Terra Gratia är ett nytt, exklusivt hem med blossar av rustik charm. Det ligger på ett generöst parti med en mysig trädgård omgiven av mogna träd. Fjällutsikten är säsongsbetonade från sen höst till tidig vår.

Master-sviten på bottenvåningen erbjuder en king size-säng, en väggmonterad platt-HDTV och ett badrum med eget badrum med en klädkammare och rymlig, helkaklad dusch. Den skjutbara glasdörren leder ut på det täckta bakre däck med en helt ny elektrisk grill. De gemensamma områdena i hemmet har en öppen planlösning och har välvda tak- och spårtak med höga fönster som släpper in mycket naturligt ljus. Vardagsrummet har en eldstad med eldstad och en smart TV och DVD-spelare.

Gå ner till lägre nivå i familjerummet som också erbjuder en stor smart-TV och BluRay-spelare, och har ett helt nytt fotbollsbord. Det finns tre sovrum på lägre nivå: ett kung sovrum med en HDTV, ett drottning sovrum med en HDTV och ett fullt sovrum. Utanför familjerummet är skjutbara glasdörrar som leder till den stora bakre däckledningen och trädgården.

Convenient to Boone

We enjoyed out stay and recommend this house as a nice get-away close to town. The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs and it also helped to have a relatively flat back yard. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Birthday getaway

Party of 9 that included age range of 70 - 6 stayed comfortably. The home and property were perfect and included thoughtful touches to feel at home. It is close to everything in Boone and Blowing Rock. There was plenty to do and plenty of space to relax and gather.

Family winter getaway

We could not have been more satisfied with the Treat Yosef house for our four-day stay. It is a beautiful mountain home, accurately depicted in the listing photos, with plenty of room to spread out yet a cozy feel throughout with high end features and finishes. We ate most of our meals in and found the kitchen to be extremely well equipped and a joy to cook in. We found the house to be immaculate upon our arrival with fresh, crisp linens and soft fluffy towels. The hot tub was a treat too. Check in & out was a breeze. I would definitely stay there again and not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Autum Mountain Family Gathering

This house had an amazingly well appointed kitchen. There was even an electric kettle! Lots of games and toys avaliable to keep the kiddos occupied. Foosball was a huge hit. The management company was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely rent again, and we would recommend to others.

Great Family Retreat

Our family consists of grands, daughter, son in law and grandchildren. The cabin was perfect for us because the grands had the ground level floor master suite and everyone else had the entire downstairs area. We also loved building a fire and making s’mores. Loved the location!

Perfect location!

This house was really great for our group of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 11-15). Plenty of space to spread out and well stocked. Our most favorite thing about this house was the location- it is easy to get to off of the main road and is perfectly situated between Boone and Blowing Rock. I would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Getaway

We came up for a long weekend with six kids from ages 5-16. All of the kids enjoyed the house. It was very spread out so that was wonderful! The only downside was the living room couches were very uncomfortable and felt like they might break when we would sit on them. The master bedroom bed was VERY loud to even just sit on. Mattress was comfortable though! The backyard was large and open for the kids to go outside and play. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Home

This home had it all…. From the hot tub for the adults to the toys for our two little ones. The hosts really thought of everything you would need to have an amazing time. This was our first time staying at “Treat Yosef” and it won’t be the last.

Relaxing mountain getaway

We were so impressed with the cabin! Home was spotless and beautifully furnished. Beds very comfortable. Two living areas was great because we had our grandkids. Our daughter and her family had their own space which worked out well. Decks with comfortable seating was appreciated. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook! Will definitely return again. You can't go wrong if you rent this cabin!

Best mountain get-a-way

If you are looking for a sparkling clean and spacious home in a top notch location this home is for you! Highlights include a paved road and driveway that are easy to navigate, super comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen and a convenient location to both Boone and Blowing Rock. Will definitely be back!

Very clean rental property. Carolina Cabins assisted immediately when needed and dropped off firewood when they realized they had missed it on checkin day. Very attentive company. Home was beautiful and we would definitely rent again! Go App!

Enjoyed the place and stay at the cabin in spite of the cloudy weather. Place is nice and clean. The garbage containers at the side of cabin need to be locked so animals won't go thru the garbage.

Very nice home that was easily accessible to Blowing Rock and activities nearby. Home was clean and well-stocked with appliances, dish ware, etc. The weather was gorgeous, so we spent quite a bit of time on the back deck. For a home that accommodates 8 adults, we could have used more outdoor seating. The upstairs deck had only 5 chairs, which made it difficult for the 4 couples to all socialize together and the downstairs patio was virtually a waste, with only 2 chairs on that level, surprising since there were 3 bedrooms. All in all, it was a positive experience.

We loved being in the Blowing Rock area and really enjoyed our stay at Terra Gratia. It was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed in a mountain cabin, great back porches, two living area, and a well equipped kitchen.
