Vår dröm kan också vara din! Plantation andelslägenhet # 1522 har 3 sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Det har luftkonditionering i vardagsrum, matsal, kök samt sovrummet. Det finns takfläktar överallt. Fredlig och tyst. Detta är en lägenhet på andra våningen (ingen går över huvudet) med enkel åtkomst till alla bekvämligheter på platsen, pool, grillplats, gym, badtunna, men bort från både pool och trafikbuller. Byggareuppgraderingspaket ger en touch av elegans. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett stort badrum med eget badrum. Den andra befälhavaren har en king size-säng med eget badrum. Gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar med eget badrum. Kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och alla sovrum. Sittplatser för sex i matsalen samt middag på lanai. Fullt utrustat kök. Princeville paradise

We loved this town house! It felt so comfy We loved that you provided great beach chairs. They made our beach days so much more relaxing!! The lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and our happy hours in the afternoon! We would love to come back to your Princeville condo!

We enjoyed our stay in Princeville. It is spacious for a group of 6. The kitchen supplies were perfect. We didn’t use any beach stuff as we didn’t find a beach close enough to swim in. We did clean the fan blades of dust and killed a couple of cockroaches. Overall would stay again if we return to Kauai.

Comfortable and clean

We had a really great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was really nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied in all three bathrooms. Having beach chairs and an umbrella to use that weren't broken is such a plus! I definitely recommend this condo.

Great place for our family

We were traveling with 3adults and 2small children. The unit was very attractive and a perfect comfortable place for us with grocery, parks and beach near by. Great hosts -quickly responsive and helpful.I would definitely stay here again

Hawaiian visit

Overall it was good. A few things were the two bedrooms that are not the master do not have great ventilation so they get very hot even with fans and AC on. Also, there were signs of mice in the house, mouse poo. Location is great and comfortable stay overall.

Incredible

Thr layout with three bedrooms and each wkth their own nice full bathroom was amazing. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen so nice and well stocked. Our favorite thing was meals on the huge lanai. Great attention to detail. Nice Dyson vacuums, pack and play with new baby blankets, convenient location. We absolutely loved this place so much. The amount of snorkels, nice beach towels, beach chairs, and the ease of cleaning instructions was so nice. We would highly recommend this unit. So spacious and well laid out, plenty of shampoo and body wash, paper towels, dish soap, etc. It was so nice to have a hose bib on the lanai as well as downstairs by the garage.

The property itself was very nice and well Appointed.Good proximity to grocery store, a few restaurants, and the Queen’s Bath.The unit does have AC, but it effectively only works in the main living area, and the master bedroom. Second and third bedrooms, effectively don’t have air conditioning. After leaving, the cleaning staff said that there was damage to a kitchen cabinet door above the stove. None of us remembered seeing that or it happening. Recommend taking pictures/ video before departing to avoid potential charges.

Kauai visit

We had a great time at the condo. They supplied beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys which we appreciated. The pool and BBQ are very nice. Terry contacted us in advance with all the information we needed

We loved staying here! It was beautiful and just as described. My daughter loved “the whale room.” We had plenty of space and this is an excellent location for all activities. We’d love to stay here again !

Spacious condo in a great location

I'd give the communication 6 stars if I could. Seamless, trouble-free check-in. Plenty of room for our family of four plus two grandparents. Almost every property I've stayed at in Hawaii has claimed the A/C wouldn't be necessary. This was the first where we actually turned it off in the evening and opened all the windows and screen doors instead.

Great property would stay again

We have stayed in Princeville many times, and this property was amazing. The location is very convenient but communication with the manager was perfect and they do a great job to make sure the property has everything that you need. Highly recommend.

Great place

This property should be your one and only choice for staying in Princeville. The location is ideally located and immaculately kept. Hosts are very generous with the amenities included in the propoerty. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great place to stay

The place was great and plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed the pool and hot-tub after a day of exploring. The coffee grinder and face wipes were a nice added touch! Would definitely stay here again.

We live on the Central Oregon Coast and have been visiting Kaua'i since 1980. We love this island and all it has to offer.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Princeville has the most to offer a traveller on the north shore of Kaua'i. Easy proximity to all the beautiful spots from Kilauea to Ke'e. The Plantation, with it's traditional style is, for us, the most architecturally appealing of the Princeville condo developments. built in 2004, it is 30 or so years newer than most. The spacious layout of the three bedroom units, with a garage put it in a category by itself.

This is it. Kaua'i is fantastic. Get out and enjoy it. Go down the back roads and little beach paths, great beauty awaits. Swim in the Lumahai river, hike the Kalalau trail, try a Poke Bowl at Kealia Poke in Hanalei, go to the farmers markets, live aloha.
