My family and I had such a wonderful vacation and the space was fabulous! We had such a nice time and found the home spacious, clean, welcoming and accurately described. Charming place - great for families

This was a great property very close to Mashpee Commons shopping and centrally located to many other Cape sites including many beaches, ferries, etc. Owner was very responsive to questions and requests. I'd stay there again for other Cape vacations.

This was a perfect cape home for a mellow bachelorette weekend. The pool and fire pit were great accommodations for activities. The house is nearby plenty of attractions and restaurants. There are plenty of beds and space to make everyone comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed

Great Mashpee house

The house was very comfortable and conveniently located. We were a smaller group and everyone had more than enough space. The backyard deck had plenty of furniture and was a great place to have coffee. The hosts were really excellent, answering the few questions we had almost immediately. We would definitely recommend this property if you’re interested in a Cape getaway.

Great property!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The house is really nice and the beds super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has community staples to share. The walk-in shower on the first floor was great for my mother-in-law. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Relaxing place to stay

This house was a comfortable, relaxing place to stay while vacationing at the Cape. The house is clean, had plenty of room, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved it

This house was great for what we needed for the weekend. It is just down the street from the commons so if you need anything it is not far. the owners were so nice and helpful prior to our check in and there were no issues.

Great House for Family Vacation

We enjoyed our first trip to the Cape staying in this clean and very well maintained home! Located in quiet community with access to large lake. Pool, deck and large yard is great for kids and families! Eli, the owner, was very helpful and made our first HomeAway stay great! Thank you!

Quaint home

Was in town for a family gathering and location was perfect. Six adults and one infant stayed and it was a perfect size for us. We had stayed with my sister who rented this property five years agofive years ago here five years ago so we were familiar with the property. New furniture and deck was perfect for hanging out on the few sunny days that we had. I my family wants to express a little frustration with the checkout instructions that ask for us to strip the beds we slept in, wash the sheets, and all towels, fold than place in the respective linen cabinets. We had a very early morning flight on Monday and this caused some anxiety on the last day we stayed to make sure we met this requirement for check out.My family has stayed at numerous VRBO properties over the years and this is never been a checkout requirement in any of the locations.There was a review were that mentioned this five years ago and the owner said this requirement is in place to keep the cleaning cost. I then double checked with my sister who rented this Home five years ago and she mentioned yes, she recalled that being a requirement when she checked out and was also frustrated.I’m just passing this on for folks that are on a time crunch or do not want to do laundry or have the physical limitations where they can’t meet this requirement.

Lovely clean property

Quiet location near Mashpee Commons. Our extended family has a lovely Thanksgiving gathering. The kitchen is well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Slept 6 comfortably. Very clean and nicely maintained. Thank you!

Comfortable and Spacious

All the comforts of home was within this beautiful Cape! Everything we needed or could possibly ask for was there! Backyard and deck were spacious, and spent many an evening toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, and an occasional swim in the pool! Loved the area, and Johns Pond was beautiful and picturesque! Ideally close to shopping centers, mini golf, and the beaches! A wonderful vacation week that we won’t hesitate to return!!!!!

Beautiful Cape home

Just returned from a week in Mashpee, this house offered everything we could have wanted & more. High spec finish & furnishings. Ample bedding & towels all of good quality. Really felt like a home from home even down to the Lucelle Raad print in master bedroom! Eli is a pleasure to deal with too.

Fabulous House

This house was everything it promised it would be and more. It was comfortable and clean. Settled in a nice neighborhood, it had a large backyard for BBQ's and swimming. We visited the neighborhood private beach and swam in John's pond. We also had a chance to eat at the Raw Bar restaurant. We had a lovely time and will definitely come again.

First family trip to Cape

Great cape home just as described and looked better in person. Owner was great to work with and replies promptly to inquiries/questions etc. House was well maintained and located in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and mashpee commons. Newer appliances in the kitchen were a nice touch. Pool is a great amenity. Huge yard and newer deck great for grilling/ entertaining. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday here and created many memories. We will definitely be returning for another family vacation.

Lovely Home for a relaxing stay with Children!

The house was everything it said it was as advertised although there isn't much of a beach at the association lake. The house was clean and the pool was an added bonus. We shared the house with another family and there was enough room for everyone. We went to the childrens beach they recommended in the binder and it was awesome. It rained most of the days we were there but found things to do with the kids all along the cape. The house is away from all the busy activity of most of the cape but we really appreciated that. Already thinking we may be back next year. Had a great week.

Comfortable, sunny and well-maintained vacation home in a peferct location

Our family totally enjoyed staying at this vacation home the second week of September. The home itself was very comfortable and there were several things to enjoy right at the home, like the outdoor pool and fire pit. We spent a lot of time on the back deck as we still had nice summer weather while we were there. The home was part of a pond association, and also had access to kayaks for paddling. Shopping and restaurants at Mashpee Commons were close by, and we visited several times during our stay. Nice beaches were also only 10 minutes away. It was a perfect location! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions during the week. He made sure our stay was enjoyable and without issue. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to vacation in this part of the Cape.

A wonderful stay

We greatly enjoyed our family get-away to the Cape, and this house was the perfect peaceful retreat that we were looking for. Communication with the owners was very good. The house is well-appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including loads of extra linens. The kitchen and grill allowed us to enjoy a home-cooked meal with ample space and tools. We were a small group, but the house could accommodate even larger families with its 3 bedrooms and 6 beds! My only complaint was the presence of some creepy crawlies, which the owner said he would promptly address. Late Spring is a buggy time of year! The house is located in a peaceful setting with quick access to Mashpee Commons and ferry parking in Falmouth. Just beware that there is a difficult left turn out of the neighborhood when heading to Mashpee Commons area. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this lovely home!

Great house in the middle of the Cape!

We stayed at this home with another family so we had 4 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space. The house was very clean and comfortable. The layout worked well with our families as the dining areas, both inside and outside on the deck, had adequate space to get us all around the table. The fenced backyard was perfect for entertaining our little ones and we used it often while at home. Although the pool was nice to have, it wasn't heated so our kids thought it was too cold. We really loved the neighborhood that the house was located in as it was very quiet and beautiful. Our only negative was that because the location was sort of in the middle of the Cape, you really did have a decent drive anywhere you wanted to go. It was at least a 15-20 minute drive to any beach in the area. Mashpee Commons, which is a shopping/restaurant district, was only about 10 minute away so that was nice. The house overall had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. The owner even has beach chairs and boogey boards for use when you frequent the beach, which our kids loved using!
