Charmig lägenhet på bottenvåningen i ett litet bostadsrätt på en mycket lugn gata, i centrum, nära alla butiker och 200 m från spårvagnen eller 10 minuters promenad från Place de la Comédie.
Denna 95 m² lägenhet är helt och nyligen renoverad och omgiven av en trevlig privat trädgård som inte förbises och skyddas från den livliga gatan där du kan parkera din bil.
Den har ett stort vardagsrum på 35 m² inklusive ett utrustat och fullt utrustat kök öppet mot trädgården, och 4 vackra sovrum, varav 1 är oberoende med privat duschrum och toalett, med utsikt över terrassen.

Perfect for small family or group

Three of us stayed here for a month. It’s lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. We loved the patio area and the location. We would stay again.

Lieu agréable mais mal entretenu.

Difficultés à joindre le loueur. Appartement certes, de charme, mais moyennement propre (store moisi dans la salle de bains, vaisselle à relaver avant utilisation, ...). Une chambre est dans le jardin, sans lumière extérieure pour y accéder, très mal chauffée et surtout très sale et humide avec des moisissures sur les plinthes, toilettes pleines de fourmis mortes, ... Il manque des ustensiles de la vie quotidienne. La cafetière est totalement entartrée, les couteaux ne coupent pas, ... Beaucoup de petites choses pas très agréables... Sinon, appartement bien situé et calme.

Great property in quite location, close to city centre

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we are a family of five with teenage children. Check in and check out went smoothly. The apartment is as described. It's the ground floor apartment in an older building with many original features, such as the shutters, and lots of space. The garden was neat and tidy, with various seating options and a large parasol. Tram stops are less than 5 minutes walk away and the service is regular. Paid parking available on the surrounding streets (use the MaP app to pay). It was very hot when we stayed and we made good use of the fans in the house. One word of caution, if you have tender northern European skin, watch out for the mossies and other biting beasties in the garden - skin protection definitely needed. Thank you to Loeren and team for a comfortable stay.

Disgusting cleanliness but good location

The location was as described, close to tram and Comedie but had not been cleaned in some time. Dirty light switches, bathrooms, dust bunnies under the beds. Back yard was over run with weeds. Owner responded to our complaints 48 hours later, said she had left the property in the hands of a third party and had not been to the property since August 2021. Not sure how that becomes the renters issue!

Lovely apartment in great location

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home. The backyard patio was a nice bonus and the location is close to the streetcar and a easy walk to the aqueduct. The apartment has many windows to let the sunlight in and the beds were very comfortable. We recommend this house!

Great, quiet location. Very spacious and perfect for a family.

If you are looking for something in Montpeliier, this is a great place. It's a short 5 min walk to the Tram line 3 which will get you anywhere you need. It's quiet and clean.

Lovely relaxing stay

We stayed at this lovely apartment with our three children for a week and had a brilliant time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and interesting and about 15 minutes walk into town. Thanks very much for a great week

Très bon séjour à Montpellier

L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel, avec beaucoup d'équipements (sèche-linge !). Nous avons passé un excellent moment et le centre-ville est accessible à pied. Seul bémol, certaines rues pour arriver au centre-ville font un peu "cours des miracles" mais jamais nous nous sommes sentis en insécurité. Je recommande donc cet appartement.

Perfection in Paris

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spacious comfortable and close to not only Restaurants and Supermarkets but also places of interest to see. The Luxembourg Gardens were amazing and we loved exploring the area by foot. Our host was very helpful and checkin was very easy. Thanks for making our stay a memorial one. We could have stayed much longer - maybe next time.

Spacious apartment and nice shady garden

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable - everything we needed was there. It is a couple of minutes' walk to the nearest tram line, or about ten minutes to the edge of the historic centre of town. The leafy garden is a real treat with plenty of chairs and a table for outdoor entertaining, but it only has sun in the morning. Our one disappointment was that because the weather was so hot we were unable to use the little house in the garden as it overheated and was too humid for comfort.

Excellent séjour

Très joli appartement, bien agencé et propre. Très bon emplacement, à 5min à pied du tram T3 et de divers magasins de proximité. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été très bien accueilli.

Très agréable et très fonctionnel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la décoration et la fonctionnalité de la maison. Elle est très agréable et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un super week-end ! Un seul petit point à prendre en considération : nous étions 7 et je pense que la table intérieure doit vraiment être trop petite pour 8... mais bon, en été, le jardin est super !

