Denna spektakulära bottenvåning / söderläge enhet ligger i Hawk Ridge Condo Complex är mindre än 1/4 kilometer från Mesquites högst rankade Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course. Mesquite ligger ungefär en timme nordost om Las Vegas och erbjuder mycket att göra med 7 Championship golfbanor med kasinon, spa och restauranger i närheten. St George Utah, Bryce och Zion nationalparker är väl värda att köra ut till de vackra röda klippkanjonerna.

Tyst och vackert inredda. Denna enhet erbjuder dig ett bekvämt hem hemifrån medan du njuter av bergen från uteplatsen och Mesquites varma temperaturer. Vårt toppade kök med granitbänk är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för matlagning i. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek i enheten samt ett klubbhus på plats med gym, uppvärmd pool, spa och grill. Det finns en filtrerad vattentut i köket och en mjukgörare för vår individuella enhet och en 55 "TV med kabel och gratis WIFI i det rymliga, bekväma vardagsrummet. Anläggningen erbjuder också gott om parkeringsplatser för husbilar och båtar.

Det stora sovrummet har en fullständig master bad och en drottning Sealy Premium madrass med en Serenity Temperpedic Memory Foam Madrass Topper. Det andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar som enkelt kan skjutas ihop för att göra en kung om du vill. Båda sängarna har också en skummadrass och båda sovrummen är utrustade med 42 "Samsung-tv med fjärrkontroll och takfläkt! Sovrummen är också norrläge så att ingen vaknar upp för starkt solljus skinner i förrän du är redo!

Dessutom, bara en minuts promenad till Marilyn Park finns det en sandvolleybollplan, en fullstor korgbollplan, grillplats och ett täckt picknickområde och en lekplats för barnen.

Another great stay.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this condo. The condo is clean, well stocked and easy to check in and out of. The owner is easily reached if you have any questions. We will be staying her again next year.

Mesquite Golf Trip

The Hawk Ridge Condo was perfect! It had everything we needed to enjoy the stay and be ready for a good day of golf! Everything was clean and comfortable! Kitchen was very well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect with plenty of close golf courses. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely rent again! Thank you!

The condo was updated and well maintained. It was clean and there was a lot of towels and pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked with any gadget we needed. The pool and hot tub made the stay enjoyable. The corner ground level was nice with amazing views of the mountains. I would stay here again!!!

Great little place in an excellent location. Super clean. Owner was easy to work with.

Really enjoyed our stay & were pleased with the condo. Only real downside was the small bed in the master bedroom. It was listed as a queen but seemed more like a full. Pretty tight for 2 average size adults. Nonetheless, would recommend the place & would stay again.

Golfing Mesquite

We have a group of about 30 that have been doing Mesquite the last 5 years. A number of our group has stayed in this condo complex and we all really enjoy the location, price and quality of the condos. I will DEFINITELY return and recommend this condo as well as the complex!! Thank you again for a great time and stay!!!

Great condo for a golf trip

Really nice condo in a very convenient location. Almost walking distance to Wolf Creek and surrounded by Canyon Course of Oasis (you can't really see it but it's there). I would definitely stay there again. Owners were very attentive to a cable TV problem and had it fixed in no time.

Nice two bedroom with a view

We had a great time. The condo is nice but we did have a few issues with noise from the upstairs neighbors. Last time we stayed here it must have been empty. This time it was 2 adults 2 elementary aged kids and two dogs. It was very noisy. It is very close to all golf courses and has nice covered parking. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

Mesquite golf trip

I was pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities you would expect in a rental unit. I’ve rented through VRBO before and not had the amenities that would be expected.The tall toilet and sink in the master bathroom very much appreciatedCeiling fans in the rooms were very much appreciateHooks on the bathroom doors are necessary and not usually in rental units for some reasonThere was a nightlight in the master bath and a clock in the master bedroom on the dresser, which I feel are very necessary. The second bathroom and bedroom did not have a nightlight or o’clock though.Rugs on the bathroom floor were much appreciated. The towels were plentiful and very nice. All in all it was definitely one of the better places that I’ve stayed through VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great for our activities, the assigned parking space was really close by, and the communications with the host were excellent. We found the condo to be clean, neat and well apportioned. This condo will be on our favorites list for future needs.

Excellent Property in ALL Aspects

From the booking to our arrival the communication was exceptional and once we arrived…the property was amazing. The location is central to everything in the area and easy to get to from the main roads in town.The condo itself was immaculate and had everything you would need for your stay. It was clean and well appointed with up to date furniture that was comfy too!Can’t recommend this property any higher, exceptional. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

This is one of the nicest condos i have rented through VRBO. Very nice 2 bedroom with ample room, great view and convenient location to anything you want to do. The owners were very attentive and helpful.

Had the Building to Ourselves

Really great Condo location, on the end of a large condo complex up on the hill. Not sure how often this happens, but we were the only ones in that particular building (I think there are 37 buildings total) during our stay. Overlooks a 4-lane street, but it wasn't busy/loud while we were there during a holiday week. Nice public park down below the complex with a short walking path. (Don't plan on walking to the pool; it's at the other end of the complex and is better suited for a drive.) Condo has a nice private front porch with wonderful sunrise and sunset views. We ventured out from Mesquite to Vegas, and Gold Butte BLM area (beautifully rugged and wild; but be careful - you're on your own out there.) If you're willing to drive a little, this is a great affordable location to use as a home-base when going to the city.

We love Mesquite and enjoy all it has to offer, golfing, hiking, gambling, great restaurants, the amazing weather and the quiet atmosphere. We try to get there as often as we can!
We get the opportunity to communicate with folks all over the world which I especially take pleasure in.

Hawk Ridge is a very nice, quiet and well kept property. This condo is at the very end of the complex so it is very quiet and does not have a lot of foot traffic. It faces the mountains so you'll have a great view in the evenings or early morning while having coffee on the patio.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo has no steps inside or out and has an amazing view of the mountains for you to enjoy on the patio. A King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen and a large TV in the living area as well as TVs in each bedroom. Community pool and hot tub adds an extra bonus. Makes for a relaxing getaway for anyone visiting Mesquite.
