Great location in the heart of Pigeon Forge

This property exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and perfectly decorated. We visited during Christmas time and they even had a tree up for us. It had everything we needed including kitchen utilities. Property manager responded within a timely manner to any questions we had. The location could not have been better. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the Pigeon Forge area.

Everything As Described

Everything was as described. Nice and convenient location. Condo was clean and we had everything we needed. There was an issue with the swimming pass, which was finally resolved. Tv's could stand to be updated. Would probably stay again.

Amazing views great condo

Location was perfect! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this condo was great! Heather was easy to reach and even let us check in a tad early so my infant was able to take a nap. Will definitely be back!

Miserable vacation!

The elevator was out the whole week, it got repaired on the last night, I communicated with the property manager that my wife has rhumatoid arthritis and 7 flights of stairs was not good for her to have to navigate, I was told it was out of their control, others in the building were stuck in their rooms, others also got refunds to go stay other places, we had spent our money on this place, and could not go get another place, so the week was miserable for us, I contacted the HOA and county, and also tried calling the elevator repair service several times! Will not stay in tho unit again, as there is no concern for someone’s health and well being! My wife has suffered with arthritis for years and this did not help her at all!!

Right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Easy to walk to places. The condo is not in the same building as the pool, just in case that’s important to you. Thanks!

Christmas trip

Property was clean, exactly as the pictures, checkin was simple, the property owner was easily accessible for questions, great location for all the activities day or night. Would definitely stay again. Perfect space for my husband and I, with our 8year old son and my parents. 2 king beds, air matress, extra blankets & pillows, 2 bathrooms, plenty seating.

Smoky Mountain Christmas

We were so surprised upon our check-in when we found the condo fully decorated for Christmas. It was such a nice touch for a last-minute smoky mountain Christmas time getaway. It was quite lovely. I would, however, like to add that the hot water ran out extremely quickly. Not sure if it’s a known plumbing issue but thought I’d take this opportunity to share. We were so happy to be there that we didn’t let it spoil our trip. We just made do however, one shower and the hot water was out, but we’d totally stay again.

Everything I hoped for

The property was perfect and just what was described. We were minutes away from most of the local attractions (Dollywood, museums, water parks, etc.). My grand baby said it was the best vacation she’s ever had and the time she had was the most important thing to me

Great place to stay....

Place was as described and was kept in very very good order. Was great to unwind after baseball games and was close to everything Pigeon Forge had to offer!!!! If we come back, we would definitely look to book this again.

Great spot!

This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 4. It’s right off the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The condo itself was spotless and the owner was easily accessible when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else!

Heather Allen manages the property. David and Freda are the owners and they grew up in East Tennessee and have always loved the mountains. They have three grown children and 8 grandsons. They have been married 44 years. They have the wonderful opportunity of loving and raising a very special grandson named Asher. Hopefully someday he will be able to grow up and follow in "MiMi and Pappy's" footsteps. To us the condo is a nice place to get away to and enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

It is just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quite of the mountain from the balcony and just relaxing!! Not to mention close hiking trails, free wi-fi, cable TV, washer and dryer, and a well stocked kitchen.

Penthouse Views!! Open floor plan, 2 master suites and a balcony! Whole family can enjoy together. Just has a home away from home feel to it!
