Floridas Gulf Coast är ett idealiskt läge för att njuta av sol, hav och golf. Dessa lägenheter har utsikt över Venedigs prestigefyllda Plantation Golf and Country Club. Njut av den vackra visade Lanai med utsikt över Bobcat-banan och koppla av i utsikten.

Venedig är en härlig stad vid Mexikanska golfen med många rekreations- och nöjesställen. Det finns mer än 10 offentliga golfbanor inom 15 minuters bilresa, till exempel Calusa Lakes, Warterford och Capri Isles. Förutom spektakulära solnedgångar har Venice Beach fiske utanför Sharky's Pier och båtliv på viken. Sarasota ligger bara 20 minuter norr om Venedig och har Siesta Key-stranden (America's Best Beach in 2011 av America's Foremost Beach Expert, Dr Beach) samt utmärkt shopping och restauranger. Tampa's Busch Gardens och Orlandos Disney World ligger inom 2 timmars bilresa. Flygresenärer betjänas av närliggande flygplatser i Tampa, Sarasota och Ft Myers.

Denna rymliga lägenhet i söderläge ligger på översta våningen med utsikt över den nionde farleden. Den lugna omgivningen är perfekt för promenader eller cykling. Den uppvärmda poolen och klubbhuset ligger bara några steg bort. En utomhusgrill finns för grillning.

Den öppna planen har en kombinerad vardags- / matplats med katedraltak som vetter mot en rymlig Lanai. Boområdet har en 50-tums platt-TV för din film och att titta på sport. Med utsikt över matsalen (sittplatser för 4+) är köket fullt utrustat med kylskåp, självrengörande räckvidd, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och bortskaffande samt rätter, bestick, glas, bordslinne, kastruller och köksredskap.

Det finns två sovrum. Master-sviten har en king size-säng, TV och två stora garderober. Master Bath har dubbla tvättställ och en stor duschkabin. Gästrummet har två enkelsängar med ett angränsande badrum och badkar. Tvättservice är utanför Master Bath med en stapelbar tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Fairways Fun

Great escape from many things. Very clean and well equipped..lovely lanai view option for an evening cocktail. Ron was very easy to work with and well known in the complex for pleasant ownership and interest. The pool was warm and never crowded. .Activities are available through the very attractive club house if you choose to participate to participate. Everyone was so pleasant

My visit to the Plantation

I really enjoyed my stay. Ron made it really easy.. The condo is well equipped and immaculate. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Neighbors are friendly and the pool is great!

Great visit

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view off of the back patio overlooking the golf course. The property was very clean. The owner very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool when weather allowed us to. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent condo with beautiful views from the lanai, very clean, very quiet, all the amenities, owner very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to public golf courses, tennis courts and beaches.

Condo is central, and clean

It was everything like the photos I had seen online. If you like to have contact with the neighbors , so you must go to the Swimmingpool every Friday in the time by 4:30 pm. There you will see them. Everything is ok , so rooms and neighbors. I had the hurricane time, and was not afraid in the Condo. If Ron (the owner) don’t need it anymore, so I take he can call me I will buy this (Condo) Appartement😊. Thanks for everything Ron (but only for me a hard bed next time). It was very nice that I stay some days longer, because the hurricane let me go back to Germany. Thanks a lot again, and I am sorry because my Handy didn’t work all time. Your Helga and I hope I may come again.

Quiet location but close to everything

Super quiet location that overlooks the golf course. It was only about 10-15 minutes to Manasota or Venice Beach. The condo was perfect and offered a cozy comfortable king sized bed. It was stocked with most all the essentials making our stay enjoyable. You really can't beat this place for the price and location! Looking forward to coming back soon!

The property is excellent. The location is great. The view out the back looks like a beautiful painting. Everything you need is provided for you and everything is in excellent working condition.

Plantation Golf & Country Club

The apartment was very comfortable in a nice safe and friendly condo community. Wonderful neighborhoods to take walks, easy drive to old historic downtown Venice and beaches. We would stay in this condo again.

Top rate, excellent value.

Great condo in a very nice community east of Venice. You will not find a better off season rental than this unit. Ron was very easy with which to work.

Excellent Property

We had the good fortune of finding this nice place to stay while having our home built in Venice. Having owned our own place in the Fairways in the Plantation Golf and Country Club, we felt like we were home again with many friendly people, a great view from the condo and a quiet, peaceful place to sit back and enjoy the good life. The condo was equipped with everything anyone would need and in addition to that Ron had purchased a comfortable new bed, new linens, TV and living room furniture. We have rented several places in the past and this was by far the best! In addition, Ron was great to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed and is just a really nice person to do business with. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Excellent amenities

We stayed in this unit for 3 months and enjoyed every minute. This was our 6th year of renting in the Plantation area. I must say that this time I had to buy the least in the way of household goods. The owner was very attentive and easy to deal with. Sheets and towels of superior quality, mattresses were firm and everything I needed to use in the kitchen was there. The unit also has a large pantry which I fully used. The neighbors were pleasant and there were no extra fees to use the pool. I took water aerobics at no charge and loved the pool. The view across the golf course is beautiful and I even was able, from the lanai, to see an alligator in the water hazard. Great BIG SCREEN tv!!

FANTASTIC!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and just loved it. The place was very clean and very well taken care of. It has great views and is in a great location. We are hoping this property will be available next year because we will return there. FANTASTIC place to stay!

I am a Canadian living in Toronto. I bought my condo so I could enjoy the warm Florida winters when it comes time to retire. I enjoy travelling, the company of good friends and sports, especially baseball and hockey. I hope you will enjoy my home.

I chose the Venice area because of its proximity to so many recreational venues. Plantation is a safe, attractive and welcoming area. I have friends who also have homes here.
