When we arrived at the condo and it had not been cleaned. Upon reaching out to the owner we were told the cleaning crew could come the next day to clean but as for that night a friend would come and open the linen closet and get us sheets. We ended up making all the beds ourselves as we had a large group and we had to vacuum and sweep all the floors as the last guests had left it very dirty. Every dish was used and left in the sink and dish washer as well so we had to clean them 1st thing. The cleaning crew did however come the next morning and did a fine job cleaning. Next thing we developed a leak in the kitchen. The maintenance crew came and found that it was caused from the ac freezing up on the last guests. This part would be out of the owners hands and I would be unbothered had he at least offered a small discount but after reaching out and receiving no response from the owner I’m assuming we aren’t going to be discounted at all even though we paid full price for the clean that we had to pretty much do ourselves. We made the best of our vacation but from someone who owns a cleaning business this is not how I wanted to spend my vacation.

Perfect stay for a reunion

Great Villa

We have stayed in the Myrtle Beach Villas before, the owner has done a good job decorating the place. The couch was comfortable, the appliances (tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer) seemed up to date.

Family Reunion vacation

Enjoyed our stay at the Villa. We had 9 adults & 6 children. We all fit comfortably. It was so nice for us all to sit together at one dinner table. The 2 fridges accommodated all we needed for our crew. Beach & pool so nice! Would recommend to bring more bath towels & washcloths. Beach & pool so nice!

Love Love!!

I LOVE LOVE this property ! This was a great property and a great location. Everything was just as described. We could have shown up with just our clothing and would have been fine. They had everything we could possibly need from bath linens to cookware. I also love that the rental has been kept up-to-date with the furnishings and bedding.There was PLENTY of room for our LARGE family to spread out . The parking was very convenient. The rental came with (4) parking passes. The property is right across the street from the beach and centrally located to anything that you could possibly want or need. Tony’s communication from day one was amazing. He promptly answered all of our questions that we had leading up to check in. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Nice unit, comfy, faulty door lock.

Six of us stayed here from Mar 19-28, 2024 on a golf trip. It has 6 well appointed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a pool table upstairs. There are 2 fridges in the unit along with 2 L shaped sofas. All very nice indeed. We had a comfortable stay. Tony was quick to respond. We did find a cockroach on our last day so that should be investigated. The biggest issue for us which was not resolved was the front door lock. It is faulty and we couldn't get it to lock reliably. It seemed totally random and really slowed us down creating unnecessary delays. We mentioned this to Tony and he said that he would investigate but we never heard back from him. To stay again we would want assurances that this problem was resolved. Overall really nice unit but Tony you need to get the front door lock fixed!

Mom’s birthday

The property was just okay. It needs an upgrade. The floor is pretty sad looking. The furniture is worn out. No blankets were available which we needed since it was January. Very little bath towels were provided. No towel to step on coming out of the shower. We had a terrible issue the 1st evening with some guests in the pool area cursing, being loud and playing loud music. I had to call the police. The neighborhood is not the best. I didn’t know that going in. Pluses. Close to the beach and airport.

No Redemption....

My family and I stayed at this property based on the good reviews on VRBO. Sadly, I am breaking that streak and hoping this review prompts the owner to make a visit to his property and see the condition and lack of. In a conversation with the owner upon our arrival on the first day he said he lived in another state and has local people to oversee the property. Well the people who are supposed to be overseeing the property must have very low expectations for cleanliness. The first night of our stay, I emailed the owner expressing some concerns: 1. Wifi or cable was working upon arrival 2. Floors were dirty. 3. Pillows on couch were extremely smelly and dirty. The sofas had stains and one chair pillow had the stuffing hanging out. 4. A lamp shade had a large tear. 5. The double bedroom closet off from the front entrance did not have space in the closet to store luggage because it was filled w/a shop vac and other miscellaneous items. 6. Several of the pillows on the beds were filthy and some look like blood stains. 7. Curtains in one of the upstairs bedroom didn't even cover the window completely and there aren't any blinds to help give some privacy. The curtains look like they were torn down and tacked back up. 8. The pool table is stained and dirty. 9. Unit had a smell. 10. We killed 3 roaches over the stay. 11. Two bathroom shower doors were off the track and water was going everywhere. I emailed the owner on 11/24 that was very polite and specific about the concerns and I still have not heard back and it is 12/9. Very, very, very poor guest service. Will not stay at this unit again or any other property owned by the current owner.

Family vacation

The unit was fully equipped and had ample room for everyone. The extra large dining table was big enough for all of us to enjoy dinner together. The unit also had two refrigerators which were essential for the large group. The beach was just across the street. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend staying there.

Friends trip

The house was everything the listing said it was. It was big enough for our group of 9, with room to spare. It was very clean and more amenities than needed. Tony was great. Any questions we had he got right back to us.The downside unfortunately was the other people on the complex. You can hear the noise from outside the pool area and the people above you.Some people just don’t have any consideration for others.

Great Family Spot

We stayed here as a group of 13. Four adults (ages 32 - 40) and nine kids (ages 1 - 13). The condo was incredibly spacious and could have easily fit an even larger group comfortably! Our favorite space was the long tables, which were able to accommodate ALL of our group— incredible! We also really enjoyed the pool table and the well equipped kitchen. The beach is a very short walk across the road. It took us about 5 minutes with young children. The speed limit on the road is 25 mph, so even younger families should feel comfortable crossing the street to get to the beach. There is tons to do in the area as well, which was really nice. The two small draw backs and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of check in instruction / parking pass info / wifi password without asking for it. These things were communicated to our group, but we had to ask for them rather than having them provided to us. The second downside is the cleanliness, specifically in the bathrooms. Every tub / shower had residual sand and dirt in it and our group had to wipe them down. Other than that, the place was clean. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay!

Could Be Great with Better Maintenance

Check-in was easy, but the property has several issues that need attention. The TVs are very small, more like computer monitors, and the water pressure is extremely low. Both bathrooms with sliding shower doors have doors that are not properly attached. There are paint marks and scuffs on the walls, scratches on the doors, and the screen on the bottom balcony is torn. The pool table has a broken leg, which is a safety hazard, and the balcony doors do not lock at all. The dishwasher had mold, and the sheets on the bed had hair on them. Whoever is responsible for housekeeping on this property needs to be replaced.With that being said, the location was great, just one block from the beach and the condo offers plenty of space for a family. There are also plenty of restaurants and the boardwalk within walking distance. With some updates and better maintenance, this property could be much more enjoyable.

Guys fishing trip - accommodations were exactly what we expected and needed. Kitchen was well stocked including some spices and plenty of utensils and other items. Would stay there again!
