Detta helt nya sviter med ett sovrum ligger bara ett halvt kvarter från Blue Magic Waters i Karibiska havet i Cozumel, bara 2 kvarter från huvudtorget, 2 kvarter från färjeterminalen och nära till allt !! Det finns hundratals (bokstavligen) restauranger, barer och affärer inom 5-7 minuters gångavstånd.
Från takterrassen finns otrolig utsikt över Karibiska havet och hela vägen till det mexikanska fastlandet. Här kan du njuta av de fantastiska solnedgångarna, medan du smutta på din favoritdrink och koppla av i de bekväma vilstolarna. The property location is good, fairly clean and convenient for check in-out!, But it was poorly managed. We stayed for 8 nights and there was no cleaning or a place to dispose them garbage. There was a garbage bucket by the hall across the unit I stayed, that we disposed some food left overs (seafood) and nobody cleaned, it was full after 2 days and it was very stinky. Also, they had left 2 rolls of toilet paper and when we ran out, we asked for more and we were told that wasn’t included. Labor there is quite cheap and I don’t understand why they don’t maintain at lease the common areas.

Love the rooftop

We have been to Cozumel several times over the years. We loved being so close to downtown yet a little away from all the craziness of the cruise ship pier. There are three units for rent and the rooftop is shared by all three plus the owner but it is huge. None of the units are the one facing the street with the little balconies that is the owners space. The unit was very clean and modern compared to any place I’ve seen in this price range. The bed was firm but not rock hard like many in Cozumel. The unit had its own small hot water heater and once you learn how to conserve water in the shower it will do the job. There is a smart TV but no service so you’ll have to stream but know that your Prime or other service may have limited copyrights in Mexico and much may not be free. Wifi was good but only on the main floor where the kitchen is. Up to the bedroom or roof and we lost it. Kitchen is adequately supplied minus an oven. But the magnetic cooktop did a great job. The little bakery on the corner to the East is amazing. Her fresh baked bread each morning is the best! Right across the street is a tiny burrito spot with fantastic grilled burritos. I only wish there were a sandy beach closer but that has always been the case for San Miguel. We would definitely stay here again. If you are a diver it couldn’t be more convenient.

Excellent location close to ferry and restaurants but just far enough to be quiet at night. Lovely rooftop with view. Clean and updated

Great Stay

Property as advertised. Great location 1/2 block from the beach. Yuval and staff very accommodating with any requests. We'll equipped kitchen with newer appliances full size fridge. Definately stay here again. Thanks Alot Yuval and Elise for another great stay.

Clean, good location, and spacious.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is large and having two floors gives you nice separation of the areas. Full kitchen with all utensils and dishware. Strong air conditioners on both floors. And the rooftop is a great way to spend the evening and watch the sunset. Having the dive shop downstairs is particularly convenient if that’s why you’re visiting Cozumel. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the entire staff.

Loved it!

Clean, comfortable and great views.

Met the owner, friendly and helpful. The suite was well kept. Location was great because we were able to access stores and restaurants very easily. We would recommend this suite.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

Stayed one of the units above Blue Magic SCUBA for a week and did 15 dives with them as well. Great experience. The unit is clean and has everything you need to cook a full meal. Bed is firm but comfortable and the view from the rooftop is beautiful. Staff and crew with the shop are professional and courteous. They even helped me out when a piece of my equipment failed. We had a great dive trip with them! Convenient as your equipment is stored just downstairs and you have the shortest commute ever to the dive shop! Unit is located within blocks of a supermarket and too many restaurants to count. Would definitely recommend.

Great property that is in the heart of the city.

Attentive hands on owner on site and a cozy property that offers everything you need to relax and take in the laid back Cozumel lifestyle. Great rooftop deck with stunning sunrises and sunsets.

Nice and new, excellent location, comfortable beds

If you've traveled in Mexico, you know the beds are hard as rocks - not here. There's bugs - not here. What is here is a beautiful view on the deck, clean, comfortable apartments, and an excellent location.

Great units and great people to deal with, responsive and pleasent. Great location.

Stayed for 1 month and we were very comfortable. Units are near new, with a very well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. Tuval and staff were very accommodating with any requests.Having house keeping was also great as was the roof deck and BBQ. Air conditioning is a nessesity and units are equipped. Bottled water is also supplied right outside the door. We highly recommend Blue Magic for short or long stays.

Great location, clean and cozy apartments, fair price!

Overall I would rate my stay at Blue Magic Suites as excellent. The apartments are well finished and built to 1st world standards. The included housekeeping service is excellent. Sunsets from the rooftop terrace are amazing. You can't beat the commute to the dive operation either... literally roll out of bed 5 minutes before you need to be at the shop, no problem. The dive operation itself is very well run with friendly staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
