Detta är en underbar platta, full av naturligt ljus med fönster från golv till tak i alla rum.

Ligger på översta våningen i denna lilla utveckling, drar du nytta av utsikt över London-ögat från köket och vardagsrummet och utsikten över skärven från sovrummen. Alla rum är tillbaka från gatan så det är tyst.

Det finns 2 kompletta badrum och 2 sovrum - ett med en super king size-säng och säkerställer master badrum med gott om utrymme för bagage och ett andra sovrum med dubbelsäng, skrivbord och garderobsutrymme.

Det finns ett familjebadrum som ligger utanför korridoren bredvid det andra sovrummet. Båda badrummen har badkar och stående dusch samt handfat och toalett. En femte person kan rymmas i en uppblåsningssäng i sovrummet eller på den L-formade soffan (Observera att det inte är en bäddsoffa utan tillräckligt stor för en vuxen hane).

Köket är välutrustat för gäster på längre sikt med plats för upp till 10 personer och alla köksfaciliteter inklusive kaffebryggare, diskmaskin, stort kyl och frys, gasspis och frukostbar.

Det finns ett babyflygel och ett separat TV-rum med stor L-formad soffa för avkoppling på kvällen.

Dessutom har lägenheten WiFi, en tvättmaskin / torktumlare och luftkonditionering under sommarmånaderna!

Observera att det finns ett hotell som byggs på baksidan av byggnaden. Arbetet har påbörjats och kommer att fortsätta till slutet av 2021. Detta påverkar inte synen på London Eye.

Comfortable stay in a super convenient neighborhood

This penthouse apartment was nicely decorated , with a very well equipped kitchen and truly spectacular view over Southwark. Could use updating and grab bars in bathrooms.

The description and pictures in the ad were accurate Very well stocked kitchen if you want to cook (I didn't). Great location. Five minute walk to the tube station and a great selection of restaurants within a five minute walk. Hannah and Ewa were helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

There were 3 of us in this apartment. The location was great. Walking distance to several historic locations, fun local restaurants, and both train & tube locations. Plenty of space & having a live person welcome us was a great touch!

Great location!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was in a great area that was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and two tube stations. The unit was quiet and very comfortable and Hannah was a great host. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Fantastic accommodation with beautiful view

The apartment was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The floor plan was very open, and it was easy to cook or just hang out. The area around is pretty quiet but full of things to do (like the theatres), and we overall had a great stay. if anything, the balcony door may need to be oiled a bit—it required one person’s body weight to open or two people at times.

Penthouse near the Thames

This top floor apartment with a beautiful view of the London Eye is extraordinary. Well equipped and beautifully furnished. Hannah, the host, is extremely responsive and accommodating. The location is ideal - walk to all attractions on both sides of the Thames. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect place!

Two grandparents with our grandson loved this apartment AND it’s location! Air conditioning, washer and dryer, full kitchen with two full bedrooms and baths. Enjoyed my soak in the tub and mornings looking out with our coffee and tea at the London Eye. Plenty of great restaurants and half a block from the Old Vic and the New! Loved it!

London Eye views

Great property to stay at, penthouse 2 bed 2 bath with views of Southwark and the London Eye. Love the location, 5 min to Waterloo, 2 min to Southwark tube, 10-15 min walk to Tate Modern, London Eye or Borough Market. Host is easy to work with and property is well equipped. Have stayed on multiple occasions.

Great place for our family vacation

We traveled with our 15-year old grandson, and the flat was perfect for us! The location was great--close to tube stops and cafes and lots to see on foot. Hannah was very helpful, answered questions quickly and provided everything we needed. Since the temperature got to 93 degrees, we were SO happy to have air conditioning! Thank you Hannah. We would definitely stay here again.

London bliss and Harry Potter magic

The flat was absolutely perfect for our girls trip to London to enjoy the sights and visit the Warner Brothers studios. We could walk to all of the famous sights, or take a train to others, and then come back to relax at a place that felt like home. Thanks to Hannah for managing our flight delay in stride, giving us great tips, and answering our silly questions. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!!!

Perfect place for London

Our family of four - 2 adults and 2 teenagers - stayed very comfortably in this apartment. The location was central to all of the main sights and the neighborhood has lots to offer. The apartment was well appointed and suited all of our needs. The view from the balcony is amazing! Hannah answered all our questions promptly and made sure we were met when we checked in. That was great because we were able to acclimate to the apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Great appartment with a view on the London eye!

Astonishing appartment with a great view from the terrace and the window door. Spacious and very clean. We arrived in London during a heatwave, so we really enjoyed the air conditioning!!! Also, we had to change our hour of arrival and the landlord has been very accommodating. Therefore, we recommend this appartment without any doupts.

Loved our stay here!

We loved staying at this apartment/flat. The location is fantastic. 2 Underground stations are just around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by. It is also a quick walk to the south bank and tons of shops and restaurants there. We were also easily able to walk to Westminster and even the West End. The flat itself is fantastic. It is very modern and comfortable. The bathrooms are great and the master bedroom bed is very nice. Hannah was wonderful and very responsive. We highly recommend this rental. Really great!

Wonderful property and great location!

We had a great stay. The property is so comfortable and accommodated our family of four adults perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a wonderful corner market just a half a block away.-very convenient. The flat is walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner as well as walkable to the London eye and everything on the Thames. Also about a 30 minute walk along the river to Borough market. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and the surrounding area.The property management is very accommodating and prompt with emails. And super kind! We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great location and Property

This two BR two BA flat in Southbank area was perfect for our needs. There was a full kitchen including stovetop, microwave and oven which we used for breakfast and couple of dinners. The separate washer and dryer units made our packing lighter as we were able to do several loads. Wi-Fi was fast. She has plenty of British adapters in case you need for outlets. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants. Transportation to rest of London was easy through connections at Waterloo or Southwark stations at the tube. Would love to stay here again! Thanks, Hannah.

Above and Beyond

From the very beginning, we were delighted. Hannah, the owner, was diligent in keeping in touch with us and keeping us informed about all the relevant details related to our stay. In particular, we were deeply impressed when Hannah warned us about construction that was taking place near her property, and instead of simply allowing us to show up at the property and discover it for ourselves, she warned us ahead of time and even arranged for us to stay at another property so that we wouldn't be inconvenienced. The property Hannah rented to us was centrally located, beautifully appointed, clean, and spacious. We couldn't have been more pleased. If we ever return to London in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Hannah for a second stay!

A Gem with a View

We’ve been tracking this flat for over a year and finally had a chance to stay in it for 12 days. Upon entering you’re greeted by a lot of natural lighting, and a clean and beautiful flat. There was plenty of room for two adults and two young adult children. Compliments to the owner for providing a stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery, dishes, glasses, utensils, and etc. There’s a pair of umbrellas, lots of shopping bags, electric adapters, and power strips. The building is quiet and we only encountered two other people in the building during our stay. The washer and dryer saved us from traveling with too many clothes. The surrounding Waterloo neighborhood was safe day and night with a large selection of dining within a five to ten minute walk (Meson Don Felipe, Rosa’s Thai, Spice of India, Crust Bros Pizza, Maries Thai Café, Roti King, and Masters Superfish). The small local Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s are fine for last minute items, but we enjoyed shopping at the large Sainsbury’s near the Elephant & Castle tube. Consider getting an e-SIMs for your phone and downloading WhatsApp before arriving. Add the Citymapper App with the London map and you’ll be navigating like a local. We would definitely stay here again.
