Smakfullt utrustade 3 bädds 3 bad, 1500 + sq ft slutet enhet.

Stora övre och nedre nivå däck med expansiv utsikt över bergen i väster och söder, gas spis och gas BBQ. The condo ligger i Ridge, intill Elkhorn Golf Course.

Fri tillgång och kort promenad till SV Village Pool (pool, badtunna, bastu och ångbastu) och tennis / pickle bollbanor.

Fullt funktionellt kök, nya apparater, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare, fri parkering och kort promenad till Sun Valleys transitsystem.

Lägenheten är nyligen ombyggd, rymlig och mycket bekväm. Som en slutenhet får du massor av naturligt solljus hela dagen. Det finns ett stort däck utanför vardagsrummet och ytterligare två av varje sovrum.

WiFi är inställd och tillgänglig.

Det finns en 55 "Smart TV i vardagsrummet med lokal kabel och YouTube TV. Internet-TV. De smarta TV-apparaterna i sovrummen ger också lokal kabel. Sonos, Nintendo spelkonsol och massor av brädspel.

De två sovrummen går ut på stora marknivåer och har ett angränsande badrum för ökad integritet och bekvämlighet. Det tredje sovrummet och badrummet ligger på samma våning. Alla har en privat toalett och badkar / duschområde.

Köket är fullt utrustat. Middagsprodukter, platsinställningar, serveringsdiskar och olika handhållna apparater är alla nya. Det finns några grundläggande kryddor. Bara ta med mat / dryck och du är redo för en bra semester.

Du är en kort promenad till Dollar Mountain, cirka en mil från Sun Valley Lodge, ett par miles från Ketchum och det lokala bussystemet plockar upp vid ingången till Ridge för att ta dig var som helst du vill åka.

Du har fri tillgång till bypoolen, som inkluderar en stor pool, ett stort utomhusbadtunna, bastu, ångbastu, duschar, tennisbanor, bänkskivor och golf (green fees separat). Allt ligger en kort promenad från lägenheten.

Du kommer att ha full tillgång till alla områden i lägenheten, förutom en liten garderob i det första mästerskapsområdet som vi stänger av. Detta inkluderar också tillgång till alla bekvämligheter som erbjuds av Elkhorn Village Resort - golf, tennis, pool.

Two master suite floor plan is really ideal

Great Getaway

Great location!

Found that the condo was perfectly suited for 3 couples and in a great location for all we were doing in the area. Very nice to find that cooking pots and pans were there as well as many spices and other items. We all agreed we would stay there again!

Ski Vacation

We booked this property because of the 5 star rating. It is a property that met our 5 star expectations. It's a handsome townhome, decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. It was perfect for 3 adult couples with the 3 bedroom/3 bath configuration. Just wish the snow gods had dropped a deeper snow pack on Baldy Mt. Very nice property!

Lovely home away from home

What a wonderful place! We stayed here with our 2 teen daughters and had everything we could have ever needed and more! Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful. The hosts were helpful, easy to work with and were always very responsive. Such a beautiful and quiet setting. We very much enjoyed our stay here in Sun Valley/Ketchum and exploring the Sawtooth Wilderness. I would definitely recommend this gem of a condo!!

Beautiful condo, quiet and convenient location

Three of us, all retired women, loved our stay in this condo in July. It has a peaceful, quiet setting, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The three bedrooms and three baths were perfect for us. The kitchen was very well appointed, and the dining room and living room furniture were very comfortable. We really loved sitting on the decks enjoying the long summer days. Parking was very easy, and the location was convenient to all the Sun Valley sights. The owners were very easy to contact and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Sun Valley Ski Trip

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked. The host left detailed instruction regarding the televisions, parking, heating, etc. The location was an easy drive to the ski areas, into town and to and from the airport. The host replied promptly to any questions we had. Also gave us a recomendation of a senic drive to Staley.

Loved it!!!!

There was a bit of a snag with the check in process, but as soon as I was able to get in contact with Dan, he made it right. He was very kind and sincere in his apology. Our stay, there was absolutely wonderful! I have never been in a rental that was so well stocked, it has everything you could possibly need for pretty much any occasion. 5 stars all the way around, we hope to come again!

One of the best vacation rentals

We've staying in over 25 vacation rental properties in the US, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. By far the best equipped home with everything we could have ever needed for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend to anyone. Since we got 2 ft if snow, we also appreciated the ongoing snow plowing of the street and sidewalks, something we would not have gotten with a single family home. Well appointed cozy condo

We recently stayed at this fantastic condo in Ketchum and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The condo itself was impeccably appointed and wonderfully cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The hosts were exceptionally communicative and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless. The check-in process was well thought out and very easy. The amenities were top-notch, including a refreshing pool (ask the hosts for passes) and several well-maintained golf courses. Sun Valley’s stunning hikes, breathtaking views, and exceptional dining options only added to the charm of the area. This stay exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Amazing Condo and great view!

We had a wonderful stay. There were 5 in our group. My brother and his wife, my husband and me, and our 34 year old son. The place is great! There are two master bedrooms and the third bedroom is a queen. All bedrooms have their own bath. Trust me when I say that was the best part. The bedrooms are downstairs. The family room is great. Roomy with a fireplace and large TV. We watched movies every night after skiing all day. The location is close to everything. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will ever need. We only made breakfast at the condo. There are too many great restaurants to try. We will be back to this location.

Just what was needed

Perfect getaway In our home away from home. Dan was amazing and was very attentive and told us everything we needed to know. The house was perfect for our group and having the bus stop right outside the ridge was perfect for nights out! We even got to see the fire works from the balcony!! Can’t wait to come back

Varför värden valde detta boende

This end unit has lots of natural sunshine, mountain views and lots of deck space. It is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, very clean and light, wonderful views and very comfortable.

The condo is about 50 yards from the 8th fairway at Elkhorn golf course, with access to golf, tennis and swimming. Very spacious, excellent views and plenty of sunshine.

Neighboring Elkhorn Resort provides access to swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course.

Short walk to the Sun Valley bus system, which takes you anywhere you need to go. So a car is optional.

The gas fireplace and BBQ add lots of practical enjoyment and comfort. The unit is over 1500 sq ft, has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and very comfortable living space.

Both 'master' bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom for added privacy and comfort. All Baths have tub/shower and toilet separated by a door.
