Oavsett om du vill undkomma snön och kylan eller bara njuta av Arizona solsken är det här platsen! Perfekt på vintern, men trevligt på sommaren! Njut av solskenet i Arizona i detta nyinredda och dekorerade stadshus …… ..Alla nya möbler, sängar, möbler; snyggt inredda. Centralt beläget i Green Valley nära shopping, golf, kyrkor och GVR sociala centra. Massor av naturligt ljus via fönster och takfönster. Takfönster i alla rum men sovrum. Fantastisk utsikt över Santa Rita bergen från den privata slutna trädgården uteplats, täckt uteplats, vardagsrum, matsal och sovrummet. Både sovrummet och vardagsrummet har skjutbara glasdörrar som vetter mot den privata trädgården / uteplatsen.

Detta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum nästan 1200 kvadratmeter stadsbostad har master badrum badrum med fullständig slutna dusch och dubbla handfat. Green Valley har över 301 soldagar per år med en genomsnittlig dagtemp på 80 grader. Flera golfbanor bara några minuter bort. Vandring, cykling, observatorier, grottor, kasinon, museer, teatrar, konstnärssamhällen, södra Arizona vinland och kulturella bekvämligheter i Tucson i närheten.

Green Valley Townhouse

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Green Valley. The location of the property was convenient, making traveling plans in the area for hiking or shopping trips easy. The townhouse itself is tucked away in a cul de sac that promotes a feeling of safety. It was a perfect size and easy to take care of.

Great time in Green Valley

Our VRBO was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and convenient location! Many restaurants and stores very close; also many golf courses which was our main reason for coming there. The house was very well stocked with amenities. Only downside was no pool on the property, it was within walking distance but you have to spend a bit of money to join a GVR which gives you access to the pool and other centers in the area for activities. Our hosts were great, super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Stayed 3 weeks in February 2025. Highly recommend!

More than we expected!

This home had a nice view, making it fun to get up each morning for the sunrise and listening to the birds singing on the back patio. Sherry and Ron had it stocked with everything you might need and were very easy to communicate with throughout our 2-week stay. An outdoor GVA pool was within walking distance and another was just a short drive away. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Green Valley. Nice place in Green River

As advertised. Clean and spacious 2 bedroom 2 baths in a 55+ y,o, community. Stayed 5 weeks had a pass to the GVR (Green River Rec) facilities for an extra $50 for 5 weeks. Very conveniently located for necessities. Neighbors really got into the Christmas in the desert theme with decorated cacti and the like. The water in AZ is very hard so could use a reverse osmosis filtration system. That's my only criticism. Owners were great to work with; very responsive to all inquiries.

Beautiful home, great location.

We stayed 3 weeks, have been enjoying Green Valley in Nov. since 2008. We enjoy golf and meet up here with other friends. The home was very comfortable. Easy check in & out. House was clean, everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains. Owners are very responsive. We have already booked next year.

Very Clean and Everything You Need

The property is very well appointed and very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. Linens are great. Furniture is comfortable. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely rent here again!

Quiet home with a beautiful view

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this peaceful townhome was a great home base for our vacation explorations. We enjoyed watching classic Arizona sunrises and hearing coyotes call at night. Sherry was such a thoughtful host, providing welcoming touches throughout the townhome that helped us feel so comfortable during our stay. She was prompt and responsive in all of our communications as well. Every part of our stay was relaxing and welcoming. We look forward to staying here on a future visit to Green Valley. Arizona vacation

The property is well kept and well organized. It has a spectacular view. The small alcove on the patio containing table and chairs makes a wonderful place for evening card games or dining out of doors. Enjoy strolling the neighborhood and talking with the friendly neighbors!

THE BEST VRBO IN GREEN VALLEY

Home is furnished very nicely. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. Bedroom mattresses are very comfortable. Attention to detail for comfort and enjoyment throughout the house. View of the mountains and the valley is amazing from the east facing windows. Patio is awesome for privacy, sun bathing and outdoor meals. Very quiet and well kept neighborhood. You will enjoy your stay here.
