The Bellflower är ett elegant hem i hjärtat av Bloomfield med 3 + sovrum, 2. 5 badrum och ett stort fullt utrustat kök. Byggd 1904, Bellflower har en sekel gammal charm inklusive utsmyckade tenntak, ursprungliga dörrar och rika brett pina golv. Det rymliga, luftkonditionerade huset kan bekvämt rymma upp till 7 gäster. Sovrummet är särskilt lyxigt med en king size-säng och en master badrum med golvvärme, en clawfoot badkar och en separat dusch med en regnskog dusch huvudet. Ett vackert Muskoka rum har utsikt över en rymlig, privat bakgård som ryggar mot Mill Pond, hem till ankor, svanar och gäss.

Det finns alltid mycket pågår i PEC, och Bloomfield ligger precis i hjärtat av det! Bellflower House ligger inom gångavstånd från två av Bloomfields populäraste restauranger (Flame & Smith och Bloomfield Public House) och den inte-att-vara-missade Slickers glassbutik. I närheten finns även spabehandlingar som erbjuds av Bloomfield Beauty Co. och färskvaror på de lokala jordbruksmarknaderna. Precis runt hörnet från huset finns en park med tennisbanor och en lekplats. Huset ligger bara 400 meter från Millenniums spår, och hyrcyklar är lättillgängliga. PEC är också hem för festivaler som Maple i County, County Terrior Festival, Countylicious, Festival Players, Fermentation Festival samt musik och skörda festivaler.

Bloomfield ligger bara en kort bilresa från vinlandet, Sandbanks Provincial Park, Picton och Wellington. Vi erbjuder våra gäster ett Sandbanks Pass för enkel åtkomst till parken.

Vi kommer att förse dig med ett komplett bindemedel med lokala saker att göra och detaljer om huset. Hela huset är ditt att njuta av förutom det fristående tåghuset, där vi stannar ibland.

Perfect hideaway for a couple

We were visiting family in Picton over the Christmas holidays and this was the perfect little hideaway for my husband and I. The host (Nick) was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him.We appreciated the wide variety of streaming services that were available to us, and we could imagine that it would be quite lovely to sit on the deck in the summer.A small recommendation for future improvement might be to consider eliminating the clean-up tasks required on checkout. We were not expecting that given we had already been charged a cleaning fee.

Great place to stay near Sandbanks!

Loved our stay at the Bellflower, the cottage was even nicer than the pictures! Nice living space, very clean, kitchen was fully equipped, everything looks new. We went with our two kids. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed and they put a comfy mattress on the floor for my daughter. There is also a hide-a-bed in the living room which we decided not to use. A crib was available for younger children. The whole family loved the place, and to boot there is a great ice cream place a short walk away, not to mention a pond directly behind with swans and other wildlife. Also good restaurants within walking distance. The cottage is adjacent to the owner's home so they are readily available if anything is needed. We highly recommend this place to families or a couple. It is possible for 2 couples but one would have to use the hide-a-bed. We would definitely (and hopefully will!) return. Thanks!

Great rental!

Awesome space to rent out for our 4 day getaway to PEC. Completely fresh and modern interior with a big shower, washing machine, 2 air conditioners that came in handy during the 30 degree days, remote blinds, full kitchen, bbq, the works!! Our hosts were fantastic people, too. Can’t say enough good about this place. Highly recommend.

Absolute gem!

Stayed at this lovely property for three nights and it did not disappoint! Bright, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very private and quiet. Well located on Bloomfield’s Main Street and right between Picton and Wellington . It was very easy to get around. Nick had great communication and replied promptly to any emails. Highly recommend!

Lovely getaway space

Everything about our stay was great. The space is modern, spacious and very comfortable. We biked around the county and had easy access to the millennium trail. Nick was very nice, and we look forward to visiting him next time at the brewery.

Amazing stay!

We had a superb week at the Bellflower. Nick was an excellent host, from the day we booked to the day we left. We thoroughly enjoyed the area, the property was pristine and beautiful, comfortable and true to the pictures we'd seen. Restaurants and shops are a brief stroll away, beaches and the beauties of Prince Edward County within a short drive, so the place is a perfect jumping off point for discovering the area. We truly can't wait to return!!!

Gorgeous decor, cozy and comfortable for a family with 2 kids. The host is very friendly and responsive. 5 min walk to the charming Bloomfield commercial street. Our stay was impeccable on every aspect.

Bloomfield gem

This was a great place for our family of four for a biking and relaxing mini vacation. Owners were lovely. The place had a great deck that we enjoyed for morning coffees before we started out for the day. Bloomfield is a great town and easy access to biking trails and delicious meals.

Wonderful stay for Easter weekend

This lovely house, well situated in the heart of Bloomfield is exactly as advertised, even better. It has all the modern amenities, it is clean and comfortable. The garden is vast and leads to a charming pond. The owner was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Great weekend getaway

This was a great spot for a weekend getaway. House was stocked with everything we needed. Close to shopping and great food. (Walk or short drive). Accommodated our party of 3 comfortably. Nick was very helpful and friendly!

Perfect & Private

We are an older couple who loved the detachment and tranquility. Some stairs involved ( bedroom upper/bathroom on main floor). Great kitchen, well stacked with all cooking items one might need, although we enjoyed local cuisine. Clean, tidy, will be back!

I'm a beer brewing, classical double bass playing outdoor enthusiast. I've worked in orchestras in Calgary and Thunder Bay and Bergen, Norway. I like climbing ice and rock, skiing and cooking. I am a presently the brewer and co-founder of Slake Brewing a modern farmhouse brewery located on a 100 acre parcel in PEC.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I love this property for a variety of reasons. Firstly, it is right smack dab in the middle of Prince Edward County making it incredibly convenient to get to wineries, Sandbanks, restaurants and hiking all of which are no further than about a 15 minute drive. Bloomfield is small enough to be remote yet it has some great amenities a quick walk away including some great restaurants. The house sits on half an acre of property that back on to a pond. We live in the main house on the property and are available if you have any questions or concerns.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The place is a great place for kids. We have a crib and a sneeky closet full of kids toys to hang out in. There are baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and utensils, bowls and plates for kids. At the back of the property is a pond where we can often see swans, geese, ducks, muskrats, otters and lots of turtles!
