Välkommen till OLYMPIC-NATIONAL en familjeferie inbäddat på gränsen och ingången till kustnära olympiska nationalparken vid Rialto Beach. Med ingenting som skiljer dig från parken, är du nedsänkt i lugn och ro bland skogens massiva träd. På den här nästan 30 hektar stora förening kan du njuta av hundratals meter av flodfronten och nästan en halv mil från olympiska nationalparkens fasad. Laxen som körs på Quillayute River är en av de bästa i regionen. Gäster noterar att hemmet är perfekt beläget för att utforska olympiska nationalparken, eftersom det är så nära så många attraktioner.

Semesteruthyrning är Cape Cod stil med en flodsten spis och modernt kök. Shaker and Craftsman-stilar lyfter in interiören och ett bra rum öppnar till ett stort söderläge däck som förlänger ditt underhållande och solande. Detta är ett modernt hem med nya bekvämligheter, apparater och möbler samt datorstyrd luftkonditionering och värme, inga nycklar behövs för att komma in i hemmet, ljusdämpning och sensorer gör din vistelse enkelt och bekvämt.

Älg, hjort och skalliga örnar gör sitt hem här. Äggen lämnar parken för att beta i betet under däck och skalliga örnar lever vid flodfronten där deras favoritfiskehål finns.

Vandring: Det finns spår på fastigheten och i närheten, inklusive Rialto Beach, Hole in the Wall, Lake Ozette, First / Second / Third Beaches, James Lake och andra. Sammanfogningarna av Sol Duc, Bogachiel, Quillayute och Dickey Rivers ligger inom 2 miles. Hoh Rain Forest, sjön Crescent, Sol Duc Hot Springs, Ruby Beach och Kalaloch Beach ligger alla inom en timme härifrån. Lake Ozette är bara en 8,5 mil resa med raven.

FISKE: För fiskeentusiaster har flodfronten ett av de bästa laxfiskehålen i regionen och är hem till det bästa inhemska steelheadfiskeet i de angränsande USA. Halibut och havsfiske finns på LaPush. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser för bilar och båtar på släpvagnar och det finns plats att lägga tält om det behövs. Grusbaren längs fastigheten är en utmärkt sträcka av flugfiskevatten och är ett utmärkt ställe att fiska. Quillayute är värd chinook, coho, sockeye och ibland rosa lax. Havskörd sädöring öring är riklig. Fiskekort krävs inte för att fiska i olympiska nationalparken. Du behöver dock en fri lax / steelhead fångstrekord om du riktar in dessa fiskar. Grusbaren delas med olympiska nationalparken.

All outstanding: Clean rooms, quietness, stocked supplies of wood with a nice stack of newspapers, close proximity to the lake. Everything was just as described.

Fantastic Stay

The location of this house is ideal. Very short drive to Rialto Beach and other beaches and to Forks. We took pictures of the driveway going to the house as it is surrounded by pines it was beautiful. The house was perfect for our family touring Olympic NP. Comfy beds and bedding, 2 nice bathrooms and a great living room and kitchen. The house was super clean! The back deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and evening sit downs. The silence was so peaceful. The view was gorgeous. We walked the short trail to the river with more gorgeous views and skipped rocks. The property abuts the Olympic NP - so cool. We would love to come back.

We stayed for one night during our travels through ONP. It was perfect. The home is very private and a short drive to Rialto Beach. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well maintained. We loved the oversized washer and drying for quick laundry turnaround as well as the very well stocked kitchen making the stay a breeze! The communication with Jim was flawless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Olympic getaway

This property exceed our expectations. The furnishings in the house were high quality - comfortable beds, good kitchen appliances and gear for cooking, bathrooms nicely updated, etc. As others note, the location is unbelievable -- we walked down to the river several days to fish or watch the sunset, we walked a few steps to the 1mile trail in ONP to the Mora Ranger Station, or we enjoyed just walking around the property enjoying the mature trees. It's set far back out of sight of the road and the neighbors, so the only noise is the birds chirping!Location is a good central hub for exploring different parts of Olympic NP and Olympic peninsula. The property has a good selection of hiking guides to help you pick where to go (Ozette Lake was our "hidden gem" find for the trip!), as well as guides on local fishing and history.

Trees, Trees, Trees!

