    Perfect place for 1 or 2 people on a short stay. Very clean, well laid out, all amenities provided (except coffee creamer).

    Probably my most enjoyable stay visiting family. Usually book the local hotel but this spot was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and overall process was great. I highly recommend

    Great Place in Cleveland

    This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. This guest house is so awesome that it is hard to find an open date. The family renting it were very nice and accommodating. I will stay here again.

    Perfect! Would have liked a longer stay

    Growing up in The Delta it was great to be back for a visit. Many positive changes and additions in Cleveland were nice to see. My 100 yr old mother and I had a wonderful, quick overnight stay at this clean, attractive cottage. Although we arrived late and left early, our night of sleep was just what we needed in a very comfortable bed. Wish we could have had time for a short walk in the pretty neighborhood before we were on our way. Had everything we needed but more time to hang around. We especially enjoyed the person touches…local art, pottery and tourist info. Would surely like to come back for a longer stay.

    This was the perfect option for us this year visiting our family for Thanksgiving. We had our own space and could bring our dog. The neighborhood was perfect for getting out early morning runs in as well. Would definitely stay here again!

    The place was perfect for our stay. Very nice, spacious, and comfortable. Great neighborhood, very quiet. We cooked our meals every day and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoy our stay.

    Cute little place

    I loved my stay at High Cotton guesthouse. It was such a neat place, just the right size. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom clean, everything decorated well. Dogs enjoyed the back yard. House in quiet and apparently safe neighborhood. I could walk down the street with dogs without being afraid. I want to go back at my next family visit.

    Cozy little home away from home

    Great neighborhood, great host, very quiet surroundings. Scott was very accommodating and had everything we would need. Comfy bed and bedding, easy to get in and out of. Central access to everything in town. Thanks for being such a great host Scott!

    Beautiful Cottage

    The cottage is beautiful 1 bedroom guesthouse connected to the owners home. All the amenities and needed technology for those who need to remote work while staying are present. The only down side is parking due to sharing parking with the owners. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay within 5 minutes from Delta State University this is the place to book.

    This place is a must if in Cleveland. It is in a great neighborhood, clean, quiet and very affordable! I have stayed here many times over the last four years.
