Ligger mindre än 2 timmar från Denver International Airport.

Bra restauranger, butiker och en helt ny Fireside Market är en enkel promenad från ytterdörren. Om du vill komma ifrån allt kan du prova en liten älgbläckning eller fånga och släppa fiske längs den närliggande Fraser River Trail!

Detta radhus har gott om utrymme för familj och vänner att träffas för brädspel och skratt eller för att sprida ut för läsning och tyst samtal. Njut av en lugn och väldigt bekväm vistelse medan du är i närheten av äventyr och spänning!

Sovarrangemang: Kung i befälhavaren (det finns plats för en luftmadrass och spjälsäng om det behövs), drottning i det andra sovrummet, två uppsättningar våningssängar i det tredje sovrummet. Övre våningen har sviter med 2 sovrum med privata badrum, våningssäng, hallbad och tvättstuga.

Det finns en drottning i det fjärde sovrummet och en rullande säng (två tvillingar kan bli en drottning) i nedervåningen. Detta trädgårdsnivå familjerum, sovrum och badrum ger en lugn lägenhet i hemmet.

Zip Line eller rida hästar på Devil's Thumb Ranch eller Snow Mountain Ranch. Flugfisk på Colorado River. Det finns också snöskoter och hundspann i närheten under vintermånaderna.

Ta gratisbussen till skidområdet, restaurangerna, Winter Park eller Fraser (dag och natt). Busshållplatsen ligger bara några steg bort (framför Randi's Restaurant). Njut av den kostnadsfria pendelbussen till Devil's Thumb Ranch som plockar upp och sjunker vid deras systerfastighet över Main Street från vår fastighet.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

My family and I spent 5 days here in Winterpark at Sarah’s rental. Everything was amazing, the home was spacious and beautiful. There were plenty of helpful items in the home such as serving dishes, crockpots, and outdoor items to use like a plastic sled. Sarah was really great with checking in on us and spent time with me beforehand discussing the weather and other tips. She was very kind and accomplished. We had an amazing trip and were lucky to catch a white Christmas. 10 out of 10!

Great location and layout

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is perfectly located in heart of town and we walked everywhere. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the trip. We will be back.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We had a great stay at this property. It easily accommodated our combination of 3 families with kids. It's a great location in the middle of Winter Park - short drive to the base of the mountain and short walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The condo is very nicely appointed and has a great layout for multiple families.

Great location and property!

Our stay at the Winter Park Retreat was great for two families. Location is fantastic as it's right on the bus route and walkable to restaurants. The unit is spacious and updated. Long dining table for family dinners. Extra parking is nearby. Host responds quickly. I would recommend this property to others and we would stay here again.

Great townhome in a perfect location!

Our group of four couples stayed in the townhome for a week of skiing. With the four bedrooms and four bathrooms everyone had their own rooms and privacy. We spent time around the large table for meals and visiting. It is a short walk to the bus stops as well as restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property and in a perfect spot!

Incredible property and in an excellent part of WP as well. Just a few minutes from the ski resort and multiple tubing spots. Plenty of sleeping space(we easily slept 10). Was incredible in every aspect outside of there being a lot of dog hair(was wearing black and my clothes were absolutely covered after I sat down the first time in the living room)

Started with a few hi-cups, but Sarah took care of it!!

Nice place, great stay. There were a few hi-cups with cleaning to begin with. But was taken care of as quick as possible and to our satisfaction. Sarah was gracious and communicated above and beyond! We were grateful.

The owners were very helpful.. We did have a few issues with our stay. The kitchen floor was extremely dirty, garage was full of garbage when we arrived, and the tv broke while we were there. They were able to help with all concerns.

All around great condo

This was a superb property. Great layout which gave each family group their own private space. Hey, I needed the exercise from all those stairs! The kitchen was wellstocked with extras of cutlery, cooking utensils, and dishes. All appliances were full size. Plenty of hot water, even with 4 teenagers. The location was superb, walking distance to the whole town. Great access to the Fraser River Trail hike and bike trail.

Great location that met all our needs!

Great location convenient to downtown Winter Park with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and activities. The communication with the owner and check-in/out were a breeze. We had to extend our stay by one day because of a canceled flight and they worked with us to make that happen which we very much appreciated! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, exactly as advertised and met all of our needs. The five flights of stairs definitely kept us in shape. With the drastic change in elevation for us, we got quite winded going up and down the stairs so much - but exercise is a good thing! (If stairs are a problem for you though, you might want to reconsider.) We cooked in several times and all the extras in the kitchen were very handy. Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us - we loved it!

Amazing townhome in great location

We absolutely loved this property! It worked very well for our group of young and older adults. It is spacious, well-stocked and has beautiful decor. We were nervous to travel during a pandemic, but Sarah's generous cancellation policy allowed us to rest easier about planning ahead. And when we arrived, there was a list from the cleaning service describing their thorough cleaning process. And the residents and visitors of Winter Park were great about masking and social distancing. Even on the trails in Rocky Mountain National Park, people gave each other space and the respect of masking as you passed by. Restaurants and stores were also cautious. I felt very safe there. The townhome is truly lovely with everything you need--and then some--to enjoy your stay. It is very large--spread out vertically, with bathrooms on each level. The townhomes in this complex are close to one another so you can hear some neighbors, but it was never a problem. We absolutely loved coming home to the townhome every night. It was comfortable and gave us opportunity to either cook, enjoy take out or simply relax. The technology worked very well and we appreciated the chrome cast! Winter Park is central to all that Grand County has to offer, and also close to white water rafting on Clear Creek. We hated to leave as this bit of paradise allowed us to unwind and step back from the craziness for two weeks. I would love to return to this property again. It's wonderful! Thank you, Sarah, for sharing your lovely home and for being a patient and responsive owner.