We all enjoyed this comfy, warm and roomy home so much, we tried to add another night! Gorgeous location surrounded by National Forest, comfy sofas and wood burning fire place and well stocked kitchen to whip up any comfort food your heart desires. The beds were comfy. Jim was so responsive and helpful. This house is on our list for future visits, because we need another round of Olympic NP.

Amazing location

The location of the this place is unparalleled - bordering the Olympic National Park and as close to Rialto beach as you can get without camping. Loved the location. The house itself was super clean and adequate, though incredibly generic and meh. The new carpet has lots of off-gassing that I smelled immediately upon arriving. That said, the owner has been very intentional about stocking the kitchen and place with everything one needs for cooking and a comfortable stay.

perfect vacation house

Everything about this house and location was great! We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and taking walks down to the river every evening was wonderful. The house was very nice it had everything we needed. The owner is very thoughtful and communication with him was great. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone going to that area.

Perfect Olympic park getaway!

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The beds were comfy, amenities excellent and location top notch — very peaceful and beautiful. The selection of kids toys was also a nice touch. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay

We had a group of 6 adults (friends and family) stay at the property, which was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and well located. Everyone in the group was pleased. The house is located in a beautiful area. On our first night, near sunset, we sat on the deck (off the dining room, in the back of the house) and saw elk just beyond the backyard. It was magnificent.

Perfect for a stay at Olympic NP

My husband and I camped at Olympic NP e5 years ago. We wanted to return and share Olympic NP with our adult kids. This place was perfect. Words in the family included "unreal llocation" and Great deck". Thank You for sharing this wonderful gem this with us.

Post Cruise Trip

Great location to explore the south western part of the park. Rialto Beach 7 minutes away & Hoh Rain Forest is a little more than an hour. We squeezed in a lot in just 3 days. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Mark B July 2024

Olympic Moments

This is our second time stay and just as magical as the first. Location is one of the best on the peninsula; home is cozy, clean and quiet. Whether hanging out and watching the local wildlife or spending the day at the nearby beaches and park land, the moments we had are some of the best memories in the ONP.

Great National Park Visit

Our family of 4 came out to stay to explore the Olympic Coast. The access to the areas we wanted to go was excellent. We cook all our meals, and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to find things. It was a great place to spend a few days on the Olympic Peninsula.

Gem in the ONP

This house and property are fantastic. If we could rate it higher, we would. The quiet seclusion plus the daily visits from the local elk herd make this place magical. The house is spacious yet cozy and very clean. It has all you need to be at home on your vacation. The access to the park is phenomenal with short drives to multiple beaches and rain forest hikes. We can’t wait to book our next trip. Thank you to our host for making this property available!

We had a wonderful stay at this Olympic Peninsula home. It was extremely clean and had everything needed for a stay close the park. We felt like we had all the amenities we needed. Even though the home is in a remote area, there were all the comforts of home.

Amazing week!

We absolutely loved this property and our visit to ONP! We were able to set up our base camp here and travel to all of the major park sights. The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We even got to see Elk in the pasture on our last morning. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Magical forest and river

The forest and river on the property are fantastic because you're essentially surrounded by the Olympic National Park. The location is also ideal for exploring the many nearby beaches and the Hoh rainforest. In particular, the Second Beach trail is a short hike to tidepools (near the north of the beach, but not all the way to the arch) that had exceptional marine life at low tide. With binoculars, we had good views of whales and seals offshore! The home and outdoor deck were comfortable, clean, and convenient. The host was helpful and responsive. The water level in the river on the property was lower than usual when we visited, but that enabled us to walk on the smooth rock beds along the river, enjoying the gorgeous views and the beautiful colors and shapes of the river pebbles. Of all the terrific places we stayed in the Pacific Northwest, this property is the one where my husband wants to return.

I am lucky to have found this jewel. It is gorgeous and unforgetable! Massive trees, beautiful view, riverfront, elk, deer, bald eagles, fishing, Olympic National Park is your neighbor, I couldn't resist. At the time I purchased it I didn't realize what I had.

Two frequent comments I hear from my guests: the home is beautiful, warm and comfortable with unforgetable views; it is a perfect home-base to explore Olympic National Park because so many points of interest are nearby. What do I think? The best fishing hole in the area is in front of my home.
