Ken came to the rescue when our original reservation was double booked! He made sure we were taken care in a very quick manner and responded to all of my inquiries timely!

Mount Snow House

This property is great for large groups, we had a group of 16 and there was plenty of space for everyone. On top of the space, the amenities are very nice. Our group enjoyed use of the hot tub, sauna, pool table and fireplace. 5-10 minute drive from Mount Snow. Ken was very helpful and assisted with an inquiries we had. 5/5 Stars, we definitely would rent this place again.

Great Ski House and Location!

The house was very clean and well organized. Ken left detailed instructions on everything that needed to be done and was readily available if we had questions. The fireplace and common area are spacious. They were great places for everyone to hang out. The location is unbeatable, 7 minutes to the mountain and close to restaurants. Hot tub was clean and a great addition after a day of skiing. We would recommend this house for large groups desiring a great location and good host.

Nice house for large group

Our group was a 3 generation family ranging in age from 4-60’s. The house was as described. There was a large downstairs room with pool table, small tv and and 2 sofas. It was very comfortable. The 4 person hot tub is in a 3 season room off this room. The main floor was open and had a huge sofa that could seat 8-10. There was a large fireplace which we didn’t use. A table that sat 6-8 in the kitchen. If you have a large group there isn’t room for everyone to sit at the table, but we sat on the couch and table to eat which was fine. Wifi was accessible. Previous reviews said the host was very responsive which I'm going to guess is accurate should the need arise. I will preface this by saying there was no instance I needed to contact him. I did send 2 emails and a text which were not read--1 included the contract which he called me about 2 days later-when told I sent them he was able to find. The 2nd had a non-urgent question which I managed to find the answer to subsequently. The text was just an exit FYI that we had left prior to checkout time. I presume calling is the best method. There were a lot of rules with what charges would be incurred if anything was broken/missing--not unusual, but extensive. Luckily we did not break anything including the rules :) Overall, the check in procedure was seamless, the house was as described. Lots of beds for our extended family. It was very comfortable. We had a great stay!

Great Location. Beautiful fireplace. Fun times with a party of 16. 8 adults and 8 children, plenty of space. Ken was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. 10 minute ride to Mount Snow. Highly recommended.

"Great place for all our guests "

"Had a great time at this place for a quick getaway. This was a work retreat that I booked last minute. House is clean, private, and very close to the mountain. We liked the organization and response time of the owner. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, huge living room and fireplace. I would recommend this place to families, reunions, work retreats like ours and anyone coming from New York City. Did not have a chance to use the hot tub room, but looks Impressive. Would definitely come back here.Thank you."

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful time here. House has everything we need. Ken is very nice, caring about the customers, very responsible and easy to reach out to. House is clean. Highlight is the indoor hot tub which I really enjoyed. Big place, close to the mountain, all new kitchen supplies, pots/pans . Cool layout with lots of space and giant living rooms. We had just one front-wheel drive car but driveway is large and flat, well-plowed, looks like it can hold 7 or 8 cars. Amazing, warm fireplace and nice views. We highly recommend this house. Thanks Ken for a great stay!

"Great Home At Mount Snow

This house has everything needed for my family of 14. Spacious living room, lots of games for the kids and a nice kitchen with all new cookware. We especially like the close proximity to Mount Snow, under 5 minutes, and the peaceful location away from the main road. Driveway is ample for our 5 cars. Fireplace is awesome, styled like a ski lodge. Everyone is together. TVs appear to be WiFi-based only, Netflix ./Hulu. Plenty of movies. We extended our stay and are having a great time! I would recommend this place to any large group of 10 to 20 guests

Great Ski Home Getaway

This place was perfect for our reunion of friends and their families. Close to the mountain and ample parking. House is spacious for all guests, with a perfect fireplace to gather around. Beds are comfortable and there was room for all 14 of us in separate beds. The second living room with the pool table and some house games gave everyone something to enjoy. The place feels like a classic ski house with lots of cool things and decorations inside. Modern/updated cookware for the nice open kitchen is a plus for those who like to cook. House access is easy for anytime check-in. Exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Ken’s beautiful, quaint, and spacious home tucked in the woods near the lake provides a secluded getaway that is proximate to downtown Southampton. From the time our group of friends and family arrived, he immediately greeted us in the parking lot and offered to help carry the bags in. The house was very well kept with plenty of space for my entire group to stay. The pool is large, hot tub is roomy, and the outdoor deck is spacious. The beach is easy to get to and downtown Southampton is just a few minutes drive. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

The house was fantastic – the perfect get-away for a long weekend in the mountains. Located off the beaten path, but only less than 5 minutes to the mountain, the house offered a great combination of convenience and seclusion. The charming décor made us feel right at home, a perfect place for relaxation after a long day on the slopes. The open kitchen and living room invited the opportunity to socialize freely and catch up with old friends. The added benefits of having a sauna and hot tub, without having to go outside, really makes the house a complete package. I look forward to the opportunity to stay there again!

