HELT RENOVATERAD ENHET MED EN MODERN KYSTALFORM.

Vi köpte nyligen denna enhet (december 2017) och vi har renoverat enheten helt. Varje rum har totalrenoverats och innehåller nya möbler, plattskärms-TV, skåp, bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror, inventarier, golv, stenbeläggningar i krona och backplatta av glas. Enheten ligger på tolvte våningen i Brigadune som ligger vid 9500 Shore Drive. Shore Drive-området är ett lugnt område på Myrtle Beach men är bekvämt beläget nära shopping och livsmedelsbutiker. Det är också centralt beläget nära Barefoot Landing och Broadway at the Beach. Brigadune har en pool vid havet.

Enheten inkluderar nya golv i hela, tillsammans med ett helt nytt kök med grå skåp, bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror. Köket innehåller alla nya rätter, kastruller och kokkärl och köksredskap och apparater. Enheten har också en vin- och kaffebar som inkluderar en Keurig-kaffebryggare och ett temperaturkontrollerat vinkyl.
Båda badrummen är totalrenoverade inklusive sten och glasplattor i duschar tillsammans med kroppssprutor för en spa-liknande upplevelse. Sovrummen och vardagsrummet är totalrenoverade och inkluderar helt nya möbler inklusive platt-tv i varje rum. Enheten inkluderar även tvätt i enheten som inkluderar en helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Balkongen vid havet inkluderar två fåtöljer samt ett utomhus pubbord med två stolar.

Always a wonderful stay

Beautiful, modern condo stocked with all that you need and oceanfront. Great area as well. We’ve stayed in this condo several times and we love it. The owners are great.

Condo was beautiful with a full stocked kitchen.Both bathrooms have upgrades, beds very comfortable and overall appearance has a modern theme. Patio furniture was also very comfortable with great views of the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

A wonderful place on the beach.

We have stayed at the Brigadune for 3 years on our own and many years prior with family and this is by far the nicest unit we have seen. Everything listed is accurate. The kitchen is spacious. The property was clean and the property manager was easily accessible. She was in communication with us regarding maintenance to the building during our stay. 10/10 would stay again in a heartbeat and are hoping to do so again next year.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

This property is VERY clean, updated and easily accessible. We love the oceanfront view, and the lack of public access to this section of the beach. Tenants of the building are welcoming and fun. If this property isn’t available on your dates - change them. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice condo for a pleasurable stay

Really no issues that couldn’t be dealt with. Modern well equipped condo. Two tiled walk in showers so great. Grab bars in showers would be nice for us older folks though. Living room pull out sofa cannot be comfortably sat on. The cushions and bed collapse to the floor. Will consider again definitely.

Updated and clean

This was our second year staying at the property. It’s updated, clean and well-maintained. The owner is great with communication. The property has two elevators, and we never waited more than 30 seconds for one. The location is great and the beach less crowded than others due to limited public access in that area. The bathrooms in this unit are top notch! Check out the pictures! We absolutely love this property. You won’t be disappointed - and we are high-maintenance people. Ha!

Our Getaway

My wife and I have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The decor is something we would do in our own home. There is very little we would change with it. We are planning a return trip.

This property is completely new! Every item in the unit is brand new. It is a modern coastal design with every amenity provided. The bathrooms include body sprays and provide a spa-like experience after a long day at the beach! The kitchen is completely stocked with new dishes, pots and pans and everything you will need to cook a completely meal if you chose to do so. The coffee and wine bar includes a Keurig coffeemaker and a wine and beverage refrigerator.
