Historiskt tegelhem med vattenvy från plats. Bakre veranda och egen ingång till sovrummet. Ett kvarter ner är du på flodpromenad med affärer och utsikt över vattnet. Ett kvarter till höger är du på kaffe, cupcake-butik, pubar, konsthantverkets museum, god mat, lokala livsmedelsaffärer, vackra historiska byggnader, spökturer och till och med få din egen privata häst- och vagnstur i hela centrum. Så ganska när du vill koppla av från brus från liv och rörelse men ett kvarter från all action. 20 min åktur till havet. Kan uber så behöver du inte oroa dig för parkering. Mycket sällsynt 2-bil privat parkering uppfart på fastigheten.

Short Weekend Trip

Great place to stay. Everything was clean and welcoming. Very convenient walking distance to everything on the riverwalk. Private parking spot is a definite plus.

great trip

In town for 2 nights and family member wedding. Perfect location for walking access to river walk and eats and shopping destinations. Everything needed in the house and actually more cozy than expected. Folks in upper unit had a small one whose feet you would hear early but since we do not sleep late it was not a bother. Would recommend to friends.

Incredible location!

This place was exactly as described and shown in pictures! Air conditioning, hot water, comfortable beds. It was super close to everything in downtown Wilmington so we didn’t have to walk more than a couple minutes to any restaurant, coffee, or bar. The host was great and provided contact information in case we needed anything at any time! Highly recommend for your trip to Wilmington!

This place was awesome!! Clean, close to everything we love about historic Wilmington.

Super clean, decorated so tastefully... Loved the back patio with the lights and the addictive hook and ring game!!! Such a great total place to decompress.

Quick trip

Needed a place to stay for one night due to having to take a test for my new job certification. This was a great place in a great location and the owner was very quick to respond and give clear instructions. Wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely will come back when I want a quick get away.

Perfect location. Great stay.

The location is so close to the Riverwalk in a pretty neighborhood. We walked everywhere. Easy to step down to the river and watch the sunset. Nice furniture for sharing space with another couple. Good communication with Chris, the owner.

Fantastic Location

This home is very much what one should expect in the historic district of any city....small, quaint and lots of charm. The location is convenient to all the local sites and eateries. We walked to all the attractions and dining places. We had everything we needed to make for a fabulous long weekend get away.

Location location location

Walking distance to everything downtown Wilmington. One block from river walk. The driveway means no hassle parking. We did have some AC issues but the owner was on it before we knew there was a problem. Great place to stay, would stay there again.

Perfect overnight stay!

My husband and I as well as one other couple completely enjoyed staying in this unit. The location is fantastic and the unit is very clean and comfortable. It is also a bonus to have off street (free!) parking for two cars. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I definitely will return and will recommend to friends.

Excellent location in historic district

Condo’s location could not be better, easy walking distance to river, and downtown, and it has off street parking, which is a bonus. Check-in was simple and host’s response was almost immediate to my note about broken dishwasher. Bedrooms, dining room and living area are spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen set up is basic. Pacing/barking dog upstairs annoyance is offset by white noise machine provided for one bedroom. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Liked staying there but...

My wife and I were staying in Wilmington for a wedding and a few days of sightseeing while in the area. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. We left a day early because I aquired multiple insect bites on my legs after snoozing on the couch. I was reminded that dogs are allowed so presumed the bites were flea bites.

We found the home charming with its sea decor and soooo comfortable. It was in a perfect location for the river walk. We walked a lot and slept like a dream in very comfortable beds! parked the car and did not get back in the car until time to leave. Perfect location, but...

This is the perfect location for enjoying the amenities along the river front. However, there's some maintenance that needs to be done, especially to the bathroom. Shower curtain rod isn't fastened to the wall, toilet wobbles and toilet seat is loose, missing light bulb above vanity, and bathroom door is hard to close. Not the quality you would expect for the price--but a great location. A little work and refreshment to the interior would go a long way to making this a place you'd want to return to.
