När du anger 8 Bramble Lane märker du att detta hem är vackert inredda och inbjudande. Wonderful stay!

We had the best stay at this house, everything was clean and looked great. It was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and seaside. Oversee went above and beyond on how they make the whole process work! Will definitely stay at this house again next summer!

Perfect for us!

Enjoyed our stay! Great location with easy walk to beach, close to grocery store, and fun to bike to Watercolor. House has nicely decorated and spacious. Will definitely stay again!

We loved this house so much!!! My teenage son invites about 4-5 friends and the upstairs living room was perfect with their rooms up there also. We will definitely book again!

Beautiful Property!

This was our first trip down to the Seaside area and we loved every moment of it! This house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 7, 5, and 2). It felt new, was very clean, and was a short drive/comfortable walk to the center of Seaside (.9 miles). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

8 Bramble Ln Perfect Vacation

Love the location and all the amenities in the house. Helpful instructions and information provided for any emergencies. Very friendly management and if any concerns or questions I had, I was provided with a quick response. The house is very beautiful and cozy too.

Great Property!

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance (> 1/2 mile) to the beach, the grocery store and Seaside square (~3/4 mile). Neighborhood pool was super close. Plenty of room in this spacious house-easily accommodated 10 adults. The house was immaculate. Would definitely rent again.

The house and location were absolutely perfect

We loved the property. The only thing I would add is a mirror upstairs somewhere. It was hard for others getting ready upstairs that were staying in the bunk if the bathroom was occupied. Otherwise it was fabulous!

Great home

This is a great home with large bunk beds upstairs. Very close to the SeaGrove Village Market and Surfing Deer restaurants. The walk to Seaside restaurants is only 10-15 min. The house is in a gated neighborhood but next to the main road so there is some street noise heard in the master bedroom at night. Quiet pool is also very close.

Exceptional Stay

This quaint gated community with beautiful new homes provided us with a memorable stay. The home provided plenty of space for me and my 3 teens. It was well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Great location, easy bike ride to Seaside. Responsive property management company. The only improvement to recommend, window coverings on the windows on the main floor. With the beautiful lighting in the home, window coverings will give the much needed privacy at night. I highly recommend this property.

Fun times in seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property provided a memorable stay for Springbreak with my three teens and me. This quaint, gated subdivision is centrally located to everything you need. Seaside is a bike ride away as well as Publix. The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, good size rooms with two entertainment areas. The teens loved owning upstairs. One suggestion, adding window covering on the main level for privacy. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a great experience at 8 Bramble and the location is great for the area.

Overall the house was great! We love Seagrove and have been coming for 9 years staying at different homes in the area! This was a first time at the Hammocks. The neighbor did complain a little to the rental agency, but I think that’s pretty common from what I was seeing with previous reviews. That honestly didn’t bother me as bad as the master bedroom road noise. You’ll definitely want loud white noise makers. Also, the kids bunk room has NO window coverings. Overall the house was beautiful and accommodating to our group. The neighborhood is definitely quaint and quiet!

The home was immaculate, and the decor was beautiful. The Hammocks neighborhood was a quick bike ride to the beach and Seaside. It is a super quiet gated community, and the pool was right nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies which is often lacking in other rental properties. The kids loved having their own "hang out" upstairs, and the full size bunk beds were a bonus! Oversee was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions so quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great vacation. The property and house were beautiful. My biggest and really only complaint was the road noise which I know can’t really be helped. It seemed 12am-5am were relatively quiet, but we all found it difficult to sleep.As for the beach, the walk to the beach wasn’t bad, but not accessible for people with limited mobility at the 395 Public Access point. There is no parking there for cars or bikes. Once you get there, the beach is beautiful and not crowded. We tried the other public beach that did have some parking and a ramp on one of our days, but the beach was way over crowded.

Fall Break

There were a couple of issues, nothing major. The ceiling fan in living room not working at all...the thermostat was on 78 when we got there...way too hot..it cooled down eventually. Also, we spent a lot of money on steaks to grill and the grill did not work at all. 3 out of the 5 burners were out and it was rusted out...we had to cook them in a pan...not ideal...these things should be working when you have tenants. Chris with the property mgt group was amazing... 5 stars for him.
