Vackert uppdaterad, detta rymliga 4 sovrum (10 sovplatser), 3 badrum stuga ligger strax utanför Shore Drive i Myrtle Beach, inbäddat i Guest Cottages. Detta är en fantastisk familjesemesterplats och ett bra läge för golfare. Vår stuga ligger inom 100 meter från havet och den berömda havet ANNIES BEACH BAR, strax söder om Apache Pier. Kort promenad till marknaden, kort bilresa till stora shopping, underhållning och fantastiska nattliv. Enbostadshus med täckt parkering för 4 fordon och ytterdäck inklusive picknickbord, 2 gungor i carport och gasgrill. Det uppdaterade vardagsrummet och köket innehåller ALLA nya apparater och en 58 "Smart TV med soundbar och sub. TV i alla sovrum. Sovrummen inkluderar en kung, två drottningar och ett våningssäng rum med en dubbel på botten, tvilling på toppen och en extra tvilling i samma rum. Det finns också ett paket n play tillgängligt för små. Inom några sekunder av tre utomhuspooler i full storlek. Utomhusvatten för tvätt av strandleksaker, stolar och bilar.

Inom några minuter från alla större shopping, restauranger, temaparker och många golfbanor. Ett fantastiskt fritidshus! Måste vara minst 25 år. Inga husdjur, Rökfria. Sommar- och tidig höstuthyrning är lördag-lördag / 7 natt minimum. WiFi ingår.

Gå ut genom dörren och på några minuter kommer du att vara på den mjuka vita sanden på en av de vackraste breda rena stränderna på Grand Strand. Rätt tvärs över gatan ligger de berömda Ocean Annies, en utomhusstrandbar vid havet, och precis bortom detta är Apache Pier, den längsta piren på östkusten. Miles av sandstränder i vardera riktningen ger fantastiska promenader eller jogging.

Gäststugaområdet ligger på den populära Shore Drive. Du är borta från galenskapen i centrala Myrtle, men om du vill gå och njuta av hundratals andra sevärdheter och ljud från denna fantastiska stad, är de bara ett stenkast bort.

Den berömda 'Restaurant Row' ligger bara en mil bort, tillsammans med de nya Tanger Outlets precis runt hörnet! Bara en kort bilresa till Barefoot Landing och Broadway at the Beach. För bra shopping är Marshalls, Ross, Kirklands, Walmart och många fler butiker fem minuter bort, liksom Colonial Mall och biografer. Kroger är en tre minuters bilresa precis nedför gatan.

Owners were great to deal with and the house was perfect. Very clean and very comfortable beds which is a nice change of pace for a vacation house. Also great location and amenities. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect and a short walk from the beach. It was centrally located to several things to do and restaurants. Cindy was very responsive if anything came up. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway

The house was exactly as advertised and nicely updated. Cindy was very responsive and the check-in process was a breeze. Couldn't ask for a better location with only a few minutes walk to the beach. We love Shore Drive and have been coming to this area since I was a kid. There's no better place to stay in Myrtle! Could not recommend this house more, you'll love it!

Fantastic!

We felt genuinely welcomed from the first communication to the last! We have stayed at many VRBO's and this one is definitely top shelf! Everything was very well stocked throughout the home, and the home was exactly as described! The area is very quiet and yet an easy and short walk down to the beach. We had 4 generations with us, and I would highly recommend this to all!

Perfect location and size for our family

2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) rented this property and it's in the perfect location. Everyone had plenty of space and the adults had their own bathrooms. The house was very comfortable and everything was in good order. The outdoor shower and bar gives the place the perfect beach house feel. You can cross the street to get to the beach and walk for food/drinks. We were in town for an event at the convention center. It was pretty much a straight shot to drive there. Also, this property is in North Myrtle Beach so it's much quieter and much less traffic than the more tourist area and still close enough to attractions that getting around was very easy. The location can't be beat and the communication from the owner was fantastic. We will be looking here again the next time we're in Myrtle Beach.

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I booked this trip with another small family. We had 4 adults and 6 children and it was perfect for our 2 families. We loved everything about our trip. The house had everything we could have needed and was very comfortable. We Highly recommend staying here.

Short visit lovely stay

Definitely would recommend mom and pops place. My family and I enjoyed our few days stay. We were near literally everything, pool, beach , beach bar & shops. Thank you for a nice relaxing stay. Would love to stay again at some point

Family Beach Trip 2021

This four bedroom cottage was super! The entire inside had been remodeled and it had everything you would want to have a great week at the beach. Each room had a tv, the kitchen was well stock with equipment, and it is located on a dead end in street. We would rent again!

True Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the beach cottage. Decorated beautifully and very clean. We loved how close to the beach it was and enjoyed the restaurants and shopping which were close by. Great place to stay 🌸

Great multi family getaway

We had a wonderful time at the beach at this perfect beach house. I was worried about the walk to the beach with small children but it was less than 5 minutes and not a problem at all. The house was perfect, it has a great layout to sleep multiple families comfortably. Communication with Cindy was very fast and helpful, especially during all this COVID-19 difficulty. We would definitely stay here again. They had a nice pack and play, beach umbrellas, chairs, and a beach buggy for transporting it all. We really didn't need to being much other than food. It was great. Thanks Cindy.

We enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our week at Cindy and Micah's beach cottage. The rooms are nicely decorated with a beach theme. We found the kitchen had all the kitchen utensils, etc. that we needed. Cindy was a great person to communicate with about the cottage. It was a short walk to the beach. We had a great stay!

Family Beach Vacation

Great place to stay and we look forward to staying there again. The bedroom with the bunk bed was perfect for our group of teenage girls. Cindy was great to work with. Great location great beach home.
