This property was just OK, nothing special about it. Most Things were OK. However, not having access to the garage was a huge inconvenience to me. No where in your marketing material does it state that it was excluded. Had I known this I would not have rented that unit. Very poor marketing. There were cosmetic damages to some of the interior finishes and the carpeting had lots of spots on/in it. The coffee machine next to the laundry mat make horrible coffee, there are much better machines available. And, the grocery store was never open.

Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake. Gets the job done but not what I would choose again. No hot tub, grill or indoor pool as pictured in advertisement.

Decent place

I would give this place 3.5. The location is good and close to town. The unit was a little run down, but looks really nice in pictures. The carpets were dingy and dirty and unit was dusty. We vacationed here in August so the weather was abnormally hot, about 95 and the unit did not have AC. We ended up going to the local hardware store and buying a couple of fans just to circulate the air and get through the night. This unit may have been more ideal for winder time, as all the beds had fur lined comforters, which made the heat more unbearable. So we all slept with just a sheet on the bed. We tried using the TVs but there did not seem to be any cable or anything that worked, only Roku that you could sign into streaming sites using your passwords.. considering you carry those passwords on vacation. Other than that, we made the best of everything and enjoyed our trip.

Nice place

This was a decent place to stay. It’s comfortable and had some nice touches, like extra blankets and lots of pillows. Plenty of seating in the living room and the streaming options on all the easy to use Roku TVs was a plus. The pillow top bed in the secondary bedroom was so comfortable - I wish this was in the primary suite too! It is a downstairs apartment, so of course if there are loud neighbors nearby you’ll hear them. But that’s just apartment living. The property was nice - not fancy, but had fun amenities like pickle ball and a pool. The location is great, close to downtown and the state park/lake. The only thing I would add would be some fans in the bedrooms! Since it is a middle apartment there’s not a lot of windows to get a good cross breeze and there’s no air conditioning. It got a little hot at night and fans would have helped a lot.

Great stay for the location - walkable to downtown McCall

Great stay for the location - walkable to downtown McCall. This spot was perfect for two couples to hang out for the weekend. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living room, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was great. But just as an FYI, they start shoveling snow at the complex at 7am on the weekends so sleeping in both days was impossible.

The unit is fine; Vacasa is really frustrating

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo unit with a pull-out couch was a perfectly fine place for our family’s recent stay in McCall. However, when the toilet (clogged by a prior guest) began to overflow onto the bathroom floor, our really disappointing interactions with Vacasa began, too. All told, we spent nearly an hour-and-a-half of our vacation on hold or talking with Vacasa to resolve the issue. After several hours, they sent someone to repair the toilet, but that person left without even picking up the towels we had used to sop up the cascading toilet water, let alone replacing them with clean towels or cleaning the toilet or bathroom floor. Another series of calls to Vacasa eventually got that resolved, but left us without access to the bathroom for a full day. Know that when you stay with Vacasa, you are not working with a responsive, local host, but instead with a distant, corporate call center where you’ll spend far more time on hold than talking to a helpful human.

Perfect location. Lots to do.

Check in and check out process was super easy and convenient. Close to downtown. Enjoyed morning walks to the city beach. Aspen village has great amenities. This condo was a great place to rest and relax between activities.

Clean, welcoming condo

Great location. Walking distance to town. Easy to get to golf course, Ponderosa State Park, the Lake and all the fun things! Pool, tennis courts and other great ammenities on site!

Nice little place, good price

Very clean and cozy, updated decor and modern look. Had a good amount of dishes, kitchen items, and bedding. Close to the lake and shopping. Would absolutely book again. My only recommendation is to bring your own sheets and pillows if you're picky about that. Our kids didn't care, but my husband and I found the bed very firm and uncomfortable and much of that was due to the sheets which likely had a thread count of 2. The pillows were equally plush.

Filthy & dated

We arrived to the condo to find it filthy and musky smelling. Stains all over the carpets with dirt in the seams of the carpet. Mold in the showers and limited supplies. I had to go to the store to purchase cleaning items to use. The bedding had hair in it from previous guests and I found body hair on the nightstand. Limited towels and laundry pods. 2 rolls of toilet paper and a stained roll of paper towels were available. The outside area in the front and back hadn’t been cleaned. There was not propane for the bbq. The bbq brush was broken. Closets were disheveled. The furniture had holes in it in places. Very hard to contact anyone regarding the place. For the cost it was extremely disappointing.

Great place for a great price!

The property was great! Clean, spacious and very inviting! The only problem we had was that we were hoping to use the indoor hot tub after skiiing and weren’t informed that they were closed. Not that big of a deal, just would have been nice to know. We would definitely stay there again and would bring our family with us too!!
