Denna stora fastighet var helt renoverad precis i tid för 2018 sÀsongen! Ny uppvÀrmd saltvattenpool och spa var precis avslutade. Golv till inredning helt NYHET! Detta stora hem sitter pÄ en dubbel del i Napoli Park bara 5 hem frÄn vattnet / inloppet. BelÀget i det mest önskvÀrda 500 kvarteret med en kort promenad till antingen Vanderbilt Beach eller Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

Great pool and a comfortable home. Nice to have bikes to ride. Kitchen furnishings leave a bit to be desired. Also, the listing shows that a garage was available, but it is not. So if you have a nice car, know it will sit out in the hot Florida sun!

Beautiful home in great location of Naples Park. Outdoor pool, spa, and sitting areas were plenty big enough and would be perfect for entering. House is stocked with anything you may need during your stay. Great communication with the host. Very prompt with responses. Would highly recommend this house.

The house was great! Very clean and great set up. The pool area was beautiful and our family made use out of it everyday! The beaches are close and not crowded. Many shopping areas and restaurants to choose from within a few miles. Good location!

Host was amazing and answered all my questions. I spoke to what host prior to booking for special arrangement for an event and the host was okay with everything I shared. The home is exactly as listed if not more gorgeous in person. I was able to have family over with me during the day near the beach. I have it down as a must return.

This home is nicely appointed and very nicely laid-out for entertaining. Three private bedrooms with a large kitchen, island, dining, and living area. The patio is very large with multiple seating areas. The salt water pool and spa are great.

NYE 2024

This property, in some ways, is exactly as advertised. Great and walkable location to the beach. Beautifully redone. The challenge I had was the following (which I shared with the owner); 1. No bathroom amenities- including bars of soap, shampoo etc2. ice machine didn’t work 3. Tires in the bikes need to be pumped and we didn’t see a pump. 4. The Spa wasn't working. The owner is saying that the last guest turned off. Not sure There was a large crack in the front door glass when we checked in. I had to reach out, to tell the owner, as I didn't want to be responsible for that. His response was less than welcoming, which was disappointing to say the least.

Great mini vacation in Naples

An updated, well kept, well stocked, beautifully decorated modern ranch with a spacious backyard with a salt-water heated pool and a built-in hot tub had all a family may desire for a great vacation by the beach. Communication with our host was seamless and Erik even went out of his way to bring us a bike lock. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house

Great location with really beautiful and clean house. When entering the house you get an spacious and open living room and kitchen with large doors to a big and nice pool and heated spa. A lot of space with 2 grills, many patio furniture to relax and a storage with beach seats and umbrella. Close to the beach, we use to drive , parking is $6 on Wiggins Pass beach ( it’s more like family place) and $10 at Vanderbilt beach ( public beach with more people, teenagers ). Eric the owner is friendly and responding quick to any questions. House and pool is much bigger than you see in pictures. We really enjoyed our time here and thank you Eric again.

Friend weekend

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We chose to purchase this property a year ago as it was larger than most in the area and had so much potential. We were able to create a vast open floor plan while still allowing for the bedrooms to have a more secluded feel which is great when family and friends get together for vacations. With such a large yard, the indoor/outdoor entertainment value is second to none! We put in the pool to enhance the guest's experience and allow them to fully enjoy the entire property.
