White Potato Lake specialbyggd nybyggnad 2016 med över 2000 kvadratmeter. Semesterbostaden är utformad för att ge dig största komfort och njutning för din semester. Ligger 50 minuter norr om Green Bay och 20 minuter från Crivitz. Upplev ditt eget paradis inbäddat på 160 "strandlinje med en privat brygga för att parkera din båt, bada eller fiska från.

En av de största partierna på White Potato Lake. Fastigheten är 1. 29 tunnland med direkt tillgång till ATV och snöskoter spår.

Direkt över sjön ligger Wauters Front II Bar and Grill.

Vardagsrum med öppen planlösning med katedraltak med trapezfönster med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. 60 ”plattskärms HD-TV i vardagsrummet, Direkt-TV med Amazon Alexa och Nest-termostat. Kök komplett med alla apparater i rostfritt stål, kaffekanna, servis, bestick, matlagningsredskap och husgeråd. Anpassade skåp med bänkskivor i hård yta med mittö. Kök / matsal kan rymma stora grupper på över 16 personer bekvämt. LVP-golv i hela hemmet med golvvärme. Strålning i golvvärme har tre olika zoner. Du kan justera golvtemperaturen i varje zon till önskad komfortnivå. Zone 1 är Master Bedroom och Master Bath. Zone 2 är kök, matplats och vardagsrum. Zone 3 är sovrum 2/3 och andra badrum.

Sovrum och badrum: King Size-skumsäng, HD-TV, nattduksbord och takfläkt. Uteplats dörr som leder till stor betong uteplats mot sjön. Trevligt badrum i full storlek och uppvärmd LVT-golv.

Tvättstuga: Ny ångbricka och torktumlare. Central Vac enkelt städningssystem i hela hemmet.

Sovrum 2 & 3: Queen size-säng och våningssäng (full på botten, två på övre) i varje sovrum, takfläkt, garderob och nattduksbord. Fullt badrum mellan två sovrum med uppvärmd LVT-golv.

Uteplats: Öppen uteplats mot sjön för att njuta av soluppgången, solnedgången och den spektakulära utsikten över sjön. Uteplats med Weber Gas Grill.

Saker att göra i området.

White Potato Lake är en 1000 tunnland (mycket stor) rekreationssjö. Perfekt för vattenskidor, slangar, fiske eller ta en kryssning över sjön för att njuta av sprit. Lokal båthandlare som har båtar eller pontoner att hyra som kommer att leverera och hämta från sjön. Privat brygga hemma för att parkera dina vattenskotrar på. ATV / snöskoterleder har direkt tillgång från Lakehouse. Marinette County har 14 stora vattenfall strax norr om Lakehouse. Laona, WI till väst har ett historiskt ångtåg som du kan åka på. Ridning, jakt och golf ligger alla inom en radie av 30 miles. Det finns en vingård i Crivitz, WI och ett kasino i Carter, WI.

Easy check-in, great wifi, each room has a TV. 2 rooms with 2 beds, 1 room with 1 bed, and living room had a box with air mattress as well as sofa-bed. 2 full bathrooms. Amazing firepit and very nice neighbors. Nice sand volleyball pit, the volleyball net was low when we went. Water is good for swimming but it feels mushy to stand in because of plant growth and mud. 2 kayaks and very large dock. Host is super responsive and helpful. Dollar general 8 minutes away that has everything you could need. We had 14 people and went in the first week of August and fit comfortably and water was a good temperature.

Beautiful home with a great location!

My friends and I have been coming to White Potato Lake for year during the fish derby! This location was ideal and was the best we've ever stayed at! The house is beautiful and the big firepit next to the lake made for a couple of great days! Highly recommend!

Beautiful lakefront getaway

We really enjoyed our time on White Potato Lake. The house was beautiful; brand new and very clean. The lake was very nice; a little mucky right off the dock, but the kids were still able to swim and play. Would definitely stay here again

Family vacation

This property was amazing! It is so well kept up and has so many extras! We especially enjoyed and used the sand volleyball court. We brought our own jet ski and it was so nice to be able to tie it right up to our own dock. The house is gorgeous and was well equipped with anything we needed!

Made for 2 families

The bedrooms had perfect locations and master was opposite side of home with it’s own bathroom thus giving privacy. Only reason for 4 star is geese had visited before we arrives and left a mess. Lawn maintenance should have caught this and picked up after geese. Owner is very cooperative and prompt..give him 5 star.

