Välkommen till fyrenheten # 316 Lyxig Gulf Front-enhet på tredje våningen, det blir bara inte bättre än detta. När du anländer till denna enhet kommer du att uppskatta parkering bara några steg från ytterdörren till din lägenhet. Väl inuti inredningen och den fantastiska utsikten kommer du säkert att andas bort. Kakelgolv, glasfönster från golv till tak, exklusiva möbler, 3 plattskärms-TV, kabel premiumkanaler (HBO etc) är bara några saker som välkomnar dig i dörren. Både befälhavaren och vardagsrummet i denna enhet går längs viken på lägenheten och har dörrar till en balkong med bord, stolar och solstolar. Läget på tredje våningen sätter dig tillräckligt hög för att ha integritet men ändå på det perfekta läget för bästa utsikten och lyssna på vågorna som rullar in ...

Sovrummet har en king size-säng, en plattskärms-TV, utsikt över viken framför balkongen, samt utsökt badrum med bubbelbadkar och separat dusch.

Ytterligare sova med en skinnsoffa i vardagsrum som gör till en queen size-säng.

Köket är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga en god måltid med familj och vänner. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls samt handdukar, tvätta kläder och några extra tillbehör för att komma igång.

Platsen är bäst! Fyren ligger inbäddat i hjärtat av Gulf Shores på "East Beach" och är bekvämt att shoppa, äta middag, strandaktiviteter, nöjesparker och levande underhållning. Bara en halv mil till Hwy 59 gör det enkelt att komma och gå medan du är här.

Vi föredrar att hyra lördag till lördag endast under högsäsong.

I traveled to Gulf Shores to celebrate wedding anniversary and found this adorable condo. It’s in a very well maintained condo community. So we felt very safe. We walked in to find this home extremely clean which exceeded my expectations. The access code to door allowed us entry. The primary room has plenty of drawer and closet space to unpack clothes. WiFi works great. The TV has multiple channels to view and their is a patio door with a spectacular view of the beach. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, hand soap, toilet paper, washing powder, cascade, bar soap, kitchen towels and dish soap. The second bedroom is space for small children. It has drawer space and a TV. Very quiet condo community, we were able to sleep in a comfortable bed without any disturbances. Love the decor in the home with lots of natural sunlight and space to move around. The host Marilyn was very responsive and tended to all of my needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, eating utensils, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. I would definitely stay again. This place is worth considering for your next beach vacation.

Overall an amazing stay! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We loved relaxing on the back deck with morning coffee or after a day at the beach. Parking, pool, and beach access were super convenient - we were right next to the stairwell leading directly there, so we never needed the elevator. We walked everywhere for dinner and shopping, and the nearby bike lanes were perfect for running to the state park. The beach was a bit crowded, as expected for the season, but it was easy to rent umbrellas and chairs that were set up for us daily. A wonderful experience - we’d definitely come back!

From the park at ur front door , to the sitting on the balcony and its like your on the beach your so close. Swimming pools are awesome and the condo has comfortably beds. Loved it

Was very nice to be able to park directly in front of the door. Quick easy walk down the stairs out to the pool or beach. We only drove out car once and walked everywhere else. We would stay again

Perfect For Our Family

We really enjoyed our time here for spring break! The management and communication were great, especially when we ran into a weather situation, they were very helpful. Our family of four stayed here and the condo was just the right size for us. I really liked how we were so close to parking. Saved us a lot of time when unpacking and packing the car. Really nice retreat for the week with a wonderful view!

Perfection!!

This unit was perfect for our little family of three! The unit was so clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable! We love everything about this unit, location and the view! The unit had, beach toys, chairs and towels. The owner is so very nice and was accommodating to us wanting to check in early since it was really earlier than planned! The condo amenities are so great! We love the 2 pools they have and indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

tidy with a beautiful view

Perfect size and location for my wife and I. The beach and a nice hot tub are up on you and miles of bike trails are just down the road. The condo was everything we had hoped for.

Convenient and well maintained condo close to everything you want in gulf shores. Since we stayed in December kids loved the indoor pool. Would happily stay here again.Property managers and staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Best view!

This was a great place to stay with one of the best views of the Gulf from your balcony. Will definitely be staying here again when we go to Gulf shores in the future.

Perfect beach vacation!

The key to a perfect vacation starts with the room. Absolutely beautiful condo, very clean, loved using the new washer and dryer, the condo is decorated so pretty. Perfectly stocked kitchen for any needs you would have for cooking. Location is PERFECT! Loved being on the third floor so we didn’t have to waste time using the elevator. Marilyn was wonderful! Answered any questions that we had promptly. Cannot wait to stay here again!

We bought this condo in 2017 after owning another Lighthouse 3BR unit 301 for 11 years. We manage both units ourselves with our daughter who lives nearby.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We think Lighthouse is the best Condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama. For this reason we bought this second unit for vacation rental as well as for our own use. Lighthouse itself is in a perfect location and is extremely well maintained.
Our goal is to have our guests feel right at home with most everything they might need to make their time wonderful. We have redecorated and continue to think of ways to improve our condo for your use.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We own 2 third floor units and love them both. The top parking deck is on the 3rd floor allowing you to park near your door without the need for elevators as you come and go in your car w/groceries etc. Also, we think it is a perfect height and distance from the pool and beach.
