Hollywood Hill i Woodinville, WA är ett unikt förortsområde på östra sidan (cirka 25 minuter till Seattle). Woodinville är känt för sina hundratals olika vingårdar, bryggerier och restauranger. Detta är några minuter från den mycket populära Chateau St. Michelle Winery där många konserter framförs. Hollywood Hill Schoolhouse ligger längst ner på vår kulle och platsen för många bröllop och andra evenemang. Vi är extremt nära Burke Gilman-leden, som är en 27 mil lång rekreationsspår som är perfekt för promenader, springer och cyklar.

Denna fastighet ligger nere i en vacker, avskild, trädbevuxen, privat enhet och ligger på ett lugnt tunnland mark. Detta nyligen renoverade fristående 1 200 kvadratmeter stora yta är mycket bekväma och moderna. Detta hem har två sovrum, en master med en queen size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en fullstor säng och ligger på ett loft. Det finns ett trevligt badrum med dusch. Takfönster släpper in det naturliga ljuset i flera rum. Köket har ett nytt gasspis / ugn, Bosch diskmaskin, avfallshantering, kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Det finns gott om köksskåp för förvaring med Keurig kaffebryggare och brödrost. Tvättstugan har gott om förvaring för att hänga kläder och inkluderar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Well Appointed House in Wine Country

What a great find! There was a group of four of us meeting up for a weekend in Woodinville. This house was only five minutes from the Hollywood district and it had everything we needed and more! It is a mother in law apartment with a large kitchen, dining and living area and two bedrooms with a full size bed in each. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us and the owner was super responsive to our questions via VRBO. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay, the place was clean, well stocked and very close to all that Woodinville has to offer. Instruction booklet in the unit was helpful. Will definitely use this place next time we are in the Woodinville area.

A relaxing getaway

We enjoyed staying here after a weekend of seeing family for a wedding. The location is stunning, private, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the local wineries. Anna is a gracious host and the home had everything we needed. We feel refreshed coming home and hope to return to this tranquil spot again.

A great location

My wife and I stayed the month of July. The unit is very large and has all the comforts of home. The location is private, in a very high end neighborhood. Woodinville is a fun place to visit with many great restaurants, shops and other family activities. If steps are an issue there are a few in the unit. We had a 5 star stay.

Lovely Place

We had a lovely stay at this above garage apartment. The apartment was very large, spotless and well appointed. Our host was very thoughtful. We appreciated the bottle of wine she provided as a welcome gift and all the other thoughtful amenities included in the apartment. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and close to everything in the Woodinville area. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our 10-day stay

My wife, two young kids and I stayed for 10 days. The place was very clean and had all of the functions that you would hope for. It was an easy stay for the four of us (and those of you with small kids know nothing is easy) and the place is nestled in a very nice part of Woodinville.

Great Location, Friendly Host

Anna was a great host and provided us with a very comfortable stay. Our 9mo travelled with us and slept comfortably in the lofted bedroom. There was plenty of space for her to play and the yard was beautiful for some time outside as well. Great location to wineries and food, and a very enjoyable time overall.

Wonderful Place

This home was so clean and beautiful decorated. The coffee station was a plus! The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the heat lamp in the bathroom after showering. Anna was available and made sure we had anything we needed! We'd stay here again.

Fabulous Location and Accomodations

Loved this very convenient, safe, and beautiful location. My daughter loved playing with the resident golden retreivers in the grassy back yard. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for the gorgeous flower bouquet and welcome bottle of wine!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. While off the main road, it had quick access to the Hollywood wine district + shopping & dining. The house had everything we needed and Anna was a gracious host that was always available (thanks for letting us use your Vinturi!)

Cozy Cottage

Perfect little apartment for our girls’ trip and a great location for wine tasting. We used Uber to get around and the average price was around $8 to Uber to and from the apartment. The apartment was well equipped, had comfortable beds, great linens, and a fabulous couch. The hostess was easy to work with, and I loved that there was coffee for the morning, a welcome wine, and easy to use kitchen with great appliances, and cooking supplies. We highly recommend this place.

Another fabulous stay here

This home is clean, in a safe and conveniently located neighborhood, great for accessing restaurants and wineries. I took a walk through the neighborhood and enjoyed seeing the gorgeous area. The owner is incredibly thoughtful leaving a bottle of wine and has thought of everything in terms of comfort and coziness. It is very quiet here, in the best way.

Anna, the owner, has thought of absolutely everything renters would need for a perfect stay. High quality and comfortable furnishings, bed, towels, etc. Woodinville is a delightful town. Coming “home” down a quiet country road to a secluded opening in the trees to relax after a long day was so appreciated.

Perfect Stay

This home was probably the best rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The location was beautiful and the place had every possible thing we could need. I traveled with my baby, husband, and mom. Anna had set up a crib and high chair for us and it helped so much with packing. Everything was so clean and it felt like home away from home. Anna is very responsive and kind :) I would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!