Summertime at the Lake

Great place for our summer four generation family vacation at a lake. Super nice home, with every convenience you will want and need. We enjoyed having access to the games and toys for our granddaughter during downtime from water activities. So spacious with plenty of space for seating in the great room. Access to washer and dryer to clean our swimwear and towels at night was a nice convenience. Rented a pontoon and Twin Bridge Four Seasons from Crivitz delivered on same day. We enjoyed several of the sand bars and had no problems parking at the dock for loading passengers. Thanks for sharing your beautiful lake home with our family.

Awesome family vacation

Your White potato lake property was a great match for vacation with extended family. The large yard had loads of room for playing bags that we brought with us and for tossing the football and the volleyball court was a hit. The women of the group were very happy with the kitchen. It had plenty of the appliances, spices, dishes, bowls, pots and pans needed to feed a crowd. We like to eat outside, and the weather was perfect to do that. My only suggestion might be to provide some melamine or other unbreakable bowls and plates, we did use paper plates a good deal of the time to prevent breakage of the glass dishes. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the small toiletries provided were a nice bonus. Communication with the host was prompt and informative. Overall, an awesome time was had by all ages. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Place, Prepare to be Nickel and Dime'd at Checkout

This is really a bummer because we planned to give a great review, and likely return. The place is very nice. It suited my family very well. We're also very conscientious renters. We left the place in far better and cleaner shape than most renters, I guarantee, but we're being nickel and dime'd for a few false claims; one bunk was missing a queen sheet when we arrived and we're now being charged, there is reference to a missing or broken (not defined) coffee pot, and unidentified damage to one of the fire pit chairs??? All for a perfectly rounded $200? Really stinks to end a nice vacation by getting squeezed for charges that are difficult to dispute. Maybe there is still time to rectify this and finish with the really positive review we planned.

Labor Day Family Fun

We had a great long weekend at this lake home. The home is a great size, has a nice open floor plan, and large yard for games, awesome fire pit and enjoyed the volleyball area too! Make sure to bring lots of firewood and s’mores…great set up around the fire. The pontoon shown in the online pictures is the owners personal boat that is on the dock with a jet ski. There is a pontoon available for rental but small motor and not as nice, but works for fishing or a cruise around the lake or to the bar/restaurant across the lake. Pictures need to be updated to show bedroom set up more accurately as well. The description of bedrooms is correct, but the pictures are wrong. There’s no bunk beds. The refrigerator did not work well during our stay. We were told to take items out and put in cooler. This did not help make it any cooler. There’s no ice machine in the freezer either just trays. Bring coolers and ice. Everything else about this rental was nice, clean, and updated. Enjoyed our time and lots of memories were made.

Excellent communication

The property was exceptionally clean inside. The care taker outside was outstanding and available for any questions. The only item to watch for is visits from geese and they leave droppings in the grass so wear shoes!!

Great property

Great layout for a family weekend at the lake. There are not life preservers/fishing poles, but other than that, the property was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

Late Christmas Gathering

We loved our stay, we had our friendly Christmas party when everyone was able to join. It was a great place to stay and a large enough space to accommodate for everyone there. There was plenty of space where we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back if given the chance to do it again!

Lake front vacation fun

Overall nice stay on the lake. Great space to enjoy with family. Open flat lake side yard for outdoor activities. Enjoyed the large fire pit. Swimming was ok with some sand bottom areas. Water depth in front of dock is 3’ to 4’. Easy step ladder for getting in and out. Nice neighborhood for walking.

Beautiful accommodations

The accommodations were excellent (clean and kept up)..the yard (waterfront) had geese droppings but that is an issue on most lakes in Wisconsin. The caretaker Dennis is the best I have ever been associated with. The lake is shallow and has weeds and muck bottom. The size of the lake gives you safety when doing water sports.

Lovely lake and relaxing space

The outside space at this house is awesome for a group of friends looking to relax on the water, hang around the campfire, and to play volleyball and yard games on the grass. The lake is lovely! The inside of the house is spacious and clean. Our group likes to cook most of our meals, so we did find the kitchen lacking a bit (minimal bowls for mixing, a small pizza cutter, only 7 coffee cups). Jason the host was responsive and helpful. I'd definitely book this house again!

My wife and I currently reside in Green Bay about a hour from this Lake House. We absolutely love the lake and use it often as a way to unplug from the day to day grind associated with the city life. We do have a local neighbor that takes care of all the maintenance and lawn care needs for this property.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Brand new construction on a full recreation lake within a hour of Green Bay! My wife and I searched for properties for years before purchasing this house. The yard is over a acre which gives you plenty of space to entertain a large group. To our surprise even in the summer months the lake is so large you don't have overcrowding with boats. It's over 1000 acres. Very convenient set up with in floor heat throughout the entire house and no carpet!
