Studio som planlösning med två badrum, tvättstuga och övervåningen är en palapa tak uteplats med en bar. Marmor och granit throuhgout huset, mycket parkering i en grind samt gatuparkering. Bara en fem minuters promenad till kollektivtrafik, många restauranger bara 10 minuters promenad för att njuta av en mängd mexikanska rätter. En utsikt över världsklass Marina. The host responded promptly when we had questions about the area and amenities. The property location was awesome for both the view and being within walking distance to restaurants and the town center of La Cruz. All that was missing to make the experience complete would be a small BBQ for when we wanted to cook and relax in the beautiful yard area

Amazing house

My wife and I loved this vibe, privacy and location of this house. The house was clean and smelled great. A/C worked great. We also loved being in La Cruz with less tourists. Great food spots and a 30 min drive from PV and Sayulita

Slice of heaven

This is such a lovely home. Everything you need to feel comfortable, very clean. The views from the top palapa are gorgeous. The whole property is just beautiful. Added bonus: there’s laundry! Nice to be able to go home with clean clothes. La Cruz itself is such a sweet little town. The folks are very kind. Playa manzanilla is an awesome beach to spend some time at.

Great view from this hilltop retreat

Kitchen is equipped,) if you want to do your own cooking. Local restaurants in La Cruz are very good but check to be sure they are open ln the off season

Great retreat in La Cruz

The property was just as it is online. Communicating with the host was easy. I felt safe with my car behind the fence. It got a little too hot to use the outdoor spaces for me but having coffee on the hammock each morning was great. I would rent this again!

A wonderful place to be!

Such a beautiful home! Such beautiful views! We were absolutely spoiled with the gigantic walk in shower! LOL! The hill up to the house is a bit of a challenge as we would walk down every day to go into La Cruz or to the beach etc. However it only helped to burn off the calories from all the great food we enjoyed! No problem getting anywhere as there are buses, taxis, or uber always available. Great communication with our hosts and ready to answer any questions. Thank you Ada and Aaron for sharing your home with us! We will definitely come back again!! John and Gwen

Beautiful location, beautiful home

We had a great stay. We only stayed one night. Wish we stayed longer. The home was tastefully decorated and very inviting. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms/showers were big and beautiful. The outdoor shower was really cool. I would definitely rent this again. The grounds were gorgeous and very relaxing... loved the spiral staircase and the views were magnificent. Ada was awesome to work with. Rent this home, you won't regret it!!!

Beautiful views and great location

Living in a neighborhood on the hill above town and not in "condo land" was just lovely, and the views are truly spectacular. We saw whales with our binoculars and could walk everywhere in 20 min or less, and we didn't mind the steep walk up the hill at all (working off tacos!). What keeps us from giving 5 stars is that the house, furnishings, linens, etc. could use some updating or fixing, and a good deep cleaning (sinks, toilets, kitchen were clean and sanitary). These things didn't keep us from enjoying the views, location, and beautiful plantings and gardens which are the 5-star attractions. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Place, Wonderful Hosts

This property was even nicer than described!! The lawns, gardens and structures were amazing. The communication with the hosts throughout our stay was top notch and easy. House manager was always available and responded immediately to any needs. I will definitely return to this paradise!

Beautiful view!

Enjoyed stay & location was beautiful. Address of house is confusing. Walking down & into town is easy but coming back up is very steep, especially when hot outside. People are friendly & laid back.

Perfect for a Couple

This place is perfect for a couple. It is also perfect if you prefer to be away from the crowd, ie, big condo vibe. Views are great and the "Crows Nest" level is perfect for lazy naps. The ground level bedroom where our son stayed is dark and not great to hang out in. Fortunately, he was out all day the whole week in a sailing clinic with the International Sailing Academy and was the purpose of the trip.

Unbelievable

This house on the hilltop of a quant fishing village is beautiful. Way more than we imagined it would be. Big beds. Big kitchen. Big decks. When we arrived we just looked at each other like”is this place ours”? We were very comfortable with all the amenities of home waking up to coffee under the palapa rooftop deck. Their is a fully equipped kitchen if your up for cooking. We made toast;) Monica cleaned during our stay and resupplied the pitcher of the best fresh OJ we’ve ever had. Its the little things. Great price. Superb lodging. Breathtaking views make this the best VRBO we have had. Thanks to the owners for sharing their lovely home. We will return.

Tropical Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We ate our meals at a beautiful table on the open-air top floor. We read books in the awesome hammock and on the porch, and awoke to the most beautiful view of the water and mountains beyond out the large windows on the main floor. The kitchen was well-stocked, but a barbecue grill would be a nice addition. The lower floor contained a second bedroom and laundry, with a bathroom open to the outside. Showers there were lovely! We walked to several restaurants in La Cruz, including La Peska, Black Forest and the Tree House, which contains the most stunning tree at the bar. Mostly we stayed in and enjoyed this beautiful home. It had a very comfortable large sofa with a large smart tv, and another large tv in the lower bedroom. The owners responded to all inquiries quickly. Highly recommend!

Lovely View

Amazing view of the area, the rooftop deck was quite fun. Other things of note were that the locks/keys were difficult to work and the only staircase was outside. Otherwise, exactly as pictured and great!

Wale watching from the rooftop!

Our stay was during the week of March 14th-21st, 2020. There was a lot going on in the world with the threat of the Coronavirus Pandemic. This made for a stressful stay and whether we would get back to Canada as flights were being canceled daily. Despite all this, we enjoyed Ada and Aaron's home tremendously. The view of the Bay both from the rooftop and second floor balcony is spectacular. We were lucky to pack a set binoculars and watch humpback wales as they breached while feeding in the Bay in the afternoons. The sight of this was simply amazing. The patio furniture on both levels is very comfortable as was the hammock. The kitchen is very well equipped. The finishes in the home are of superior quality. The bed used was very comfortable. At first the spiral staircase was a little tricky to navigate however by mid week we had it mastered. Communication with Ada always prompt with replies to any questions and the on site contact person Monica was a pleasure to deal with. She was in several times during our stay to clean and help with any issues we may have had. We also had the pleasure of meeting her granddaughter who helped make fresh orange juice on these visits. We were very impressed with Ada and Aaron's home and do intend on returning. Hopefully the Pandemic subsides soon so the world can return to normal and we can plan our next stay. Wonderful stay in Mexico

We have been coming to Mexico for over 20 years and this was by far, the most beautiful home we have stayed in . Everything you could won't to make your stay comfortable . Great views, great neighbors , short walk to town, whale watching from our balcony , and Monica, the property manager, was the best. Excellent value for money and very comfortable

We greatly enjoyed the visit and even though two of our guests were mobility challenged the stairs were not a big issue just call for care. We remained dry during a torrential day on January 1. The gate for the car is a bit tricky but works. The photos on the website are accurate though we would have liked a barbecue. The view from the top floor is spectacular and the table and chairs are all comfortable. We asked for light bulb replacement in one bathroom and the matter was promptly attended to though could not be completely resolved as the fixture needed replacement. The kitchen faucet similarly needs replacement though was usable. Monica prepared fresh orange juice for us twice which was wonderful. Overall memorable and we highly recommend . Ada was extremely responsive to all my queries. Many thanks for letting us use your home!!!
