Great spot. Great Service.

The Marriott Beach Club at Ko’Olina is beautiful. Darlene was super helpful with the reservation process and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There are some quality restaurants and beaches within walking distance as well as a gym and some pools. Overall it was a pleasant week at the resort. I would definitely reserve again.

We feel so fortunate to have found Darlene's listing! We were at the property on an Interval exchange and wanted to extend our stay. Darlene went out of her way to secure a room for us as there was no availability when we first inquired. She checked throughout the day and messaged me when a room came available.....She was excellent to communicate with and answered all of our questions almost immediately. She is an amazing, trustworthy host! We were also very fortunate that the property allowed us to remain in our assigned room from our previous reservation (a request, not guaranteed) We were extremely impressed and highly recommend this property as well as Darlene as a host!

Great deal for the area

Relative to the hotel prices in Ko Olina, this property was nicer and more affordable than a hotel. Darlene was very helpful and accommodating and did everything she could to make my stay great! I will be back and recommend to others.

2nd Honeymoon

My mother gifted my husband and I this staycation! He just came back from military training and it was the perfect getaway for his first day back! What I love most is where it's located; Ko'olina. It's away from the metropolitan of Waikiki and in my opinion you can enjoy the true beauty of O'ahu. When we arrived, the hotel employees were all very sweet, friendly and it was an easy check-in process. The room itself was very clean and inviting. They had complimentary coffee, TV, a king size bed, a love seat and a balcony. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean as well. This is perfect for a romantic couple getaway and you have access to lots of recreational, fine dining, shopping and of course, the beach near by. Darlene was very responsive and communicative. She responds quickly and was easy to talk to. My husband and I had the time of our life and it definitely felt like a second honeymoon! I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Great 1 night stay

We booked with Darlene for 1 night in a mountainview penthouse studio. The room was nice -comfortable & clean. She was great to communicate with -helpful & prompt. The property is beautiful, great amenities. We loved the Ko Olina Area and will likely stay again.

Wonderful place and people

Loved staying here. Very spacious for a studio. Nice amenities on the property and nearby. Loved the location. Easy drive to all other parts of the island, but a nice space away from the city for those who want that. Partook in the morning exercise, yoga, and stretch classes. Heavenly to be doing these at sunrise along the grass and lagoon. Loved walking along the oceanside walkway. Great for adults and for families. Owner was very responsive and communicative. Would love to stay here again.

check in was very slow, glad that you guys are busy again, but only 3 agents to service over 30 groups not to good. property in top shape, staff very friendly. checkout times of10am is a bit ridiculous considering check in is at 4pm. late check out needs to come back for locals.

Amazing Staycation

The property was beautiful and relaxing! We enjoyed the two pools and the tropical lagoon! There is so much to do within Ko Olina with the beach walks, shopping and restaurants so close by. It is also close to community shopping centers. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We usually do staycations in Waikiki and the North Shore but Ko Olina is our new favorite and we will definitely be staying at this property again!

Super comfortable

The bed was super comfy, and we were fortunate to have a partial ocean view. Given the pandemic, we were very glad to have a microwave and small fridge to heat up leftover takeout. The walls are thick--we could occasionally hear noise from the hallway, but otherwise it was quiet. Check in and parking were a breeze. Darlene was very responsive with comms.
