There was a slight hiccup because this property had water damage so we were moved to another unit. The unit we were given was not as updated as the one originally booked but worked to the satisfaction of our group.

Flexible property for large group

We found this property to be very serviceable for a large family. Stayed five nights. We were attending a family wedding and had eight adults and four small children there most of the time. Location was good - you can be most places in central Barcelona with less than a one mile walk - and there was plenty of space to spread out. The air conditioning worked very well which was critical as we had several days in the mid-90s. You will need to buy some of your essentials (bathroom toiletries including bar soap and shampoo, paper towels, etc.) as they provide a minimal amount of TP to get started but that’s it. Not a big issue as there are nearby mini-markets. Elevator accommodates a max of two people; easier to take the stairs. Unit has a little wear and tear but overall, it’s quite nice. Not inexpensive compared to other properties, but really large units are hard to find.

10/10 in Every Way!!

EXCELLENT experience!! We traveled with 8 family members ranging from 18 to 83 years old and this VRBO perfectly fit our needs. The host is responsive, professional and polite. Check in and check out were easy. The residence is newly renovated and beautifully appointed, from the soft, comfortable beds to the large, fluffy bath towels. Everything is clean and sleek and inviting. Each room has air conditioning and the showers have great water pressure. The views from the large windows in each room are fantastic - overlooking a bustling historic square. There is a large tastefully decorated living/dining space, and a bonus minibar/sitting area along one side with a wall of windows. The kitchen is also thoughtfully designed, and there is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Two elevators are available if you prefer them to the stairs. The building itself is STUNNING.And the location - WOW!! Close to 2 major metro stops, and just a couple stops from the Sagrada Familia (don’t miss this - especially inside). You can walk the neighborhood immediately around the building for great upscale shopping, upscale restaurants and quaint cafes. Easy access to the important sights. We all LOVED this residence and highly recommend it! It definitely elevated our visit to this incredible city.

Longweek end in BCN

Excellent location, just enough away from busy central. Tidy, clean and large to accommodate 12 people. Access is via code and set of keys so make sure you plan if guests are arriving at different times. Would definitely recommend.

Nice large apartment in central location

Nice large apartment in a central location. Manager and assistant were very helpful. Busy road below was a little distracting at night. Large living room and dining room are one large room which is great for large groups. A lot of space in this apartment making it very comfortable. Main bedroom has an attached bathroom.

Weekend in Barcelona

The flat was perfect. We were 5 couples of age 55+. The rooms are nice, the common areas are spacious and could easily accommodate all 10 of us. We highly recommend booking this flat. The location is great.

Central Barcelona

The apartment is huge. It is a bit older but it is very clean and everything works. It’s a great place for families as there is lots of room. The location is great and walkable to pretty much everywhere. We would highly recommend this apartment and the Elena. Absolutely worth the money and a great value.

9 out of 10, a very good place to stay in BCN

- location 10/10 - space 10/10 - bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. 10/10 - wifi: 7/10, need a code to login and connects/disconnects from routers depends on location, but works fine if you stay put - building: 7/10, it's an older building and older apt. small elevator, small details overall: 9/10, it's a great place, location is awesome, don't worry, just book it! enjoy

Séjour, 2 adultes et 2 enfants

Un appartement très grand, bien reparti, très bien climatisé et bien placé . Un gros problème de connection wifi alors que j’avais du travail à faire au quotidien. Ils ont été très réactifs. Le contact était très agréable. La où nous sommes déçus , c’est la qualité des choses .. 2 salles de bains pas rénovées , des paumes de douches pas agréables , des sommiers cassés , à chaque fois que j’allais me coucher , des lattes scotchées tombaient. Pas de multiprises , une prise à côté du lit par exemple , on choisi le téléphone ou la lumière. Des pièces où les lampes ne fonctionnent pas . Pas de double vitrage , pas de mobilier haut de gamme . Le prix est conséquent, et à ce prix là , il est normal d’être exigeant. Un effort de décoration plus chaleureuse et de meilleure qualité , autant fait que cet appartement serait plus attractif . Pour finir sur une note positive , c’est que la propreté était au top et nous avons passé malgré tout, de très bon jours de vacances .

Family vacation

We all enjoyed this apartment with its old charm and new, modern features. There was room for the kids to hang out as well as the adults while being walkable to many attractions Barcelona offers. The tea drinker would have loved a teakettle!

Best Location

My friends and I greatly enjoyed staying in this huge, well-kept property. The apartment is on the main drag in Barcelona and close to the metro, cafes and restaurants but it still felt like a neighborhood without being too commercial. It was clean and, like another review said, like a mansion. There were so many bedrooms and beds. We used the washer and dryer as well as the common space and kitchen. The a/c kept the apartment comfortable. And check-in was so easy- our flight arrived at 9 am and the host allowed us to put our bags in early. So nice of them. There was only one negative with the apartment which was the internet- very spotty and I'd spend hours trying to get and stay on. Other than that, it was lovely and perfect! thank you

The only good thing about this place is the location.

The washer and dryer were not in working condition. The A/C in some of the rooms was not cold. The bath tubs were very slippery. The bathrooms were not comfortable. The lights were to dimmed.

Barcelona Luxe Girls Get Away In Style

Great Location, safe and plenty of rooms for all of us to have our own rooms and privacy. The only down side is this property would of been above perfect if it had pods for their coffee machine for our stay.

Great apartment for large families!

We were a family of ten in this house with several ages of adults and children. Everyone had their own space and plenty of wiggle room. Jordi was an exceptional host, explaining the ins and outs of the apartment and giving tips for us to manage the city. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, came with many amenities (like soap to wash your clothes), and in a highly walkable area. If you are a large family or are multiple families coming together, this is the spot for you! We highly recommend Jordi’s apartment!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay, the property was lovely. The art work in the home was spectacular. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars are because the bathrooms need upgrades. The door lock was difficult in the bathrooms and the shower handles would not stay up. And the neighbors were loud on 2 of the three nights with music and laughter, woke me at 5am with it one night. I had to just move to another room. Kitchen was upgraded as well. Lovely home overall
