Beläget i ortssamhället i Waterville Estates i Waterville Valley, är vårt hem verkligen en tillflyktsort från världen. På övervåningen hittar du en öppen konceptdesign med katedraltak och mycket ljus. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har ett matbord, en storbilds-TV, plysch soffor och ett fullt utrustat kök. Skogen är synlig från nästan alla vinklar, och en skjutbar glasdörr öppnas mot ett privat däck. Du kan njuta av ditt morgonkaffe därifrån medan du tittar ut i träden. Vi erbjuder också gratis Wi-Fi så att du kan hålla kontakten.

Vi har fyra sovrum nere - två med queen-size sängar, ett med en dagssäng och en rulla, och det andra med två tvillingar. Alla rum är rymliga och bekvämt utrustade. Huset kan enkelt sova upp till tio personer. Vi har också ett andra vardagsrum nere med en Xbox 360 - den perfekta Hangout för dina barn. Och oavsett var du är i huset, gurgeln i den närliggande bäcken ger din känsla av lugn och tillfredsställelse.

Hela året är den privata badtunna utomhus det perfekta stället att slå tillbaka och njuta av utsikten. Vi har också fri tillgång till ett rekreationscenter med flera miljoner dollar med tre pooler, inklusive två inomhuspooler. På sommaren har gemenskapens damm en sandstrand och är fylld med fisk. På vintern erbjuder det närliggande skidområdet Waterville Valley rabatterade hissbiljetter till våra gäster. Great start for girls weekend

Four of us stayed here for a weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was nice. A very windy uphill road to get there. It's close enough to shopping.

Weekend Getaway

Host was very responsive and polite. Home was as decribed. One of the toilets flushed extremely hard and the hot tub didnt seem to work proprely (main reason for picking this listing. Temperature didnt get above 92 and only 2 jets worked listing. Temperature didnt rise above

Nice rental

Our original rental had some damage and wasn’t available, but the owners gave us an alternative house nearby. The week we picked was extremely hot and humid. We took advantage of the rec center, but not the private hot tub. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Great stay!

Loved the house and working with Deb everything was clean and organized and she was every communicative in case there were any problems (which there weren't) we especially appreciated the free passes to the rec. center where we enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend.

Cute house in the mountains

You are definitely in the mountains here and was kind of cool to walk across a bridge to get to the front door. If you have children, definitely try to bring a portable baby gate for the upstairs as it is kind of a split level when you first get in. There are fans in the house so that helps but definitely gets warm during the hot months. We weren’t there as long as we would have liked but we had a great trip and nice house.

Rainy day getaway?

Rained for 3 days but we didnt care. Between the house hot tub, well equipped kitchen, dining area and the recreation center pools, corn hole, gym and friendly staff, everyone had a great time. Younger children loved seeing salamanders, frogs and tadpoles at the pond.

We had a fantastic time at this house. The location was perfect for our main event of hiking. The house was what we expected. It was very clean and had all the little things, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The Recreation Center was amazing and had an adult hot tub the size of a pool with so many tables and lounge chairs.The area was so quiet and the decks were quite nice. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Your house was a great retreat on a miserable rainy weekend for my husband's birthday. The children were kept content at the Rec Center swimming for hours, and the TV room on the lowest level in the house was a bonus for all of us. We had a quiet place to relax upstairs while the kids watched videos downstairs. The bedrooms were plentiful and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good running area around the house too. Thanks for a great time.

Not like the pictures on websit, found mouse poop in one room, house was very musty and damp, mold on One ceiling bedroom fans would dirty. Had bugs and house. Couple let's stay with us needed to buy new sheets for bed. But house was very close to everything we wanted to go to.

I don’t want to say negative things so I will just say that it needed some love and in correspondence with the owner it sounds like they will address concerns we had but I will not stay in that condo again. Take to heart ALL of the reviews when considering where you want to book. We didn’t.

Great location for skiing at Waterville Valley

This house was satisfactory for our purposes - to be near Waterville Valley ski area and other Waterville Valley activities such as tubing and snow walks/hikes. Directions and house access were great. Plenty of room- comfortable living and dining areas, as well as bedroom options. The kitchen was equipped but with a mishmash of dishes, glasses and cutlery. Knifes were not good. Plenty of cleaning supplies, but no bath soap supplied. Towels were like rags with holes in them on the lowest bedroom/bathroom area. It was fine for our 3 night stay, except for small annoyances e.g. - the microwave was obviously overlooked by the cleaners (some tomato/or pizza explosion inside!), the poor towels, and the extremely NOISY furnace for guests on the lowest level. Also, the 2 showers were barely adequate for pressure and hot water, although the kitchen seemed to have great hot water. There were only 4 adults and one toddler, so the house was not full to capacity. A great PERK were the free guest passes to the neighborhood recreation center which had indoor pools, and a hot tub and sauna. It also had a fantastic play area with lots of toys, puzzles and books for kids! The neighborhood Campton Ski area had a decent restaurant with basic pub food. So, even with the negatives, it was a decent rental for our 3 night stay. We loved the Waterville Valley area overall.

Nice condo, shame about the smell

This is a very pleasant condo in a nice location. The rec center is nice and convenient and as always New Hampshire offers lots to do with small kids. HOWEVER, the overpowering smell of ammonia in the condo was very unpleasant. Despite our best efforts with open windows and air freshner the smell was a continued annoyance and seriously impacted on our enjoyment of the vacation. Since this is a animal free condo, I assume the smell is due to damp or water damage on the bottom floor leading to mold. If Deb wishes to continue to rent out this property the smell (which she is well aware of) needs to be properly dealt with.

Sisters weekend

We went with eight adults. The living dining area were fine and we played a lot of great games here. None of the five tv’s on premises worked, however my brother in law was able to get the living room one going. The floor by the slider was broken and disconcerting to me every time I walked over it. The decks were not conducive for eight people and there was very little outdoor space. There was no gas grill, but there was a park charcoal grill and a dirty charcoal grill, both out front near parking on a steep hill. The bedrooms worked but two were on the smaller side. The hot tub was never opened but was emitting a strong odor. We were told someone maintains it on Friday mornings but we never saw anyone come look at it. The community center was amazing and was the highlight of this trip.

Not great for smaller kids

So the biggest reason we booked was the available beach and pools. Beach/pond is man made and never saw a single person there. Pools were heated however the boilers were broken so they were freezing. Because of this we had to drive at least 30 min north to Lincoln for stuff to do. There is 0 outdoor space for kids to play here. If you are looking for somewhere for kids to run while you relax in the hot tub look elsewhere. There is about 6 feet of gravel from the house to a cliff. Bathroom 1 has a shower head that will rip your skin off. Bathroom 2 shower is tiny and not great for bigger taller people. Everything else is as it appears Personally I would never go there again. My overall rating is meh. Could be a lot worse but there’s way better

Clean bu Is not what we was expecting

I'm afraid that will not be a good one for your place . was clean and you have passes for recreation area that was good about . bad things jacuzzi or hot tub was a mass really dirty with a lot of impurities ,dirth . from balcony was leaking directly on hot tub so we was not able to use it. also no way to use a balcony because of the snow what you guys didn't clean it. the grill is a joke practically impossible to use it was I surrounded by ice plus is almost on the road. heating system is a disaster no way you can sleep in the room next to it it's so loud . In the basement floor was really cold so is hard two call play room .for some reason I thought your unit have just two levels so that was a problem for my old parents and actually for my baby too. floors on the second floor a squeaking really badly.
