stocked. Easy and clear instructions for check-in and check-out from the wonderful hosts were a bonus. Summer Escape

A large property inside and out. So many options for relaxing (inside, sun, shade) and playing (games, water craft, swimming, lawn activities) that you’ll never be bored or at loose ends. The house is gorgeous and spacious with beautiful views out the amazing windows. You feel like you’re in your own little world but towns and local attractions are not that far away. We had a very restful stay.

Kawartha oasis

Excellent experience at this lakefront property. Beautiful home, lots of features including hot tub, fireplace, BBQ, and watercraft- owners were very responsive to concerns, and provided excellent orientation information. Would return for another weekend getaway!
