Denna underbara studio ligger i den välkända byn South Walton i Seacrest, inbäddat mellan Rosemary och Alys Beach. Det ligger på andra våningen precis ovanför stora shopping och restauranger. Den har en queen size-säng och en fantastisk drottning sovesektion soffa, och rymmer lätt fyra personer. Med ett bra grönområde framför som har cykeluthyrning och levande musik, samt alla bekvämligheter som Rosemary har att erbjuda, kan du parkera din bil och aldrig behöva återta den tills det är dags att lämna. Promenera eller ta en spårvagn till den privatgjorda stranden! Det finns mycket att göra, se och äta! Häng ut på stranden, ta en långsiktig, promenad eller cykeltur längs 30A charmiga 18-mils trottoar, få en massage, utforska statliga parker, paddlebräda på en sanddyn, köp, granska konstgallerierna, fånga spelet på en stor skärm, njut av någon levande musik på gräsmattan, hitta ett spel med cornhole, det finns något för alla! Very nice property

Nice condo and amenities. Quick walk to the beach. Was nice that you can walk to restaurants and stores. Heated pool was nice. Hot tub could have been a bit warmer.Host was very good in communicating with us and answered any questions and concerns right away. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location

The location of this property is great! It’s in the heart of most restaurants that you would want to go to or explore. Very live area yet quiet enough at night time. Laura was communicating all the time and was always ready to help.

Great location and layout

We have stayed at The Villages before and decided to stay here again. They have two great pools and a hot tub. You are right in the middle of things in Rosemary Beach. The condo had decent kitchen space, but the fridge is small so plan accordingly. K-cup machine so bring some if you want. Bring a sharp knife if you intend to cut up fruit. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The walk to beach access is very short, or you can order a free shuttle. The condo has beach chairs and a few small insulated coolers. Ice tray under the kitchen sink. I would definitely stay here again. Manager is quick to communicate via text.

Great Place!

Ive been staying in Seacrest/Rosemary every year for the past 13 years. This was my first time in this property and worked out well. Laura was fantastic. She was available at a moments notice before and during my staying. She would reply within minutes, which is totally unheard of. The property was large enough for two, which was perfect for my son and I. We dont need a lot of space and this had everything we needed. The room was clean! The couch pulls out into a bed (Queen), which my son slept on during the trip. Hair dryer, Iron with ironing board, and plenty of kitchenware. The air conditioner and ceiling fan kept the room cold (freezing), which was nice especially after a day at the beach in the high heat. The property is located in building E on the 2nd floor facing the walkway and restaurants below. With the window shades down the room is almost pitch black, which is nice if you like to sleep in. You do get beach access, but its so incredibly crowded. We rented bikes for our weeks stay and choose to try the public beach for the first time. We went there everyday. Its just a 5 min bike ride and has public restrooms. There is parking, but spots are always taken. Plenty of beach for everyone, and we got front row seating everytime (We stayed during peak time, July 4th week). Would definitely stay here again.

Property owner/manager was AMAZING!!

Great spot! Highly recommend! Parking was easy, pools were great but heater did not work. Laura is the absolute best! She responded to all of my questions and was the most helpful as we are new to the area. The shuttle to the beach was easy and so helpful! So much fun shopping around and down the road into Rosemary. Lots of great restaurants, and so quick and easy to get to. The laundry room as easy to access. Definitely recommend!

Great Location

The listing is just as pictured. The studio is located right above various stores and restaurants. In birds eye view the unit was clean but could use a seasonal deep cleaning. The shower was drain was filled with hair and the pillows provided on the bed and closet all need updating or at least washed.

Much needed break.

This studio is exactly as pictured. Owner is extremely easy to get in touch with. Everything she said was exactly as it was. Walk downstairs and you have cute shops, restaurants and live music. Walk to beach and everything you need. Bed was firm and everything was super clean. Great place and location. - pool was very close by. Thank you for a much needed vacation.

Perfect getaway

This unit is in a great location! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc. great lawn area with nightly band centrally located to condo buildings. The pools are great and lots of umbrellas for shading. Would definitely book here again! No complaints!

