Amazing friends getaway!

House was super clean! Had an amazing view of the canal. Quick walk to the beach. Nice quiet little neighborhood. House had all amenities you could need! Property manager was very quick with answers and responses

Wonderful Stay!

This house is in the perfect location for Marco Island! No houses across the canal (just mangroves) and a very short walk to Tigertail Beach, which is much less crowded than the rest of the beach on Marco Island. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet on a dead end street. It's great for walking and bike riding (there are bikes at the house).Larry was very communicative and helpful. Check-in was simple and easy, and he quickly answered any questions we had. The house was clean and spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, and the kitchen was well stocked. There are also beach towels and chairs, two umbrellas, and coolers to take to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, plus the grill and table and chairs on the deck.We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay and are looking forward to going back to Marco Island!

Christmas vacation 2024

We were very happy with the rental; the place was very nice, and the grandkids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub. We loved the location; it was a short walk to Tigertail beach and on a very private canal with no houses on the other side. It was furnished nicely and had more than enough dishes, glasses and silverware for a large group. The owner was very nice and even found us a Christmas tree that we could put up. I would strongly recommend this rental.

Florida get away

Ideal location! Beach is within walking distance! Pool and hot tub were nice to have on property as well as the paddle boards. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group! Larry was great!

Great stay!

We had a great family vacation at Larry’s property. We enjoyed the layout of the home, plenty of space for three couples and three kids. It’s a short walk to Tigertail beach park with a great playground but to get to the ocean it’s a very long walk - so just be ready for that!

Great place to stay. Everything was in good shape except for the grill which was in need of replacement. The owner was available for any questions and helpful. Overall, a great vacation spot.

Great house and Trip. Tiger tail beach is nice, easy to get to. You wade across a shallow lagoon to get there, which is a fun art of the experience.

Lovely stay

This house was perfect for our extended family. There is a lot of space in the common areas, all the amenities that we would need, and also privacy. Very responsive host, we felt very welcome. The house is well located, walking distance to the beach and close to grocery stores and shopping. Honesty one of the best VRBOs I’ve been to.

This was a perfect house for our family gathering Well equipped house. Great location beautiful view. Kayaks and paddle boards. And bikes added to the fun. I would definitely recommend this house. Host was always informative and prompt. I would definitely come again.

Great place and location

Our family of 9 adults and 3 kids under 3 stayed at Larry's place. It was clean, spacious, great location. Make sure you cross the lagoon to the ocean is easy and close. The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. We needed all 5 bedrooms and the 4 bathrooms were great. Nice to walk to the beach whenever someone wanted to go.

Comfortable and Convenient

We were a group of 4 couples staying at the Sea Breeze. There was plenty of room, the bedrooms all had a dedicated bathroom and the pool and hot tub were so enjoyable. The location was an easy drive to all of the restaurants. The walk to the beach was longer than we expected but we made due. Larry was very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs.

I JUST UPDATED ALL FOUR BATHROOMS WITH NEW VANITY CABINETS AND SINK TOPS AND NEW TOILETS. I ALSO ADDED TWO BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS. ALL OF THE FURNITURE, LINENS, BEDS, AND KITCHEN AMENITIES ARE ALSO BRAND NEW.

TOTAL PRIVACY IN THE BACKYARD EXCEPT THE OCCASIONAL DOLPHINS OR MANATEES THAT SWIM BY AND ONLY 4 OR 5 NEIGHBORS ON THE CANAL THAT HAVE BOATS. PLUS ITS ONLY ONE BLOCK TO TIGERTAIL BEACH. VERY, VERY FEW HOMES ON MARCO ISLAND ARE WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH. IF YOU CAN'T WALK, YOU HAVE TO DRIVE IN, PAY TO PARK AND THAT IS ONLY IF YOU CAN FIND A PARKING SPACE.
