Nyligen inredda hem beläget vid Kenai-floden med en gångväg till en privat fiskehamn med fiskrengöringsstation. Vacker utsikt från omslaget däck. Fyra sovrum och tre badrum finns i huvudhemmet. Ett sovrum och badrum finns i den fristående butiken / garaget på fastigheten och är endast tillgängliga maj-oktober. Huvudnivån har ett stort gourmetkök, vardagsrum med öppen spis, matplats, 3 sovrum (en kungmästare och två sovrum med drottningar) och 2 badrum, tvättstuga, solrum och stort däck med vacker utsikt över Kenai-floden. This was a very nice home!!

We had a really great christmas. This felt like a home away from home. The host was very accommodating. We will stay here again and would recommend staying here.

Fourth Time Stay

As always, accommodations were wonderful. Our family greatly enjoyed the home, river and Soldotna area. Mike and Janine are wonderful people to work with. They take a lot of care in their home which shows in the additions they make to an already perfect place to vacation.

Fantastic house!

Kansas wedding

Our Daughter got married in Soldotna and our immediate family all stayed together in this amazing house. There was room to relax and enjoy each other, especially the access to the Kenai River. the view from the kitchen window is amazing. If you have a big group, this is a great place to be. You would actually never have to leave it!

Amazing Stay

Janine and Mike’s home on the Kenai River is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious and comfortable with room for large families or friends. The bathrooms are renovated and the beds are comfortable. Fishing from the dock was awesome! Seriously, you won’t find a nicer place to stay on the Kenai.

Great spot by the river

The house is well appointed and directly on the Kenai. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house has an outdoor cleaning station and a large freezer if you’re coming for the fishing. Thanks for a great stay!

Yearly Alaska trip

Best place on the Kenai Peninsula!

This place was AMAZING and PERFECT for our family! We have a large group - three generations from 7 to 75 - and it worked out so well! Enough space for everyone to get away, yet areas to be together. Top of the line kitchen and accessories helped save money by eating in. Everything was clean and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Very helpfull

We had a great stay. The house perfect. There was something for everyone. We had a small hiccup with the fridge. They went above and beyond to remedy the problem. They kept us in the loop the whole time. I would definitely stay here again.

Soldotna getaway

We had a wedding to attend in Soldotna and needed a place for 4 couples. This house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was excellent and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Soldotna area. Thanks Brian Ardolf.
