Har en stor sÀkerhetskopieringsgenerator (huset Àr fulldrivet 24/7). Parkering utanför gatan, fullt möblerad. Mycket tyst, sÀker och vÀnlig grannhuva.

Fastigheten ligger pÄ en privat gata bort frÄn huvudvÀgen sÄ det finns inget trafikbuller, varje sÀker och vÀnlig stadsdel, det finns fyra hus pÄ min gata och jag Àgde tvÄ av dem, jag bor i pÄ tvÀrs över gatan sÄ jag Àr alltid tillgÀnglig om min gÀst behöver mig. Det Àr nÀra vattnet bara 2 minuters promenad till stranden.

Du kan fÄ en taxi till var som helst du behöver Äka pÄ ön men det kommer att vara mycket dyrt, jag rekommenderar starkt att du hyr en bil sÄ att du kan Äka dit du vill och nÀr du vill. Vi har ett familjeÀgt hyrbilsföretag och vi erbjuder vÄra gÀster upp till 15% rabatt pÄ hyrbilar. GÀsterna kan ocksÄ ta vÄra bilar till St John pÄ bilfartyget frÄn Red Hook för att besöka och utforska strÀnderna och parkerna i St John.

Loved the property, just like the pictures on the listing. Everything we needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom towels & beach gear. We had such a lovely stay & would definitely return again!

Excellent stay!

Beautiful condo close to Secret Harbour and Red Hook. Check in was seamless. The host lives on property and was available for any questions. Good air conditioning, comfy bed and new appliances.snorkel gear and beach chairs a plus. Very close to grocery stores. Very quiet. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated. It's large, new, and the views from the wrap-around deck look out to forest and Scott Bay beyond. Nice sunsets! It's convenient to the Red Hook ferry to take day trips to St. John, and an easy drive to Sapphire Beach and Coral Bay. We'd love to make this home base for us again!

Scott Villas is as advertised. Clean, safe, and convenient for a family. They have a generator so power outages weren’t an issue. Help is on hand nearby if anything comes up. The pool was clean, and there is a beach within walking distance. Dining is close ~1 mile away in Red Hook. Barge to St. John is also close by.

The property is beautiful it's just the neighborhood is a little depressive. But that's how the island is. I would stay at the property again without question. Mr. Dexter is on top of things around the clock. Good service.

Perfection

The property is as advertised and is very clean, the property also has a generator so we never lost power or AC when the island had rolling blackouts...this was a plus. Dexter and team were amazing to work with and very prompt when needs came up. Having a car rental company connected to this was absolutely amazing and convenient and being able to have the car brought to the airport and the ability to leave at the airport was a great benefit. If you are planning a charter out of Compass Point Marina then this is the place for you to stage.

Sea Turtle / Return to St Thomas

The property was spot on with photos provided online. Our view of the marina and islands was beautiful. We loved having a host who also rented cars! The property is 5 minutes from amenities including fine restaurants, stellar beaches, Red Hook ferry to St. John's. We found sea turtles while on a day cruise and also at Smith Bay Park/Lindquist Beach. Everything we needed was supplied for snorkeling and beach fun! Our beds were comfy and perhaps the couch not so much, but who wants to sit on the couch when you're in St. Thomas!? Room darkening shades made it easy to sleep in. (You get used to the roosters, they are island-wide.) Come see it for yourself!!

Great Host. Great location. Very clean. Also, we had a big storm because of a Hurricane about 150 miles away. We lost power but generators kicked in immediately.

Great place to stay. Dexter even gives you his cell number in case there are problem you have. We had none. This is right down the road from Red Hook on a quiet street.

Great place to stay

Our time here was great. Clean place, stuff to use for the beach, prompt help and responses from owner, very close to stores, beaches, and ferry to St John. If we go back to St Thomas, we’ll stay here again for sure.

Wonderful place!

Perfect location, very comfortable and beautiful views from the huge wraparound veranda. Great to have nice snorkel gear and beach chairs and cooler to use. Very convenient to use Dexter's company for Jeep rental too! Will have to return soon!

Property was exactly as pictured! Staff were friendly and helpful through the process
even FaceTimed us when we became lost attempting to find the property. Safe, secure neighborhood but close to many amenities. We will definitely be booking again!

Massive Condo- very clean

Very spacious and clean. It was a little tricky trying to initially locate the property but Dexter and his employees were very helpful in calling us and directing us to where we needed to be. The water heater is a 10 gallon water heater so our family of four just planned our showers in increments but thoroughly enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and beautiful balcony. We also rented a jeep from Dexter and became very thankful for the opportunity as we heard it was difficult to get an Uber. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary celebration

The property was very comfortable and located well for how we spent our vacation (at the beaches). We had spent our honeymoon on Saint Thomas 44 years ago and it was fun to revisit the island and enjoy the climate and the beaches. We spent the time with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter and we all felt we had adequate space. We would all highly recommend the property.

Great stay!

A very quiet neighborhood and property was immaculate! Nearby Beach was not so great so highly recommend rental car. Dexter was always available to answer questions. We would retuyhere!