Quiet, convenient and large apartment

My husband, my sister and I stayed 6 nights and found this quiet groundfloor apartment very convenient for exploring Montpellier and the surrounding area. The tram stop was 3 minutes walk at most and we used the tram regularly to get to the train station and to restaurants in the center of the city. The private patio was a nice surprise with a large umbrella and quite a few comfy seats. We appreciated the 4th ensuite bedroom in a small building off the patio, and the only concern was that, for security reasons, we needed to lock the main building doors at night. In an emergency the person using that 4th bedroom would have to go into the street and access the main building via the front entrance. Things which we really appreciated included the nice washer and dryer in their own room, the 3rd toilet and a large refrigerator and freezer. We found the people who check guests in/out to be very helpful and flexible, and definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Well-located home-from-home apartment, perfect for a family or group of friends

We were very happy with the apartment. It was pleasantly furnished, spacious, and had all the necessary kitchen equipment. The separate garden bedroom/en-suite was perfect for a single guest that didn't mind being a little isolated (they had to go round to the street entrance to access the property when the back door was locked). It had everything we needed - enough (3) toilets, linen and towels (one set for the week), two showers with good pressure and comfortable beds. The ground floor apartment was located in a quiet street close enough for us to walk into the centre of Montpellier, though we used the nearby tram stop, Les Arceaux, when we shopped for food at the Spar or Casino along the main road. We particularly liked to shop at the local patisserie in Rue Marioge and at the market under the arches on a Tuesday and Saturday. The sheltered garden was like an oasis in the dusty city, with outdoor tables and chairs. We could have done with a couple of loungers for relaxing in the sun, but having said that, the north-facing garden only had sun on it in the early morning and late evening. We hired a car for a couple of days and there was limited free parking at the top of the road on a first-come-first-served basis. There would be room for a tiny car outside our property's gates. Otherwise the street is residents' parking only. We would return here if we came again to Montpellier.

Great space, excellent location

We were a family of 4 adults and a teenager sharing the apartment/house. It is a lovely place, very airy and quite spacious. The kitchen is really well equipped - we ended up eating at home alot so it was well suited to our needs. We were on a working holiday, so the the garden bedroom was very useful for an office space. The main bathroom needs a bit of an update and the wifi wasn't the best (it was very tempermental and we couldn't rely on it - it decided when it wanted to connect to the internet) - but apart from that, we'd stay again. The house is slightly outside of centreville, it's super quiet and peaceful. We rented bicycles from an outstanding shop called Ville et Velos - near the train station - (Arwen the owner is amazingly helpful and super fantastic) - and they were perfect for us to zip in and out of centreville - which is about a 7 minute cycle ride away. Walking takes about 15 minutes. The Arceaux market is fabulous and super convenient for shopping on Tuesdays and Saturdays. All in all we had a fabulous Montpellier stay! Thank you Lorene (and to Nicholas too). We'll be back!

Agréable séjour

Séjour très agréable en famille. Le logement est idéal pour l'intimité de chacun. Tout est prévu pour les enfants en bas âge, donc très pratique. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et agréable. Le jardin a été très apprécié même à cette époque. A recommander sans hésitation.

Spacious and Comfortable Flat

This was our first place to stay after flying from the US. We were so nicely accommodated with on-time meeting for keys and instructions. All written communication prior to the trip was quick and in perfect English (which I needed.) The apartment is just as the photos represent--we had everything we needed and space to spare. The garden apartment was a surprise to us, and enjoyed by one daughter. Everything was clean and quite comfortable. We did not have a car and it seemed parking would have been challenging unless used to narrow streets and using a small car. We walked everywhere but tram is close by. At our departure we were again met on time and our security deposit was refunded per the agreement terms. Our stay was short, but encourage others to not miss the farmer's market! Only suggestion would be to add directions in English for the dishwasher and maybe local amenities. Thank you for a pleasant stay experience!

Spacious apartment short walk to town centre

The property was perfect. Exactly as the pictures showed but even better. We were 4 ladies travelling together and were pleasantly surprised when what we thought was a 3 bedroom apartment had a 4th bedroom and ensuite in the pretty back garden. The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. Both the owner and the manager provided excellent customer service. The property was a short walk to everything. I'd highly recommend the property to anyone wanting a great stay in Montpellier.

Appartement plein de charme et bien situé pour découvrir la ville à pied

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à Montpellier. L'appartement est charmant, spacieux et bien agencé (aucune chambre n'est mitoyenne, ce qui permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité). De plus, il est parfaitement équipé et très confortable. La cuisine donne sur un joli jardin ombragé très agréable où est situé la chambre du mazet avec sa salle de bain privative (idéale pour recevoir des amis). L'emplacement, dans un quartier calme à 2 pas du tram et 5 minutes des commerces, est parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Non seulement je recommande cette adresse, mais j'espère pouvoir y retourner!

L appartement est tout a fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Appartement fonctionnel avec 4 jolies chambres. Un petit bémol pour le salon et la table a manger ou les places assises ne sont pas assez nombreuses ( nous étions 7 personnes). Grosse déception : l heure du Check out ou l on nous a imposé de partir a 10h30 le dimanche matin. L appartment n était pas reloue mais la personne en charge de la gestion avait d autres impératifs ! si cette clause avait été mentionnee dès les échanges avec la propriétaire, cela nous aurait fait réfléchir sur la reservation. Nous n avons pas trouvé cela très commercant ni chaleureux
