VILKEN CAPTURE !!! Med denna Pristine Front ~ 2 sovrum 2 bad ~ End Unit lägenhet. Det är rent, välskött och dekorerat med det strandiga temat ~ med en blandning av härliga strandiga färger ~ ändå berört - med en vridning av dagens mest populära VINTAGE DECOR "SHABBY CHIC!
När du gör din klättra upp trapphus, som skyddar dig från vinter vindar och sommarens hetta, du verkar glömma det finns en ocean nära håll. När du öppnar dörren ... Spontant du går ... WOW !!!!!!!! Som Atlanten verkar vara en armlängds avstånd bort ... en gäst uttryckte det så här "JULIA Det känns som jag är på en båt! Det finns inget som denna fascinerande syn och de fredliga ljudet av havet som tvättar mot den vita Beachy sanden när du anger detta hem. Det finns gott om bekväma vardagsrum och matsal sittplatser som visas på bilderna. Hej, mer mycket viktigt plus "Det finns mycket ... Mycket ... Privacy här ... ingen kommer att walking av och titta i !!!" ett

Njut av en gratis konserter och fyrverkerier på strandpromenaden varje torsdag kväll, om vädret tillåter durning Högsäsong. Fyrverkerier kan också ses från däcket på SEAS närvarande! Även på strandpromenaden, glöm inte att gå av Britts munkar, känd från långt håll. Söndag nätter erbjuder gratis familjen filmer vid sjön bara några kvarter upp på gatan. Ta med din filt eller en stol, och titta på filmer under stjärnorna.

Ett stort antal andra festivaler hålls i vårt område varje år, såsom North Carolina Azalea festivalen ... presenterar utsökta Airlie lunch Garden Party, Seafood och Jazz Festival, Beach Music Festival, River på Cape Fear, och många andra.

Haven MOMENT erbjuder mycket utrymme för att kasta ned din filt, belägen på en lugnande plats för Pleasure Island ~ tillräckligt långt bort från massorna ~ ännu, på gångavstånd till bra restauranger och naturligtvis bara några steg bort från Tiki Bar och Ocean Grill. Där kan du njuta av god fisk och skaldjur från havet och senare ta en 15 minuters promenad upp stranden till vår fantastiska nybyggda strandpromenaden!

Beautiful View

My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and New Years. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bowl of candy and a nice note from the property owner. The place was immaculate. We had easy access to the beach and the pier where we had a drink and delicious burgers.We highly recommend this venue.

Fall break 2024

The labels all over the condo telling us how to take care of everything were somewhat offensive to me. The condo wasn’t very clean at all. Also, offended at not being able to wear shoes inside. I always wear some type of flip flop or house shoe inside my home. We probably won’t stay at this property again but mainly because of all the stairs. Julia the property manager was very kind. And I appreciate her..

Perfect beach weekend

We had a great beach weekend! The house worked out perfectly and was very clean. The host was very friendly and easy to contact via text. The storage unit was well stocked with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and tons of toys for the kids. If you have little ones, just be aware that there’s a large opening between the bench and railing on the deck. Being on the 3rd floor, this made us a little nervous. Going up and down the stairs to get to and from the beach was a bit of a hassle but worth it for the view from the 3rd floor. We were able to enjoy live music and fireworks without leaving our deck!

Amazing stay

This is an amazing place right on the beach with gorgeous views from the balcony. Condo has everything needed to include beach chairs. Tiki bar nextdoor. We forgot a phone charger and Julia promptly mailed back. Thank you. Clear expectations on proper use of the apartment were present. Would definitely return.

Great Weekend Getaway

We booked the home for a last-minute weekend getaway for my birthday. We loved the proximity to the Tiki bar and its oceanfront location. The house was as described, clean, and fully stocked. The host is extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations. Please note - this is one of six units in this building, two units per floor, and your balcony has a partial wall separating the two units on each floor.

Once you get past the stair climb, the condo and its breathtaking view make up for it all! We loved that we could sit on the deck and watch fireworks! Very attentive host. Definitely would book again!

Great week at Carolina Beach

This property was immaculate and had stunning views from the deck. Great location near restaurants. Host was very helpful and responsive. Only one small negative- no elevator and carrying luggage/supplies up 4 flights of stairs might not be a good fit for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. It was worth the climb for us!

I moved to this area from Virginia in 2000 and first rented an apartment in Wrightsville Beach. I later bought this property in Carolina Beach and lived here for a year. During that time I was creating a beautiful simple & elegant coastal atmosphere in my many upgrades. Just to wake up and see the sun rise over the ocean was like a dream come true. Oh my goodness, at the end of the day, just to sit on my comfy living room sofa and to be mesmerized by watching the waves roll in and hearing the sound as they embrace the shore was an unbelievable joy. I love breathing in the salt air and hearing the happy sound of vacationers as they play on beach.

My goal is for all my guests to have the same joyful and relaxing experience as I have had. I appreciate that if there is something amiss that the guest lets me know as soon as possible. I strive to make this a place filled with wonderful memories where you'll want to come again and again.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I chose this neighborhood because it is far away enough from the large hotels that there's plenty of room to spread out your blanket and beach gear. It had that million dollar view! Its location is the perfect mix of staying in a quieter area but with a quick 15 minute walk up the beach you can be in the midst of the action on the boardwalk. On the boardwalk you will find great restaurants, entertainment & shopping. Try award winning Britt's Doughnuts during the high season!

Location, location, location. With a top floor end unit, this condo has a million dollar view. On the large deck, enjoy watching the sun rise with your cup of coffee or sit under the stars in the evening with a glass of wine. Feel the breeze. Smell the healing salt air. Listen as the waves tumble onto the shore. Breathe it in with all your senses & tuck it away in your memories. You'll think, "I want to come back here...".

There is a private walkway to the beach with lifeguard station #5 just to the right. Although it is located in a quiet area it is also within walking distance for great food, shopping and entertainment on the boardwalk. Since the condo has only six units you won't be waiting in long lines to shower off after a day in the sand and sun. You can enjoy alfresco family dinners overlooking the ocean at our outdoor space with the fun surfboard picnic table and charcoal grill.
