Mysig och bekväm lägenhet. 5 min promenad till stan, inget behov av din bil när du anländer. Åtkomst till berget: gå till Maggie, (basen till topp 9), ta gratisbussen för en kort resa till antingen Beaver Run-hissen (topp 9) eller gondolen (topp 7 och 8). Vi gränsar till Carter Park och en av de enda offentliga kälkbackarna. Ytterligare långtidsparkering är precis runt hörnet vid Ice Rink-partiet på Boreas Pass Rd. Planera att parkera och njuta av Breckenridge till fots och gratis transfer.

Great Stay, Great Condo

Really enjoyed the layout of the condo and the fireplace. Much more comfortable than other condos in the area we used in the past. Will stay again for sure.

A lovely place to stay.

Exceptionally clean and had everything you would want. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, tv with many choices, games, enclosed parking, comfortable beds, etc. The host was very communicative, too! Shuttle was very close but was also close enough for us to walk to town. Family had a great time.

Great condo & close to slopes!

Clean and exactly as described in the listing. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and it was very close to the ski lift. The shuttle picks you up right outside the building. Washer and dryer was super helpful.

Clean and great location

Wonderful property for a family of four to ski Breck. We were able to walk daily to peak 9 with our skis. The unit has a wonderful wood burning fireplace for Apres ski. We had more than enough room for 2 teens and 2 adults. Main Street is just across the street with plenty to do and no car was needed during our stay. The unit was cleaner than any property we have ever stayed at. Wonderful amenities and instructions for using everything. The jacuzzi was nice but the jets were broken. Everything else was perfect.

Great place and a great location.

We had a great stay in Breck. Coffee on the front deck was perfect, steps to the free shuttle and only a 10 minute walk to the center of Main Street. Mark was great with instructions and access codes. Very warm and cozy condo.

Great location with everything you need

Mark is a great host and communicator. The condo has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen and good instructions for fireplace, TV, humidifiers. Walking distance to Main Street of Breckenridge. Great shower and comfortable beds.

Great Holiday Escape

Mark was a wonderful, communicative, host and his condo was exactly as stated. He also left some great perks like laundry pods, handwarmers and some coffee pods so we weren’t scrambling to find a store when we first arrived. We replaced what we used in due time. We had a wonderful stay and if I’m in Breckenridge again, I’d love to visit this property.

Will stay here again!

Perfect 2 bedroom condo in Breckenridge, just a short walk from the main part of the town and has a free bus ride in front of the complex on the Blue Line (which goes to the gondola lot and Peak 9. Mark's rental is stocked with everything you need from coffee to hand warmers and so many more thoughtful details. Mark was always very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and out was easy. Parking is covered in a garage also which is a very nice benefit in snowy locations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything as Advertised!

We enjoyed our stay; the listing was as described with a very nice setup inside. Everything was clean and the ski/laundry room was a nice touch when returning from the slopes. The shops and ski lifts are also all within walking distance, and we saw a moose across the street from the balcony our first morning there!

Great Location

This unit was located an easy walk to everything (bus stop, grocery, and main street). It is a nice end unit with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The oversized closet to store your skis in was super convenient. Last but not least, Mark was a great host and had lots of insights that he shared.

Home away from home

We enjoyed at our stay! We were blessed to have plenty of space, hairdryers in both bathrooms, a new washer and dryer, ski storage, a fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels (including specially marked rags for wiping wet floors and wet skis), comfortable beds, k-cups, hand warmers, and even a bottle of wine! The owners had Christmas decorations including a small tree which made our stay right after Christmas feel even more festive and family oriented. The condo has tons of towel/robe hooks and plenty of coat/ski bib storage. The owners are easy to work with and have an entire binder of information about the area including restaurants and activities waiting for you when you get there. The only bummer was that the blue line bus wasn’t operating while we were there. It’s the bus right outside the condo that we had counted on for transportation to the slopes. However, we thankfully had rented a 4-wheel drive vehicle and the condo has a single parking spot in an underground garage. The garage was key as it snowed everyday and all the cars outside were covered in snow. Great family vacation for our family of 5! Thanks Mark and Eva!

Find Powder & Some Christmas Spirit

Great Winter experience for a group of friends from Atlanta. Mark set us up for success via email. The info package was top-shelf and we used it every day. With 4" of fresh snow the first day, we gained a real appreciation for the underground/heated parking. The condo had everything you would expect for a cozy ski weekend. You can park your car and walk to the best shopping and/or participate in the world's largest Shot/Ski event. The free gondolas and buses get you to all the peaks. Breck is the best. Can't wait to come back!

Comfortable and cozy with a great location

Great place to stay for 4 but 6 would for if you don't mind a sleeper sofa. Four of us were very comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen items even wood for the fireplace. Tastefully decorated and furnished to the point it felt like our own and not a rental. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location is great for walking to town, driving, or grabbing the bus at the stop just steps away. 5 minute drive to the gondola and less than 30min to Keystone. We're already picking out dates for next year!

Perfect Retreat

We stayed here for our ski trip in Breck. The location was great, the bus stops right in front of the condo, and we were only a few blocks from everything on Main St. The condo was perfect for the four of us we enjoyed our time here.

Mark is a General Contractor and Eva has owned a business in the Silicon Valley for the past 30 years. We met in Germany while Mark was in the Air Force. Eva was attending the American College in Paris and returned home to Germany to visit her parents. Fast forward 35 years and we have raised 2 beautiful daughters. Our family has a shared love for skiing and hiking. Our daughters say that some of their fondest memories are family ski weeks. Mark and I recently realized our dream of owning a place in the heart of Breckenridge. We did it! Our hope is that you will enjoy our little slice of heaven and make your own wonderful memories with your family and friends.