Great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was decorated beautifully and the location could not have been any better. Plenty of dining options downstairs and mini grocery store. We even rented bikes to ride. It’s only a couple blocks to Barrett Square that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location. Great stay for couple or small family.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for a few days. This property did not have a week minimum like many others we considered. The location is excellent near the shops, restaurants and bike rentals. There is an elevator, so no stairs to climb. There are wrist bands that allow you to use the pool. We were traveling as a couple and did not eat in the unit but there is a small kitchenette area. We would definitely stay here again.

Room itself was wonderful!

Great location and price

Condo looked attractive in the pictures.

I rented this condo for a few days so my elderly mother could see the ocean for the first time. I have always stayed in this development and love it! However, this time was different. As soon as we opened the door we found several long strands of black hair lying by the sink. There were cobwebs and very dusty light fixtures. The small fridge/freezer needed to be defrosted. It was of no use so we had to buy ice daily. The couch had stains on every cushion and made squeaking noises whenever you would move. Not pleasant! BUT, the worse problem was that the tv would not turn on. I contacted her about these issues, she offered to send the cleaners back but we had all our stuff in already and really didn’t want to be bothered with something that obviously should have taken care of before our arrival. The owner did not respond to all my emails. When she did it was nearly an entire day and we were only there for three days. She told me cable was out. Although others on the same floor had no trouble. She sent someone to the room to show us how to use the remotes to turn the tv on. Like we were too stupid to do that on our own. We tried every combination with the three remotes and it WOULD NOT WORK! The lady she sent us messed around with the remotes and she couldn’t get it to work and walked out. I contacted owner again and after another delayed response from her I was told once again there was no cable. Whatever!! After we left she stated it was not her responsibility for the tv. It was the cable company’s problem. SO, I took my mom to see the ocean and then we sat in our room with no tv to enjoy. She doesn’t get around easily so my plan was to see the water for a bit then let her relax in the room and watch her favorite CNN. She did get to see the ocean and put her toes in the sand. Then she did word search to pass the time. What I thought I had planned didn’t work out. I will not rent from her again because of her lack of concern and the delay in responding! There was no apology at all. So disappointed.

Seacrest Beach studio apartment

Lovely studio apartment, great location to be able to walk to everything, easy to find and loved the keyless entry!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Only issue we had was the T.V. would not pick up any stations for the entire stay. At first we though it was due to the hurricane but we came in on a Thursday night and the next day got the manager downstairs, He came to apartment and tried to get it to receive stations and it kept saying it wasnt connected. So for our entire stay we had no tv. It is my hope they got it to work. Thanks Brenda Fosnot.

Great for small families

I love being a host because I love helping others have the best time possible on their vacation! I know a lot about the area and am happy to be a resource for questions and to help guests learn more about the area that we love so much! We love our guests and have many repeat guests, some of whom have become friends!

I have loved 30A for many years for it's beautiful beaches, variety of activities, including festivals and live music, miles of walking/running, biking trails, and unique Dune Lakes and State Parks in which to hike, paddleboard, and kayak. This whole area is both family-friendly and romantic, with a decidedly upscale vibe!

I fell in love with the Village of South Walton the first time I stayed there, and fell in love with this studio specifically, so I bought it! Its updates are impeccable, the use of the space is perfect, so that you feel you truly have a separate sleeping and living area, and the location is extraordinary! Steps from Rosemary and all of its shops and amenities (spa, fitness center, salon, shops, etc.), a short walk to Alys, and a great greenspace all its own with a very happy vibe, bike rentals, great food, and live music. I also love the tram to the private beach access and the great pool/hot tub area. I hope this becomes your happy place as much as it is mine, and that you enjoy it stay after stay!

The gorgeous turquoise ocean and white sands rival the Caribbean! 30A is one of only 2 areas in the country that has coastal dune lakes, and we are so fortunate to be able to paddle board and kayak on them! There are 4 state parks in the area that have hiking trails, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, picnicking, and more! The 18-mile walking/hiking/biking paved trail that takes you to various unique beach communities is unmatched! There's truly nowhere like our community...it's one of a kind! I hope this becomes your happy place as much as it is mine, and that you enjoy it stay after stay!
