Amazing location!

This Vrbo was wonderful to stay in. With the river right in the back that we got to use the canoe to paddle in and the ice cream shop right on the corner, this was an awesome stay! Will definitely be back

Great Getaway!

Enjoyed the location, especially the ice cream shop! Comfortable, clean, you can fish right out your back door. Just overall a wonderful place to stay!

"The accommodations were wonderful. It's located near Hudson beach and several wonderful restaurants. The house was very clean and the bed was very comfortable The hosts were also easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The stay was very good bed was outstanding. All you need is there we just couldn’t figure out tv & it kept going in & out. Othwise just fine.

Comfortable & Accommodating

I enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable overall. It would have been even nicer if the lawn was taken care of, and a few maintenance issues with doors were in order. The host has great communication. The location was nice.

Perfect

A very nice and cozy location. The dock was very nice to relax on. The house was comfortable for 2 people. The amenities were nice and there was actually extra stuff we didn't expect like beach chairs, golf clubs, ect. The host was very communicative and gave us all the information we would need. Would highly recommended this location also for its nice area and nearby restraunts, ice-cream shop, and grocery stores all conveniently nearby. Overall this was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

The waterfront is pretty disgusting and both seats on the canoe were broke. Good restaurants in walking distance and good ice cream shop. Road it was on was busy

We stayed for four nights. We were on the move. So this was just a place to return to at night. It worked out perfectly. Everything was clean, neat, and comfortable.

Cute house!

Day of check-in was different... Walked in and the AC wasn't working. James was very accommodating and let me stay at another location while the AC was getting fixed. The rest of the week was great, a good spot to stay for a solo trip, couple or small family. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Make sure you check out the ice-cream shop next door and go down the street to watch the sunset. Wonderful experience and the owner was easy to communicate with.

James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. Thank you, James for sharing your home.

Rental near Hudson Beach.

Enjoyed the location near Hudson Beach. Needs some updating. Bathroom needs some TLC. TV system hard to use . Loved the ice cream store next door!

It worked for us

Location was great. We appreciated a pretty well equipped kitchen; with things like salt and sugar in the cupboard. The dining/living area was comfortable. We appreciated having a washer/dryer available. however the bed was extremely high for someone with knee problems and shorter legs! The bathroom was SMALL!

location is key

The 2 of us enjoyed the location and comfort of this vrbo. It was convenient to hwy 19 for travel to restaurants and other happenings. We cooked and had the basics we needed in the clean open modern kitchen. The bathroom was bit small but capable. The tv remote didn't seem to be the one listed for use in the home manual causing a bit of frustration. An added detailed plan of how it works for non-techies would be helpful. the bedroom was comfortable and good space for our clothes. We used the shaded carport with table and chairs for most of our dining. The floating deck on the canal was nice but a fallen branch overhung disrupting our view. We enjoyed this vrbo and plan to return in our future again. Thank you James and Hong.

Disappointing

The boardwalk to the dock was rickety, and felt unstable. It even had a wood plank missing & hand railing was loose…so we didn’t even go out there for fear of safety concerns. We were never cool enough as the A/C unit was not efficient. There was a note on the wall warning us not to turn it to below72 or it would freeze up. Our feet were dirty if we went barefoot on the floor. Also, it was like a dungeon as we were told not to open the blinds to keep the house cool. We will not be returning.

This cute and very clean, waterfront home was close to everything I needed, the beach, shopping, great restaurants and my weakness a great ice ceam shop. The perfect place at a freat price and James was always avsilable if needed. Thank you for sharing your home