Wonderful Ski Home! We had a great week!

Our group of 3 families had a great time at this wonderful, spacious ski home at Mount Snow. Location is perfect, just under 5 minutes to the ski lodge. Kitchen has all modern cookware and it is nice to eat around the open island. We liked that we could be upstairs watching a movie in the main living room with the girls while the guys were playing pool and watching the game in the second living room. Perhaps the main attraction is the huge fireplace, equal to that of any ski lodge, perfect for roasting marshmallows with the kids. Beds are all very comfortable, the queen beds are surprisingly premium and house is so quiet, no main road traffic to worry about, great night sleep. All 6 of our cars fit perfectly in the driveway with room to spare. Ken is very responsive, answered all our questions and provided a detailed guide for driving to the house, check in and check out. Nice feature is NetFlix as that's what we have at home and the WiFi was working well throughout the house. Thanks Ken for a great vacation! -Lisa

The Perfect Ski Home Getaway!

We had a large group stay at Ken's mountain home and it was a perfect ski weekend. The house is very close to Mount Snow, local restaurants and winter activities that could keep you occupied all day. The house itself is exactly as we expected; large kitchen and living space with a large fire place, a hot tub, many bedrooms, tons of board games, etc. The upstairs has a very open, ski lodge feel to it that was a perfect area for a large group to share. This was our favorite thing about Ken's home. My group is from the city, so this was a great getaway weekend in the mountains! We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very Cozy, Lots of Room

The stay was lovely. The home is perfectly situated far enough from civilization to feel close to nature and close enough to grocery stores and a town to have needs fulfilled. There was lots of room for guests and the facility was well maintained. The deck is partucularly beautiful, and in the summer it is a great place to read, BBQ, and just hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and we were want for nothing. Ken is quite communicative which is reassuring and helpful. Highly reccommend this spot!

Awesome Cabin!

16 friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this house for a weekend ski trip. The house was amazing. It was clean and spacious. The mountain is very close by, less than a 7 minute drive. Ken was very accommodating. The keyless entry also made it extremely convenient, we did not have to worry about losing keys or having to wait for someone to let us into the house. I would definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying here again the next time we go to Mt. Snow.

Beautiful house rental for a ski trip at Mt. Snow

Beautiful house rental for a ski trip at Mt. Snow. Only a 6-min drive to Mt. Snow base lodge. This house was amazing for a large group. My group was 10 adults and 8 children and we had plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. Ken was very responsive and flexible, and booking and communication was easy. We stayed in the house for three nights. The first day we got rained out and had to stay inside. Not a problem. The house was loaded with fun things to do! From the pool table, the hot tub, the sauna, the piano, the keyboard, to the big TV and board games, there was something for everyone in my group. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and dishware. We cooked all of our meals in the house. There were plenty of beds for us and an extra bed in the living room. One person in our group has a herniated disk and lay down on that bed frequently during the day, so she could rest while not missing the fun. As for the kids, they just loved the bunk beds (three of them). We had our security deposit returned about only a week after our vacation was over. Thank you Ken for making our vacation a great one!

Delightful Experience!

This was the perfect short vacation for our group of 4 families. House is spacious and close to the mountain. We have stayed at many houses at Mount Snow, and this was by far the best for us. The feeling is open yet cozy with lots to do and explore. House has tons of games we all enjoyed. Kitchen stocked with assorted cookware made a large group dinner easy to prepare. Heat was turned up before our arrival and it was convenient that I didn't need to pick up a key to enter. (We were give access codes just for us and detailed driving directions. Very organized.) Perk, owner hooked us up with cheap two-day mountain passes for the whole group. Couldn't have asked for more from a last-minute planned reunion in a ski vacation at Mount Snow except a few extra days! Highly recommended. We'll be back Ken, Thank you!
