Vi är i Ormond by the Sea som inte har några byggnader, lägenheter eller hotell på stranden. Stranden är 100% naturlig. Korsa naturliga sanddyner för tillgång till stranden. Om det är din sak att höra havsvågor krascha vid husdörren, har vi platsen för dig.

(4) 3 min promenad till Ormond Beach (vår gata är en rak skott mot stranden, till skillnad från andra som kräver zig zagging). Korsa sanddyner för att komma åt den naturliga stranden.
(5) Ormond Beach är orörda, inga bilar på stranden, inga byggnader på stranden och oroliga.
(6) Nära Tomaka Naturreservat för fantastisk kajakpaddling, naturvisning (manater, fåglar, fiskar), fiske.
(7) Ta en cykeltur längs Ormond Beach eller Flagler Beach konstgallerier, restauranger eller barer.
(8) Vackert landskap runt huset så att du kan känna Zen.
(9) Restauranger, barer och shopping i närheten. Du behöver inte åka långt för bra skaldjur eller bra barer med bra dryckespecialer.
(10) Gott om utrymme i husets vardagsrum, kök och sovrum så att ni inte är ovanpå varandra.

PARADISE

My husband and I have really enjoyed our stay at Ormond by the Sea. We are on e block from the ocean and one block from the river. The house was very nice and the pool was very inviting. Jordan and Elaine are wonderful hosts. I received an immediate response when I had a question.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed at this house for a week and a half. It was lovely. It was a 2 minute or so walk to the beach. The private pool is nice, even their pool guy, Charlie is extremely sweet. Plenty of room, there were 5 of us. Plenty of towels, dishes and silverware. No complaints. Just happy we found this home. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach

House is a little dated and needing a few repairs owner stated there was some damage by previous renters that he had not had time to fix but i believe some of the damages i saw were just from items being worn out.Property owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly to any issues. Our overall stay was great and the house felt more homey and down to earth. The location was a short walk to the beach and that was exactly what we were looking for. Price was right for the property and we felt like the beach made it all worth it. Had to cut our stay a little short due to family medical issues back home but would not hesitate to stay if a down to earth home with wonderful almost private beach within walking distance is what you are looking for. Also we did some cooking at home and found most things we needed at the property (besides a can opener).Thank you jordan for allowing us to stay in your home and make some memories that will last a lifetime.

Family beach holiday

Property was on a hill with extensive views of mangawhai heads and estuary . Surf beach and estuary a short car trip away . Property is well equipped and although not fenced had a largeoutdoor deck whick could be closed off to allow dogs outside. However one gate on deck had to be tied shut as it blew open in windy conditions. We had a bit of wet weather and found the games room with table tennis and pool tables a bonus when we could not get out. I would not recommend the property for small children as the upstairs bedroom windows have no safety catches . The bunk beds are in a hallway between two bedrooms so are not private.

This house is in a nice neighborhood with very close access to the beach. It is also just minutes from downtown Daytona/Ormand Beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Great family beach home!

Very clean. We had a great time. The beach is just steps away and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for our family of 4. Great communication with owner. Only complaint was I wish the "master" bedroom was the one with direct access to the pool, just for safety reason with young kids that may get out there while parents sleep and for an extra luxury for parents that may want to sneak out for a night swim. Other than that it was absolutely wonderful!

Location location location!

Lovely

The photos don’t do this house justice. It feels roomy, beautifully decorated. With fully disappearing sliding glass doors connecting the patio and swimming pool. This wasn’t our first stay at Ormond beach but definitely one of the most enjoyable ones. The beach is a very short walk away and when we got tired jumping waves in the ocean, we loved floating in the pool or soaking in the hot tub after long walks in the nature. The neighborhood is very quiet and everything you need is just a short drive away. There is a decent selection of restaurants that deliver with Uber Eats.

Perfect Beach House

Our family of four could not have picked a better property! The pool was warm as described, the hot tub was perfect and the whole house opens up with large glass doors. Total privacy with a short walk to the beach! Only a 15 minute drive to Ormond/Dayton’s beach! If you are looking for a chill beach house, this is the one! Jordan was always quick to respond to the smallest inquiries as well!

Close to whatever you need

Family of four stayed for several nights. Short walk to beach, close to grocery store, etc. Plenty of room. Jordan was easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Had a good time!

Cozy hideaway

This cozy home is walking distance from the beach where you can see beautiful sunrises and enjoy the beautiful water with less crowd. Fun for kids with a solar powered pool!! Easy check in and check out and the host if very easy to communicate with! Very nice for a quick family getaway!

Beautiful home

We loved our time spent at this cozy beach home. Located on the better side of Daytona Beach. Access to the private beach was easy. Just a short stroll down the side walk. This is a very well kept home.

Perfect place for our family!

A quiet family getaway

This house was a great place to rest and recharge. as you enter you feel comfortable. the pool was refreshing and hot tub relaxing. we loved venturing down A1A, finding restruants that we dont have at home and we were never disappointed. The storms that blew through didn't hinder our vacation, we were able to watch movies and shows from Netflix and amazon without difficulty. we will definitely look for this house to be available if and when we travel back to Daytona.

Nice little self contained house.

Close to beach. Great set up for dog with fenced in yard and no carpeting. We enjoyed pool and hot tub. Neighbors are very close and it’s a quiet neighborhood so not good for party people. We enjoyed the quiet.

Nice week away.

Advertised a heated pool, but the pool water was cold. The house needs a dehumidifier to keep the air conditioner at 78 degrees as instructed. But we had a good time. Enjoyed the lania a lot. Hot tub was nice.

Came down for jeep beach.

Came down for jeep beach in Daytona from Michigan. Was far enough away to make it quite from all the festivities but close enough we could be to everything really quick. Thanks again Jordan for everything!

Born and raised in Florida. Grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, graduated from the University of Florida (don't hold that against me), and love Northern Florida.

Ormond by the Seas is a hidden gem. Think sleepy beach town without any buildings on the beach. 10 min to Daytona if your looking for party town. 30 minutes to St. Augustine. But honestly, there's no reason to leave Ormond area. Great beach, great restaurants, great vibe, great waves, great weather.
