Carols place was just as described. Beautifully decorated fantastic views and location . Carol thought of everything . We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen was stocked with everything you may need if would choose to. My only suggestion would be more hooks for towels to hang in the second bathroom but we managed with the two that were there

Great condo

This was our first time staying at Garden City and we loved it. The condo was perfect for our family. We absolutely loved the 2 recliners at the windows that overlooked the oceanfront pool, perfect to relax in and watch the ocean waves. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge plus! Carol was quick to respond if we needed anything. We will definitely be back to stay again. Tina

Beautiful condo

Condo was breath taking and so was the view. It was nice and spacious, had everything you need to stay comfortably. Parking garage security was walking around almost all the time and were very nice. The neighborhood was very nice also. If i ever go back to south Carolina this is the only place i will stay at. Garden city was much nicer than myrtle beach. Loved our vacation but getting this condo was the best part. Its gorgeous n so relaxing.

This condo was immaculate! Carol was an exceptional host - in all ways. She has thoroughly anticipated everything you need for a comfortable stay and has supplied everything you can imagine. Beautifully decorated - the beds are amazingly comfortable - high end appliances - every kitchen gadget - every cooking vessel

Oceanfront paradise

Way more beautiful than pictures and descriptions. The condo was immaculate and the decor was perfect for the beach. Going to sleep each night and awaking to ocean view and the sounds of the ocean were so relaxing! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the recliners by the massive windows. The shower in the master bath was great. Everything was easily accessible-restaurants, grocery stores, drugstores, shopping, and attractions. We even made a visit to an urgent care which was just a few minutes away. We will definitely return and make sure Carol is our host. She is wonderful. One Ocean Place is definitely the place to stay in Garden City.

Disappointed

When we arrived at the property, it really looked beautiful. Exactly like the picture. However, as we moved in it was obvious that the place had not been deep cleaned in a while. Hair in the bathrooms, crumbs in the drawers, a used flosser in the shower, and popcorn between the couch cushions. Cleanliness is the most important feature we look for in a vacation rental, and the place needed a lot of cleaning.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Loved sitting in the chairs by the window and reading and enjoying the ocean. Had a mild issue with the AC which was addressed and fixed in record time. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the reclining chairs. The whole place was well decorated. We had everything we needed for the week. My only suggestion would be to either get smaller cushions for the balcony or just get a smaller set. We were not a fan of the high top table and chairs.

Check in went seamless. There were a few things that need rectified
 might seem minor, but should be fixed. Need a new lightbulb in master bedroom closet, tall dresser there has a defective bottom drawer, master bath sink drain runs very slow. Sliding doors going out to balcony needed cleaned and also the sitting area
 found an ashtray with butts in it on one of the high top chairs.

Oceanside Delight

We stayed two weeks on the ocean in Garden City. Our view was amazing, sunrises spectacular, beautiful beach. We walked to two different piers enjoying each in their differences. We explored the area with marsh walks and beautiful gardens. The condo was nice with comfortable beds. We loved the soothing sounds of the waves.

Originally from Rhode Island I currently just moved to Myrtle Beach --My new home is only 3 miles from our condo.
