Bästa Studio Stuga i Memphis. Vår 1100 kvadratmeter privata studio stuga, beläget i hjärtat av East Memphis, bara några minuter från var som helst, sover bekvämt upp till 6 personer. Det finns högst 3 vuxna i stugan per vistelse. Gäst kommer att behöva tillhandahålla åldrar av alla gäster som ska bo före bokningen. Stugan innehåller allt som en fest på 6 skulle behöva på semester eller bara en helg bort. Studion har blivit professionellt utformad och inredd. Vi är säkra på att du kommer att älska din vistelse i Memphis.

Denna tysta studio stuga är 1100 kvadratmeter och ligger i vår bakgård. Det är den perfekta platsen att koppla av och tillbringa lite tid i Memphis. Studion innehåller 2 queen size-sängar, 2 dubbla utdragssängar, stort vardagsrum, 1 badrum, tvättstuga med extra handfat, 65 tums smart TV med "Sling TV" och ett fullt utrustat kök (inklusive redskap, grytor och pannor etc .) Stugan ligger på ett säkert säkert ställe och har gated parkering för 1 fordon. Det blir det perfekta utrymmet för dig på din gateway.

Gäståtkomst
Gästerna får tillgång till hela stugan samt den skuggade bakgården för att grilla under vistelsen. Utrymmet är varmt och inbjudande och rymmer alla dina behov. Din familj kommer älska att stanna här.

Vi bor i huvudhuset och kommer att vara närvarande under din vistelse. Gäster får se oss komma och gå på olika tider på dagen. Vi är glada att visa dig runt Memphis om du vill, eller lämna dig ensam, beroende på vad du föredrar.

Friendly Space

My sister in law and I spent a couple days in Memphis at this cottage. It was exactly as advertised. The hosts were great, location absolutely safe and in a lovely neighborhood. I round recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable and safe getaway.

Excellent cottage

I loved it from opening the door to reveal a beautifully decorated cottage with a full kitchen and living room. A very central location made exploring Memphis a breeze! Definitely a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ place.

Super pleased!!

The cottage is even better looking in person than it is in the listing. The owners were more than hospitable, kind, and accomodating. My friend and I were very impressed. Wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else, this place was perfect for our little Memphis trip!

Perfect

Property was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. Very spacious & open, actually larger than the pictures show. Room to the right of the bathroom has a large washer & dryer, sink & shelving.......was like having a 1/2 bath. Nice neighborhood that we took a daily walk through. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this cottage

I loved this cottage. I felt instant peace and quiet just pulling into the neighborhood. I loved the pictures on the listing and somehow the cottage was even nicer in person. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfy too. The kitchen had everything that was necessary to make meals. The cottage was 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Memphis. I met the owners once during our stay and they were very friendly. I have already recommended this cottage to all my friends that may want to visit Memphis and will plan to stay here again when we visit Memphis again.

Roomy studio

Though a studio, this property is room and beautiful. Our family of six slept comfortably, there was plenty of room to rest, and a nice size dining table for our family meals. The hosts were kind and helpful, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall it was a great experience.

Precious Property

This is an adorable farmhouse style cottage located in a lovely E Memphis neighborhood. Rental is very clean and has everything you will need. It is tastefully decorated. The beds are so comfortable and linens smelled amazing. Hopefully on our next visit to Memphis we will be able to rent again, we would definitely return.

Pleasant surprise!

Amazing experience! We love our stay in this cottage. Clean as it could have been. Spacious, well decorated and maintained. Everything we need under one roof. Perfect for our needs

Modern clean contemporary

Set near the zoo. We stayed in a clean modern contemporary studio We instantly felt safe and secure , tucked behind a gated sfh. I loved the cleanliness of the place. The hosts gave clear, and concise explanations of the house rules. We came into city for a conference. Our stay in this open, simple ,and contemporary studio, was both a pleasure and an honor. In my opinion this property is unmatched anywhere else in Memphis. We will be back for our next Memphis event. We appreciate all of their well thought out efforts and care.

Thoughtful host

This location was perfect for our visit to the U of M football game. The owner was very accomodating to our special request and super thoughtful in the layout and furnishing of the space. Plenty of things there we didn't need for this visit, but I can see how they would be helpful to other guests. The weather was chilly, but we stayed warm and comfortable. The space was very clean and pleasantly decorated. Can't think of a thing we needed. We will likely be back for future games, so I hope this space will be available when we need it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
