Absolutely amazing

Me and my children enjoyed our beautifully decorated and tidy and clean condo for the moment we opened the door ! Our view over the ocean was breath taking ! Amy was so helpful and kind ! We are already planning to come back and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else except this condo ! Thank you for the amazing experience and the rates were truly outstanding!

Bring your own Beach chairs

We’ve stayed at this resort many times through the years. This particular condo is located next to the elevators so bring a sleep machine if noise keeps you up at night. Also the “beach chair service” Is just a couple of Walmart chairs that are rusted out and uncomfortable so definitely bring your own. The mattress is nicer than the Wyndham mattresses The condo needs repaired but for the price it

Wonderful Accomodations

This was our second time staying at this property and we enjoyed the accommodations even more the second time. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the little things you didn't know you needed, and the beach towels were definitely a plus as we left home realizing we totally forgot ours lol. The mattress in the master was INCREDIBLE...sleeping well on vacation is a must. We enjoyed the mattress so much we are ordering one for our bed at home - ha! Communication with property owner was fantastic. We will absolutely be coming back to stay at this property. Thank you!!

Great getaway

Condo is beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Host answered any questions we had. Unfortunately, we had to leave several days early due to a family emergency, but would definitely rent again.

Nice, just not that clean and poorly stocked kitchen. TV & Cable didn’t work, umbrellas & chairs did not work properly. Worked overall for our needs but not as nice as some other rooms we have stayed at on this property.

Our trip opion

We found it convenient that u could walk to eat and shop the beaches are beautiful the parking garage is nice your car stays cooler just a fyi there is alot of walking from garage to your room u do wait a while for the elevators and the pool by the beach was always packed and almost impossible to get a chair to sit in during the day at night its not busy the bed in this condo was amazing super comfortable!! Would stay here again

Needs a lot of work. Just nasty.

From a premier listing, we would expect a lot more. Great location, check in process was easy after you submitted the same information required by VRBO. Sliding door to balcony is extremely hard to open. Hot water faucet is always running. Reported it, and apparently it’s been that way. Sheets in the bedroom look as if they have never been changed. Found hair in the tub, and all throughout the bed. Probably one of the dirtier vacation rentals we have stayed at. I recommend finding a different rental. Everything is rusting, paint is pealing, scuff marks all over the walls, not what we expected.

Very nice!

Condo is very nice and has everything you need. Owner is wonderful to work with and excellent with communication. This is a perfect location close to great restaurants, shopping, and Pier Park. Resort is very nice with plenty to do onsite. The view is breathtaking!

Perfect birthday present

Wife wished for warm weather for her birthday, New Year's Eve. Though not perfect for the beach,she was able to go in water on her birthday. Property was exactly as described in photos and Amy was great to work with and prompt to answer questions. Would definitely call her again for a future stay

Excellent place to stay!

The property was very nice! we enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week at the beach and having a nice place to stay with everything at our fingertips was an added bonus! Would recommend this place to others and would love to stay in the future. The property was a pleasure to communicate with and answered any questions or concerns we had while staying there.

Amazing vacation

AMAZING VIEWS!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Amy was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The condo is exactly as pictured, with some AMAZING views. The location of the condo is great, walking distance to MANY restaurants and fun things to do like mini golf and go karts. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.
