Välkommen till Ocean House 1701! Denna fantastiska lägenhet ligger bekvämt i hjärtat av Gulf Shores på West Beach Blvd. Bekvämt att massor av sevärdheter shopping, matsal och roligt!

Denna stora 3 sovrum, 3 bad enhet är den perfekta lägenheten för hela familjen. Två master sviter, båda med balkong tillgång gör denna lägenhet extremt sällsynt. Konungmästaren framför har en balkong mot norr med vacker lagunutsikt, den har en king size-säng med fästrygg. Gulf Front Master Bedroom har en fantastisk utsikt över bukten från balkongen och ansluten jack och jill bad. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar och bifogat bad. Detta är den perfekta platsen för dig och familjen att komma och koppla av och varva ner.

Eventuella bokningar som gjorts före den 1 oktober för vintersäsongen (januari och februari) kräver ett minimum på 60 dagar (två månader). Bokningar som inte uppfyller dessa kriterier är föremål för avbokning av ledningen. Efter den 1 oktober kan reservationer göras för vintermånaderna minst tre eller sju nätter, beroende på enhetens specifikationer.

Perfect for families

Perfect amount of space for our family. Loved having the bathrooms in each room. The balcony views were amazing. Would stay here again if we go back to Gulf Shores.

Great Last Minute Trip

Location is good, pool & beach access are great! Management company was easy to work with. Needs a deep clean & a new coat of paint. It needs to be updated overall but everything works! Cleaning could use some improvement - excessive sand on the poolside balcony, hair & sand in drawers, makeup on the shower curtain. Only one elevator for the building but it moves pretty quickly. It is a bit crazy during check-in time - the 3-5 window is not enough time.

Family Vacation

Great location!! Condo was spacious and fit our needs. Only a couple things could use some improvement....the dryer does not dry very well at all even with very few towels in a load. That becomes an issue when you have 8 people using bath towels and beach towels and having to use a key instead of a keyless entry is very inconvenient. If not changed then the lock needs changed it is very hard to get to work. Overall a great family place to stay!!

Great Vacay Condo!!

This is a great condo for a family! It is right on the beach and has a large pool. You can rent chairs/umbrellas or bring your own for the beach. Sit on the large back balcony in the evening and enjoy listening to the waves or the front balcony off the master to watch the sunset. Great end unit with lots of windows!! We had a great time!

Friends vacation no kids!

Absolutely amazing! View was to die for on the balcony and 20 feet out, I was sitting under my umbrella on the beach. Kitchen had everything plus big pots for fresh shrimp. Lots of space if you did wanna take your littles. 3 bathrooms definitely a plus if we had kids with us. Master bathroom an bedroom were super big! Only thing I would add is blackout curtains for the one window in the master bedroom. Great place to stay!

Details, details, details

This condo is in a great location. It has a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom vanity is delaminating, the walls are dusty, the ceilings are dirty around the vents. Empty nails in the walls where pictures should be hanging. Lower end appliances- The dryer took over 3 hours to dry a small load of towels. The biggest complaint of the adults in my party was the miniature commodes. All the adults in my group are over 5'8". They were fine for kids, not so much on adults. 2 of the 3 commodes were running continuously when we arrived, I informed the management company of this and someone arrived with in a couple of hours to fix them. That was great. My family rented several units in this building. Compared to all of the others our was the least favorable. I won't stay in this unit again.

Find another place to stay. Overpriced, and in desperate need of some deep cleaning and updates.

The beach was amazing, and the staff at Ocean House couldn’t have been nicer. Poole and Associates, on the other hand, could use some customer service training. I got charged for a parking pass with my rental, but when I pulled into the resort, I was charged again. Nothing was mentioned about reimbursement, so I assume I wouldn’t/won’t be reimbursed, if I didn’t ask about it. I was hesitant, but hopeful, with this condo. After reading reviews that were written on unit 1701 at Ocean House, after booking/ paying my rental in full, it didn’t sound promising, but I hoped for the best. I spoke to someone who gave me a lame excuse about the room being less than, because if Covid. Shouldn’t it be even more than, because of Covid?!?! I took bleach, lots of lysol and bathroom cleaner. Just what you want to be doing on your vacation…cleaning. Let’s just say, I used those cleaning supplies, and then some. Cleanliness was not the only issue. The only place for the dryer is in the trash. I spent hours upon hours trying to get clothes dry. A typical load of laundry took about 5 hours. I called the Poole and associate office. They sent someone several hours later, he cleaned mounds of lint out of the back of the dryer, but it didn’t do anything for the dry time of a load of laundry. The inconvenience of returning the keys to the Poole and Associates office, instead of leaving them in the room. Traffic was terrible on the only road to get to their office, but it was required return the key there, and fight the traffic anyway. Such an inconvenience. We decided to leave on Friday, because bad weather was expected. Before we left Poole and associates called me and told me someone was coming by the resort, to bring in the patio furniture. They asked if I would do it instead. I did, but asked if we could just give the keys to the employee that was coming to the resort. Poole and Associates told me that the employee could bring in patio furniture, but couldn’t bring our keys back to the office. Here’s a solution, get with the times, and get a key pad on your doors.
