The place was very clean, spacious, and a great location. There were repairs needed and underway after their long winter and owners were very responsive and provided a discount/refund without our asking. Overall a great place for a family of 4 or even 6 and would stay again.

Great stay!

The Girdwood area is a great base for exploring the upper area of the Kenai Peninsula. The house was plenty big for our family of 4 and had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable.

Great location, excellent accommodations!

Comfortable, clean, and very well appointed for our family! This was our first stop in our Kenai Peninsula vacation, and we only stayed for 2 nights, and we were wishing we could have brought this home with us for the rest of our journey. Thank you for a great couple of days!

My wife and I just stayed at this property last night. It was fantastic. Heidi was very accommodating and helped us out when our plans changes last minute. The home is very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Very clean upon our arrival. Quick, easy check-in. Older home in need of some maintenance but overall well equipped and perfect for our needs. Enjoyed the dry sauna!

A relaxing stay in gorgeous scenery.

We almost forgot Girdwood’s beauty and how much we missed it. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for the unexpected refund as we never expected one. We will definitely recommend your comfortable abode.

Great stay!

This was a nice and comfortable place to relax in. It was very clean. It has a great kitchen with all you need to cook a meal. The sauna was an amazing perk. This was a great place to be able to play games at the big dining table with the kids as well as spacious enough so we could spread out to read and relax. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

Plenty of room for a family; could use some TLC

Nice updated interior! Our teenage boys loved the space- plenty of room to spread out and play the provided games. Nice close drive/walk to the Brewery. The jacuzzi was broken, the outside deck was unstable and the railings a major hazard…just needs a little TLC to get the outside to match the nice inside.

Close Enough

Great unit to rent out for an Alyeska ski trip. Very spacious with artic entry downstairs that's perfect for gear. It's downhill from the resort so it's an easy ski back fom chair 4. The sauna is a great way to relax after a day of shredding it on the slopes

Celebration

Heidy was very easy to work with. The Sauna was very cool or I should say hot🤗 The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Never have we stayed where the kitchen was so well stocked. We were there for a celebration of life at the resort but wanted to be close to our friends place that is just around the corner. I would suggest this place to anyone and will definitely do that.
