Hemmet är ca 1300 kvadratmeter med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, privat Master med bubbelbadkar och privat däck; Drottning sovrummet; 3: e sovrum med pyramidbunk och tvillinghjul för upp till 4 barn - eller väldigt fina och "bra sport" vuxna.
Det finns en välutrustad utbud av böcker, spel och pussel och DVD-skivor.
Vi välkomnar upp till 2 välskötta, husbrända hundar. 2 hundsängar, matskålar, vatten "hink", strandband och behandla ges. Pottstationer finns tillgängliga i hela byarna och Nags Head Dog Park ligger bara några kilometer nerför motorvägen. De pälskompisar som föredrar "barkaloungin" kan ligga på däck och titta - eller skratta på - golfare medan de väntar på de magnifika solnedgångarna. Nice Getaway

Enjoyed staying at this property. Close to everything, comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Loved having access to the beach club pool and beach close by.

Great mini vaca

It was a wonderful stay. It was a short vacation, but we packed in a lot of different activities. We were able to go parasailing and even got my mom to go parasailing with us. We went to the aquarium saw Roanoke Island went to the museum and spent a lot of time playing on the beach.

Birthday getaway

This was an ama,ing property with everything you could possibly need. Convenient to everything. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay here again for sur. Joyce was very nice and very responsive. Great place!

Well Stocked

The house and our stay were great. Short walk to the sound, and short drive to the beach. I’ve never stayed in a house as well stocked as this one. Overpacked is an understatement as Joyce had everything you could ever need on a trip. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Absolutely perfect

The home was just perfect. It had everything we needed and then some… myself, husband and 3 boys fit perfectly. There was so much do at the house alone, we didn’t need or want to leave. We explored the sound access, enjoyed the beach, beach club and played golf. It was a perfect last minute quick getaway. We’ll be back!!

OBX Family Vacation

We had a lovely stay with our three small children and two adults. The property was well equipped for our visit. The beach access was a short drive with dedicated parking but provided a nice location to play in the sand. The property is located near lots of amenities and family friendly activities.

Wonderful stay!

We had 2 families staying with us, including an infant, toddler, and 11 year old. We all had a wonderful time. They have really thought about everything you could possibly need, especially for the beach. We were able to check out the private beach access and pool and loved both of those as well!

Very cozy and relaxing home

We loved staying here. The beds were comfy and all the blankets were super soft. The hot tub was awesome and the hammock swing was relaxing to rest in. We left a little early since our dog was so anxious about being in a new environment. Having the outside shower and all the beach supplies and cart was a huge plus.

This is a beautiful and cozy home. Minutes from the beach and sound. Close to many activities, adventures and things to see. Joyce is an amazing host and thought of everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. We were able to make some great family memories!!

Warm and comfortable

We brought our 16 month old and furry baby with us and everyone had a great time. The dog loved the toys and the baby loved scaling the stairs. The house was so well equipped that we didn’t need anything additional except food. It’s been lovely and we will be back!

Lovely home, well appointed

This house is as described in walkable golf community with shuttle to and from beach/ pool club that my daughter and friends took advantage of. Everything clean and worked. Massive shower in the master bath (not a necessity but so massive worth noting). We enjoyed beach days and good Wi-Fi on the days we worked.

Cozy and fun

The property had everything that we needed for a great family vacation. Access to the pool and beach via the clubhouse was fantastic. The personal touches of snacks for us and treats for the dog were so thoughtful. The floorplan of the home allowed for privacy when needed with plenty of space to gather together as well. The accessibility for wheelchair is a bonus for those who may need it. Joyce was very great with communication all along the way.

Home away from home in Nags Head

What can I say about this property that has not already been mentioned? The house and host were both lovely and accommodating. If you forgot anything, don't worry the host has everything you'll need. We loved walking in the dog friendly neighborhood and loved the close access to the beach. You know its your home away from home when your daughter says, "mom i feel like I'm at my Aunts house, she (the host), has thought of everything!" Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joyce and Ned!!!

Great stay!

Really enjoyed this location - just as advertised. Owners were in constant communication, very helpful with lots of recommendations. Beach Club (pool and beach access) was a HUGE advantage and glad we had it during the busy week. House close to all amenities - within 5 minute drive to most places like grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms were plenty big, kitchen well stocked, and outdoor shower was a bonus! Living area had nice comfortable seating - the couch and recliner had lots of naps ;) Also, not having to pack beach chairs and toys and umbrellas was great; owner had all those things. Overall, highly recommend this property. Would definitely consider staying here in the future.

PERFECT STAY!

Sunny’s Spot was amazing! We loved how pet friendly it was! Joyce was always quick to answer any question we may have had. She had the hot tub up and working for us before we arrived after she said it may not be a possibility. Everything you could possibly need is provided, which is not the case for a lot of stays I have had through VEBO! It is a perfect location and we loved all of the private piers and beach access. We will definitely be back to Sunny’s Spot. Thank you Ned and Joyce for everything!

Cold bedroom

We loved the location. The property was very clean. There is a problem with the heat. There was no heat in the lower level. The master bedroom never got warm. The two top floors were fine.

We have been travelling to the Outer Banks for many years since moving from Colorado to North Carolina in the late 80's. We fulfilled a pre-retirement dream when we purchased this property in late 2017. We have invested in improving the property and now are grateful to be able to share it with other vacationers who we are confident will come to love the Outer Banks as much as we do. We feel so blessed to be able to share this amazing area with our children and grandchildren! Our dogs are very much a part of our family so we are happy that we can invite other families to bring their 4-legged family members on vacation with them!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this property primarily because of the location. The Villages and specifically Nags Head Links is truly a community. It is so very different and superior to those areas where the houses are in open areas with no real connection to each other. Here, where 35% of the homes are owned by year-around residents, we feel a real connection to our neighbors. The Soundside parks at sunset are a beautiful gathering spot where neighbors meet and share conversations with other neighbors. The security of living in a community is also a real plus. Mostly, you cannot beat the location, being so close to shopping, medical facilities and of course the Village Beach Club and of course the water!

We have tried to provide all the comforts of home and welcome input form our guests as to how we can better furnish and equip the property. The furniture, beds and layout are all set up with comfort and convenience in mind. There is a great selection of books, DVD's, games and puzzles available if our guest want to stay in and rest up from all the great activities available in Nags Head and surrounding area.
