Fantastic stay

The location of this home is too notch. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and Vanderbilt hospital. Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was able to be contacted within minutes. One thing to know is that it is up two flights of stairs, and another two inside to get to bedrooms. Fine for us, but good to know if traveling with someone with health concern.

Perfect get away

Perfect location for a wedding weekend! Upon arrival, we found the condo to be extremely clean and looking exactly like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are very soft. You might bring your own if you’re picky about pillows. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops that Hillsboro has to offer! Overall, we had a great experience!

Very Comfortable Hillsboro/Belmont Location

We were in town for a college visit to Belmont University and this was the perfect spot for us to get a feel of the area, (and were able to walk to campus). The main street of Hillsboro was right around the corner with great restaurants and shopping. The house was very comfortable and met our needs well for two adults and a prospective college student. Downtown Nashville and Broadway attractions were a short and easy drive away. We will stay here again!!

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for college tours with our daughters and loved this location. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were also easily able to walk to both Belmont and Vanderbilt. The property was cozy, but was plenty of space for four people.

Great place for a long weekend with friends.

Location is an easy ride share to many great venues. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location & Property!

We absolutely loved this property, and the location was perfect for its proximity to Belmont University. Great little neighborhood, very safe. Comfortable beds and pillows! We will definitely use this location again!!

Great Neighborhood

We stayed with another couple, the set up was really good for 2 couples. The condo was clean and had everything you need. The neighborhood had good restaurants and a sports bar just around the corner. We enjoyed it, it was a short uber to Broadway.

Nashville Experience

Great place: Ideal layout front room to kitchen as well as upstairs bedrooms/Jack & Jill bathroom. Everything is modern/nicely updated. Great location: walking distance to midtown and The Gulch. Downtown is a couple miles walk, which was fine, because we Uber’d back to the property. Highly recommend!!

Beds are good unit was clean Generally a nice place, but missing a few things fridge has no light in it and the water and ice did not work in the fridge. There were no kitchen linens. Smoke detector was in a drawer on the main floor not installed. Some maintenance items needed to be looked at.

Wonderful VRBO but can use improving. Would still recommend though based on location.

Location was as advertised. Great location in proximity to restaurants, shops, and local park. Walking distance to Vandy, and short uber drive to downtown. The apartment was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. With a few improvements, this VRBO can be 4 star. We normally do not complain about anything but for the price, we would have expected a bit more based on our other VRBO experiences. Kitchen was stocked but with bare necessities. We stayed for 4 days, but only has one small roll of foil, one roll of paper towels, one laundry pod. We like to clean up after ourselves but couldnt find any cleaning supplies (broom, dustpan, basic necessities). Shampoo/Cond/Bodywash was dollar store white rain. I suggest higher quality, even if its smaller quantities. Travelers will need to buy more supplies at the local Kroger. The location, although nice, was not quiet, and not as safe as we thought. We had 7 cars get broken into including our own, with smashed windows. I parked in the front parking lot because there was a security camera sign out front. Come to find out that there are no cameras. There has been a string of car breakins in Nashville, so I understand its not the owners fault, but I would suggest motion sensor lights or a sign in the front yard. What was not advertised in the reviews was the fact that the unit was in the flight path of the Vandy Hospital life flight helicopters. Until 2-3am every night you get the flyovers. You do get used to it though.

Great location and very comfy

My sister and I wanted a quick getaway to Nashville. We did not know anything about the city, but chose this property based on reviews. They were spot on. The townhouse is small but comfortable, with adequate space for the two of us. The 2 King beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. We misunderstood the description a bit. We thought there were two bedrooms, with each having its own bath. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a Jack and Jill bath between. The other full bath was downstairs. But that did not cause too much difficulty. The property is an easy Uber ride to downtown and most of the tourist spots. Parking is very difficult in Nashville. Really enjoyed our stay, though.

Would stay again

We rented based on close proximity to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and the location was perfect. Hillsboro Village has a ton of convenient places to eat and allowed us to walk to the hospital. As stated in the description, the condo is small but was adequate for our needs. There are several maintenance issues and quirks that need addressing such as a broken smoke detector, poor air circulation upstairs, bedroom fans being on the same remote frequency, low linen supplies and sparsely stocked kitchen. The second full bath is downstairs away from the bedrooms so keep that in mind. We also had two guests fall down the outdoor steps due to poor lighting. But overall, it was a good deal for what you pay and I would stay there again. The property manager does a good job of welcoming you with a few extra snacks and drinks.

Nashville Stay

Overall our stay was nice with the property being clean and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The biggest issue was on Saturday night when we left the restaurant to go back and watch the college game. The tv would not change channels. We had a previous issue the day before but resetting the router took care of it. We tried this several times but it did not work. We watched the game on our phones. Not fun. At the end of the game we tried again and it reset to be able to watch the last 2-3 minutes. I called the manager but her mailbox was full. The messages I sent did not get responded to until the next day. One other issue was a bit of an annoyance. My sister was getting ready for bed in one bedroom and my wife was in the other. My sister called down that the light turned off and the fan turned on without her doing it. As it turns out, the control that my wife was using for the one bedroom also controlled the other bedroom as well. May want to look into that.

We had a very difficult time sleeping in this apartment because the smoke alarms awakened us each morning at 5 am due to batteries dying in the units. We personally replaced the ones we could reach without a ladder, but the owner didn't send someone to help. She informed us that the smoke alarm units were working perfectly, but they continued to go off each morning waking up the entire household. While I realize that these things can happen, and I didn't blame anyone at first, I was most disappointed with the owner/manager's willingness to help us out. I have actually never written a bad review, and this place is great in other ways, but the communication was just awful. I felt like I was bothering her and she just wouldn't believe that we were having an issue. I would have changed all of the units if I could have safely reached them. The ceilings are very high in the bedrooms, and I couldn't locate a ladder. At one point, on the third day of complaining, she texted me that the maintenance guy was on his way at 8:00 am, so I waited in the apartment for an hour and a half, missing breakfast with family, but he never showed up. I messaged her to say that I needed to leave and she said he would let himself in to change the batteries. When I returned shortly after, he still wasn't there, but she reported that he had already come and changed all of the batteries. Yet, they alarmed again early the next morning. I don't think he ever came. Now that I have researched other reviews of Molly on various sites, I am sure that she made the whole thing up and never sent anyone to fix the alarms. Aside from this, the place was clean and the location is absolutely superb..that's the reason for the 2 stars. There were not very many supplies in the kitchen, but we didn't cook. Could not locate a wine bottle opener when we needed it. If you choose to stay here, be aware that you will have issues. Make sure you communicate clearly and demand a quick and thorough response rather than waiting it out and assuming help is on the way.
