HUS CANNES PALM BEACH 3 P GARDEN IN FRED 400M CROISETTE

Hyr gammalt fiskarhus helt renoverat, idealiskt beläget nära stranden (350m) - Croisette (400m) och alla butiker (närbutiker-bageri-apotek-postkontor-tidningar-frisör-fiskhandlare-slaktare-distributör bank 200-250m) i ligger tillbaka från gatan (privat väg) i en fridfull grön miljö i en trädgård, Pointe de la Croisette. En oas av lugn, vi parkerar bilen och allt görs till fots! Lyxen av en riktig semester!

Det 135 m² luftkonditionerade huset har en inhägnad trädgård med träd på 150 m2 och en stor söderläge terrass på över 15 m2 utrustad med persienner med trädgårdsmöbler och matbord för teak för 6 personer, solstolar, trädgårdsdusch, Weber elektrisk grill.
Alla rum i huset har utsikt över trädgården.
På bottenvåningen, en ingång med separat toalett-toalett, ett 44m2 vardagsrum med öppen spis, stora fönster, med soffa, fåtöljer, bord 6 stolar, platt-TV, wifi-åtkomst.
Ett oberoende kök utrustat med nya apparater: stort kylskåp med frys, mikrovågsugn, spis med 4 brännare, tvättmaskin och diskmaskin, espressomaskin, brödrost.

På övervåningen: 2 separata luftkonditionerade sovrum med kvalitetssängar på 180x200 (2x90) och 160x200cm, ett badrum med toalett, badkar-dusch.

För 6 personer öppnar vi bilagan intill huset och du har då: ett tredje sovrum med en 160 x 200m säng och ett badrum med toalett och duschkabin.

Gratis allmän parkering på 80 meter och gratis parkering på gatan och i de omgivande gatorna eller möjlighet på 400 meter från en täckt betalande parkeringsplats La Croisette.

The house was a nice size and has plenty of room. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The beds are comfortable. There are two full bathrooms (one up and one down) and one half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is a nice size and everything is easy to use. The location is great as everything you want to do in Cannes is easily accessible by walking. At first the location of the property was a turn off as it is tucked away down a small alley. The furniture is tired and really in need of replacing. Parking is not easy depending on when you are arriving. There is parking close by, but if you are trying to park during the day, you most likely will not get a spot. The owner also only supplies the bare minimum of household supplies. We had to purchase toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and body wash. However there were two little shops near by that made that easy to do. We were only staying for 3 nights, so we obviously had to leave those things behind. I think this would be great as a week or longer rental as opposed to a short term rental.

Relaxing stay in a peaceful setting

Our host was gracious and flexible, especially when one of our party, traveling separately, arrived an hour earlier than we had planned, and he allowed her to conduct check-in. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Water pressure is strong, and the master suite has a luxurious overhead shower head plus a shower wand. Location is in a quieter area, but the beach and and amazing restaurants are all with 10-15 minutes walk. Would stay here again!

Amazing property during the Cannes Lions

Fantastic property if needing to go back and forth from the Croisette and Le Palais. Really comfy stay with all amenities and a beautiful quiet garden to relax in. Will definitely book again. 5 stars all round!

Great place

We stayed in the house 3-4 times now and look forward to coming again. Very comfortable and tidy place only a few minutes from the Croisette in a calm residential area. The house is very well equipped and all stores you may need for daily needs (bakery, supermarket, etc.) are within a few minutes walking range. Definitely a recommendation.

very good location

The house was nice newly renovated and the owner responded quickly to our requests. Unfortunately the wifi was down for almost a week and the smell from the first floor bathroom was a little unpleasant. Some of the furniture was in need of replacement but the overall experience was still good.

It took hours to get the keys. The internet did not work. They did not care or come to fix it. The place was in a wierd alley, there was no can opener, nobody really cares to offer a nice place to say, just to earn money by offering little. Very disappointing.

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables.Maison calme et tranquille, très proche d'un supermarché et d'une boulangerie.La proximité de la plage est sans aucun doute un plus. En peu de temps et à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre la paisible Plage Gazagnaire et celles de la Croisette à Cannes.La maison est belle, confortable, climatisée et bien équipée avec tous les appareils électroménagers. La cuisine ouverte est propre et bien équipée , avec des produits d'entretien à disposition .Le jardin est un plus, très bien entretenu, avec un barbecue que nous avons souvent utilisé.Le stationnement extérieur peut ne pas être très facile pendant les mois de forte affluence comme en août.L'accueil a été parfait, et on a répondu à nos petites demandes concernant l'heure d'arrivée, ce qu'on a vraiment apprécié.Seul conseil, revoir les matelas et les oreillers, qu'on a trouvés un peu mous :) rien de dramatique, cependant.On reviendra sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 nuits dans cette maison avec nos deux enfants. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 300 mètres à pied de la plage, et à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (boulangerie, petite supérette, pharmacie). Le quartier est calme, sans vis-à-vis direct, ce qui permet de bien se reposer.La maison est bien aménagée, fonctionnelle et équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas parfaitement durant notre passage, mais cela semblait être un simple souci de configuration, en cours de résolution.Dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cette location pour des vacances en famille au bord de la mer !

Lovely home - great location - a hidden gem

You won't be able to see this property from the road. It is hidden down a path with a locked gate. We really liked the location because it is away from the busy center of town, but you can walk or Uber to get there. It is also close to the beach. It has a lovely back yard and the house is light and bright. The downstairs has an inviting living room and kitchen as well as a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. To get to the bedrooms, the stairs are narrow, so just be careful. The two upstairs bedrooms are private and there is a full bath as well. We were there in the summer and the house had air conditioning that worked well. The owner and manager of the home were flexible with check-in when our train was delayed. We did pay an extra fee for late check-in, but we had no problem with that. The manager was very kind and accommodating.

Belle semaine dans une petite maison enclavée avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Silencieux et calme malgré le centre-ville à proximité. Nous avons passé du bon temps.

Gute Lage mitten in Cannes

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, zu Fuß Einkaufen und zum Strand, alles kein Problem. Parken mit einem VW-Bus ist nicht so ganz einfach, aufpassen beim Spiegel... Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sonst ist auch alles vorhanden und Madame Boyon hiflt, wenn Not am Mann ist. Wir konnten den Garten wegen der vielen Mücken nur wenig nutzen, das Internet war öfter weg, deshalb nur 4 Sterne....

Good Location

The house is quiet and nice but the light was terrible in my room only ( downstairs I spend all night with the light in and out a mask to cover my eyes , because it was broken . The lady that works there is wonderful the owner does not appeared . She does . They fixed the lights 3 days after we arrived . The bathroom downs stairs smells like a dead rat sometimes . At least I did sleep because Oliver told the Lady to put down the brakes for my room meanwhile . Even though I loved the quietness and the space in the garden Alf the glass windows even the garden was not very well taken care of . In General it was nice because is near the Port and hotels and is a very good location.
