This gorgeous three-story Blue Ridge Cabin is in the ASKA ADVENTURE AREA, on the paved portion of Campbell Camp Rd. 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the marina and the boat launch!!
Top Level:
Offers a GIANT master bedroom with a very cozy king bed. A large whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The master bedroom has a private balcony with a rocking chair and a swinging seat. There is a large open area just outside the master bedroom.
Main Level:
A fully furnished kitchen awaits with everything you will need to prepare great meals and snacks. Chateau Althen kitchen contains a Keurig, crock pot, blender, skillet, toaster, and essential pots, pans, and mixing bowls. The kitchen is equipped with the latest stainless-steel appliances and a dining table for meals in with seating for 6-8 There is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Two cozy bedrooms with queen beds, that share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The outside deck provides plenty of mountain views and is also where a gas grill is located just outside on the deck - perfect for grilling burgers, juicy chicken, kabobs or sizzling steaks.
Sitting on the mantle is a flatscreen tv, equipped with Direct TV. ALTHEN also features a surround sound system to play music indoors and outdoors on the speakers set up around the cabin.
Downstairs –
ALTHEN’s downstair area is where the fun begins. The basement main room features a flat screen TV perfect for streaming the games, pool table, wet bar, and a poker table (cards and chips provided). The following area contains a brilliant sauna, a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The downstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds, four beds total, that are extremely comfy. The final room, the entertainment room has a 70 Inch Samsung TV, 4 fantastic recliners and an extremely comfortable couch to watch all your favorite teams.
The back porch, where a new six-person hot tub is located, it’s SCREENED IN and offers a nice place to relax and not worry about the bugs! Our guests typically enjoy the hot tub and set up cornhole in this space.
Outside –
To one side of the parking lot, we have a firepit with plenty of wood and a picnic table that is perfect for a relaxing night. ALTHEN’s parking lot is gravel, and it can easily accommodate 7-8 cars. The main level porch attaches to the parking lot for easy access to the firepit.
This home has external security cameras that monitor the front yard, upstairs porch, and downstairs porch to include the hot tub area.
