Detta nya hem i East Nashville är en 3-mils Uber till allt det roliga på Broadway - Honky Tonk-barer, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Music City Center, etc. Det finns en Kroger en mil bort för livsmedel och 5 poäng remsan med restauranger och barer är mindre än 2 miles bort också. Det bakre däck är en AWESOME plats att umgås - mycket rymligt med gott om sittplatser, en badtunna och en grill.

Du har tillgång till hela huset - både golv, bakdäck och uppfart parkering. Det finns 1 king size-säng, 3 queen size-sängar och 1 full säng (plus 2 luftmadrasser tillgängliga vid behov). Färska handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls för alla gäster. Det finns höghastighets Wi-Fi i hela huset och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek på övervåningen.

Perfect spot

Great space for friends to gather inside or outside and conveniently located a quick drive to downtown. Very clean and property manager is helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Weekend trip

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend trip to Nashville. Extremely clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Loved the hot tub with a view of the Nashville skyline and sunsets!

Relaxing stay

This house is an easy Uber ride to anywhere. Offers plenty of space to relax. When we arrived the hot tub wasn’t working. I emailed Bob and he was able to have someone come out and fix it quickly. Would definitely book again.

Decent property for the cost.

Enjoyed our stay and proximity to downtown. Home interior was very nice and accommodated our group of 6. The outside area of the house was a little rough with older patio furnishings and leaves everywhere on the deck. Jacuzzi was a nice addition but the chlorine/Bromine was so strong it was unbearable to sit down low very long because of the strong chlorine odor. All things considered, a pleasant stay

Pleasant and stress free

I would absolutely stay at this VRBO when traveling to Nashville again. Our host was super helpful and flexible with our travel arrangements and the place fit all of our needs. It was clean and had all the necessities needed. Location was good and back deck was super nice with hot tub and grill for cookout. Unfortunately weather did not permit use of deck. Host was available for all questions and enjoyed all that Nashville had to offer. You will not be disappointed when staying at this property.

Location was great. Located at the end of a dead end road, Felt safe. House was clean and super comfy. We slept 7 people easily, could have slept several more.

Wonderful family rental.

Plenty of room for the whole family. New and currently styled home well stocked with all the essentials. Great location for car travel around the different Nashville attractions. Some traffic and city noises in the back yard but quiet inside.

Lovely Home

We were initially looking at a different area to stay, but we all ended up loving East Nashville - so many cool restaurants and bars and a lot are within walking distance. The home was lovely and perfect fit to our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub every day and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to communicate and we appreciated everything he did for us. Highly recommend!

Incredible Property & Host

This property was perfect for our group of 10 friends visiting Nashville. Only a short ~7 minute drive to Broadway. Bob was an incredible host and easy to communicate with. I can't recommend this property enough!

Great house for groups!

Went with family over the thanksgiving break. Enjoyed the house so much! So close to downtown (less than 10 minute drive). Plenty of space. We did want to cook larger meals and found the cooking supplies to be limited, so if you want to cook large meals you may want to be aware of that.

Great house for a group!

This house was clean, well stocked and convenient to downtown. We loved the outdoor space and hot tub. Neighborhood still seemed a bit in transition (several Uber drivers told us not to walk around there) but we felt safe and secure in the house and in the backyard. We had a great time!

Fabulous weekend getaway

Bob’s property is a spacious and well-appointed space that can accommodate a large group. Seven men gathered here for a college reunion, and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities.
