Exactly as advertised

Nice one-bedroom condo that we stayed in right before a renovation. This property is one block from the beach, and one block from Atlantic Ave. Everything is within walking distance - yet a pretty quiet environment. Slightly older property, not 'luxury accommodations' but very nice (only issue was the pool heater had just broken - so water got very cool). Enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Great stay in Delray!

Next best thing to beach front. Walkable to Atlantic Ave shops and restaurants. Short trek to the beach where chairs and umbrella were included in rental. Small condo but had all the ammenities we needed. Personally felt the $125 cleaning fee was high considering it was just two of us but I understand.

Great location

The place was just what we were looking for - one block from the beach and one block from Atlantic Ave so we could walk everywhere. We had some crazy travel delays and Diane was very accommodating even offering to extend our stay because our flights were cancelled and it was going to be a couple of days before we could get to Delray (ultimately we were able to get there at the original time). We did arrive very late (after 2:00 am) but everything was just where she said it would be and we got in no problem. The apartment is a little old and a little small but everything was very clean and in good working order and the furniture was all new so ultimately we had no complaints. We weren't sure being so close to Atlantic if it might be loud (we were there for St. Patrick's day) but noise was not a problem at all and all the neighbors were nice and quiet. Bottom line if you want to be right in the heart of Delray its a great place to be.

Great value at the beach

My wife and I stayed at The Grove cottages unit 0. It was plenty of space for two and was very clean. The complex was a block from easy beach access and one block off Atlantic Ave. Parking was easy. It was not noisy even with kids next door. It was very easy to do laundry and the washers and dryers were clean and close. You do have to find a place to get quarters though. I would rate it a five as it is a great value for the area but there were a couple small details that could be fixed. The kitchen blinds don't close so we hung a towel over the window. You can only see into the kitchen through this window but we like our morning privacy. We tend to cook half of our meals where we stay and the stove burner elements were a little out of whack. They worked fine otherwise. If the window blind and stove were better I would give this 5 stars as a great value at a great location.

Great spot for vacation!

This place was amazing for two of us to enjoy our vacation. We were steps from the beach, while still close to everything that Delray Beach has to offer. We can't wait to come back!
